Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αφορά σε μια μέθοδο και μια διάταξη για την επίστρωση μιας μεταλλικής ταινίας με ένα καταρχάς υγρό ακόμη υλικό επίστρωσης, π.χ. ψευδάργυρο. Γνωστές διατάξεις του είδους αυτού παρουσιάζουν ένα δοχείο επίστρωσης (110) με το υγρό υλικό επίστρωσης (300). Για την επίστρωση η μεταλλική ταινία (200) διοχετεύεται μέσω του δοχείου επίστρωσης. Μετά την εγκατάλειψη του δοχείου επίστρωσης προσκολλάται το υγρό ακόμη υλικό επίστρωσης στην μεταλλική ταινία (200), πλεονάζον υλικό επίστρωσης (300) απομακρύνεται ακολούθως με αποφύσηση από μία συσκευή αποφύσησης από την επιφάνεια της μεταλλικής ταινίας (200). Μετά την συσκευή αποφύσησης η μεταλλική ταινία διατρέχει μια ηλεκτρομαγνητική συσκευή σταθεροποίησης, η οποία παραδοσιακά στηρίζεται πάνω στην συσκευή αποφύσησης (120). Λόγω επιρροών σφαλμάτων μπορεί να απαιτείται, ότι η μεταλλική ταινία δεν διευθετείται πλέον μέσα σε μία σχισμή (122) της συσκευής αποφύσησης (120) στην προκαθορισμένη κεντρική της θέση, τότε απαιτείται μία μετατόπιση ή εκ νέου προσανατολισμός της συσκευής αποφύσησης (120) με τέτοιο τρόπο, ώστε η μεταλλική ταινία να διευθετείται πάλι στην προκαθορισμένη κεντρική θέση. Για να παρεμποδίζεται στην περίπτωση αυτή μία ανεπιθύμητη μετατόπιση της ηλεκτρομαγνητικής συσκευής σταθεροποίησης, η εφεύρεση προβλέπει μία πρώτη συσκευή μετατόπισης για την μετατόπιση της ηλεκτρομαγνητικής συσκευής σταθεροποίησης (140) σε σχέση με την συσκευή αποφύσησης (120) σε ένα επίπεδο εγκάρσια προς την κατεύθυνση μεταφοράς της μεταλλικής ταινίας.
