Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (1) para gerar vapor d'água. o dispositivo (1) compreende uma base (2) que forma uma superfície e um elemento aquecedor (3) para aquecer a base (2) a uma temperatura predeterminada que está ao menos acima da temperatura de evaporação da água. a base (2) é inclinada a um ângulo em comparação com a direção horizontal para definir uma extremidade superior e uma extremidade inferior. o dispositivo (1) compreende também uma disposição de entrada de água (4) para dispensar água sobre a base (2) adjacente à extremidade superior, uma unidade de controle (11) para controlar o fluxo de água dispensado sobre a base (2) e um recipiente de coleta de incrustação (5) disposto adjacente à base (2). a unidade de controle (11) é configurada para controlar o fluxo de água dispensado sobre a base (2) e a temperatura da base (2) de modo que substancialmente toda a água dispensada sobre a base (2) evapore antes de atingir a extremidade inferior (15) da base (2). essa invenção possibilita uma coleta de incrustação fácil, graças ao ângulo de inclinação da superfície da base que faz com que a incrustação removida se desloque pela superfície da base em direção à extremidade inferior da base e, por fim, até o recipiente.
