Claims (14)
- Support de chargement comprenant une surface de chargement (1) portée par des pieds (2), la surface de chargement (1) étant pourvue de plusieurs évidements (4, 5, 6) entre des éléments de surface traversants (7), et dans lequel les évidements (4, 5, 6) dans la surface de chargement (1) forment une surface totale évidée (Ga) supérieure à la surface totale fermée (Gs) formée par les éléments de surface traversants (7) de la surface de chargement (1), caractérisé en ce que- la surface de chargement (1) est pourvue d'entonnoirs d'appui (11) emboutis, en plus des évidements (4, 5, 6), dans lequel- les entonnoirs d'appui (11) sont ouverts vers la surface de chargement (1) et disposent d'une surface de base (12) pourvue d'un revêtement en caoutchouc tourné vers l'extérieur et opposé à la surface de chargement (1), comme support pour d'éventuelles griffes de chariot élévateur.
- Support de chargement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface totale évidée (Ga) mesure plus de 50% jusqu'à environ 60% et la surface totale fermée (Gs) mesure moins de 50% jusqu'à environ 40% de la surface de chargement (1).
- Support de chargement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface totale évidée (Ga) mesure plus de 50% jusqu'à environ 70% et la surface totale fermée (Gs) mesure moins de 50% jusqu'à environ 30% de la surface de chargement.
- Support de chargement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface totale évidée (Ga) occupe entre environ 60% et 70% de la surface de chargement (1), tandis que la surface totale fermée (Gs) mesure entre environ 30% et 40% de la surface de chargement (1).
- Support de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface de chargement (1) et les pieds (2) définissent un composant monobloc.
- Support de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (4, 5, 6) sont formés d'une part comme des évidements rectangulaires (4, 6) et d'autre part comme des évidements carrés (5), et les éléments de surface traversants (7) sont formés comme des traverses entourant les évidements (4, 5, 6), en particulier comme des traverses rectangulaires (7).
- Support de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface de chargement (1) est conçue majoritairement plane et forme de préférence un réseau de grille (10).
- Support de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface de chargement (1) est pourvue de patins (3) remplaçables.
- Support de chargement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les patins (3) sont raccordés de façon détachable à la surface inférieure de la surface de chargement (1), en étant de préférence emboîtés.
- Support de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la surface de chargement (1) est formée comme une seule pièce moulée par injection ensemble avec les pieds (2).
- Support de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les patins (3) sont également conçus respectivement comme une seule pièce moulée par injection.
- Support de chargement selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un thermoplaste est utilisé comme matière plastique.
- Support de chargement selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique est une matière plastique de produit neuf pure et/ou une matière plastique recyclée.
- Support de chargement selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique recyclée utilisée est formée comme un substitut de produit neuf, pur et exempt de matières étrangères.
