Abstract

Ściernica zawiera tarczę nośną (A) z odsadzoną w strefie środkowej piastą (1), mającą współosiowy otwór (2) uzbrojony kołnierzową tuleją stalową (3) do mocowania ściernicy na wrzecionie kątowej szlifierki ręcznej. Na pierścieniowej powierzchni strefy przykrawędziowej (4) zamocowane są spoinami klejowymi (5) dolne krawędzie licznych listków ściernych (B), zachodzących kolejno na siebie w kierunku obwodowym tak, że odsłoniętymi są ich krawędzie tylne. Krążek tarczy nośnej (A) stanowi warstwowy kompozyt polimerowy ze zbrojeniem złożonym z co najmniej dwóch siatek z włókna szklanego usytuowanych na obu powierzchniach czołowych tarczy nośnej (A). Siatki spojone są matrycą kompozytową zawierającą spoiwo z termoutwardzalnej żywicy syntetycznej w ilości 5 do 50% wag., materiał drobnoziarnisty w postaci nieorganicznego, mineralnego lub syntetycznego materiału sypkiego, zwłaszcza piasek kwarcowy, wapienny, węglanowy lub piasek polimineralny, pyły przemysłowe lub z kamieniołomów, żużel wielkopiecowy lub pomiedziowy, albo mieszaninę wymienionych materiałów w łącznej ilości 50 do 95% wag., oraz których granulacja naturalna lub po rozdrobnieniu występuje w zakresie od 0,06 do 2,0 mm a twardości według skali Mohsa od 3 do 7, ponad to dodatki uszlachetniające w ilości od 0 do 45% wag.. Komponenty warstwowego kompozytu połączone są w procesie termiczno-ciśnieniowym.
