Claims (4)

  1. Disque abrasif à lamelles, contenant un disque porteur (A) sous la forme d'une roue ronde avec un moyeu (1) disposé dans la zone centrale et présentant un trou coaxial (2) renforcé par un manchon à bride en acier (3) pour monter l'unité abrasive sur une broche à rectifier, et où les bords inférieurs de nombreux lamelles abrasives (B) sont fixés par des liaisons de colle (5) à distance angulaire régulière sur le disque porteur (A), à sa surface annulaire frontale, à proximité du bord (4), plus distante du moyeu (1), les lamelles abrasives se chevauchent ensuite dans la direction circonférentielle de sorte que leurs bords arrière soient exposés, la roue du disque porteur (A) étant un composite polymère en couches avec un renforcement structurel constitué d'au moins deux mailles de fibre de verre (7p, 7) qui se trouvent sur les deux surfaces frontales du disque porteur (A) et qui sont liées par une matrice composite (6) contenant un liant d'une résine synthétique thermodurcissable et un matériau à grains fins, tous les composants du composite en couches étant reliés entre eux dans le procédé sous pression thermique, caractérisé en ce que le matériau à grains fins de la matrice composite (6) est un composé inorganique, minérale ou synthétique en vrac, en particulier du quartz, des sables calcaires ou carbonés ou du sable polyminéral, des poussières industrielles ou de carrière, des scories de haut-fourneau ou de cuivre, ou un mélange de ces matières, leurs valeurs granulométriques naturelles ou friables variant de 0,06 à 2,0 mm et la dureté selon l'échelle de Mohs variant de 3 à 7.
  2. Unité abrasive à lamelles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le maille de fibres de verre avec du papier collé (7p) sur celui-ci est moulé dans la surface frontale supérieure et collé à travers la couche interne de la matrice composite (6) avec un maille nu de fibres de verre (7) moulé dans la surface frontale inférieure sous les lamelles abrasives (8).
  3. Unité abrasive à lamelles selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux mailles (7p, 7) moulées dans les surfaces frontales sont accolées à partir de la face interne par des mailles nues en fibre de verre (7).
  4. Unité abrasive à lamelles selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que dans la couche interne de la matrice composite (6) est moulé au moins un maille nu en fibre de verre (7), séparés des deux côtés de ceux adjacents par des couches de la matrice composite (6).
