Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verschließvorrichtung für Behältnisse, z.B. für Glasbehältnisse, mit einem Schließteil, mittels dem eine Öffnung des Behältnisses verschließbar ist und das schließteilseitige Halteelemente aufweist, und behältnisseitigen Halteelementen, die an einem die Öffnung des Behältnisses aufweisenden Mündungsbereich desselben angeordnet und mit denen die schließteilseitigen Halteelemente beim Verschließen der Öffnung des Behältnisses in Eingriff bringbar sind.
  • Derartige Verschließvorrichtungen, bei denen es sich beispielsweise um Schraubdeckel oder -verschlüsse od.dgl. handeln kann, finden eine sehr große Verbreitung und sind für Behältnisse aller Art geeignet und in Gebrauch.
  • Aus der WO 2014/149726 A1 sind zwischen einem Verschlussteil und einem Mündungsbereich eines Behältnisses angeordnete Mikrokapseln bekannt, in denen eine fließfähige Substanz vorliegt. Beim Öffnen des Behältnisses durch Drehen des Schließteils werden diese Mikrokapseln beschädigt bzw. zerstört, sodass die in ihnen enthaltenen Flüssigkeiten am Mündungsbereich des Behältnisses fließen. Hierdurch soll gewährleistet werden, dass ein einmal geöffnetes Behältnis als solches erkennbar ist.
  • Aus der US 2014/116009 A1 ist eine entsprechende Verschließvorrichtung bekannt, bei der am mit einem Gewinde ausgebildeten Mündungsbereich eines Behältnisses ein Indikator angeordnet ist, der nach Entfernung der Verschließvorrichtung vom Behältnis und Ausschütten des Behältnisses von der im Behältnis befindlichen Substanz beim Ausgießen mitgenommen bzw. verändert wird.
  • Ein Identifizierungs- oder Markierungselement, mittels dem ein Behältnis in irgendeiner Form eingeordnet oder sortiert werden könnte, liegt bei den vorstehend angegebenen Behältnissen nicht vor.
  • Ausgehend von dem vorstehend geschilderten Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die gattungsgemäße Verschließvorrichtung für Behältnisse derart weiterzubilden, dass sie außer zu Verschließzwecken auch weiteren Nutzungen zugeführt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die behältnisseitigen Halteelemente als Identifizierungselemente, nämlich als Schriftzug, Zahlenfolge, ausgebildet sind bzw. solche Identifizierungselemente aufweisen, mittels denen die Behältnisse einer bzw. einem bestimmten Sorte, Klasse, Größe, Hersteller, Weiterverarbeiter, Abfüller zuordnungsfähig sind. Erfindungsgemäß werden ohnehin für derartige Verschließvorrichtungen erforderliche Bestandteile derselben so gestaltet, dass sie außer ihre Haltefunktion, die für das Funktionieren der Verschließvorrichtung unverzichtbar ist, noch eine Identifizierungsfunktion vornehmen. Aufgrund dieser Identifizierungsfunktion der behältnisseitigen Halteelemente können mit ihnen versehene Behältnisse ohne großen Aufwand geordnet werden.
  • Um derartige Zuordnungen auch bei geschlossenen Behältnissen vornehmen zu können, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn das Schließteil der erfindungsgemäßen Schließvorrichtung zumindest an seinem mit den behältnisseitigen Halteelementen zusammenwirkenden Abschnitt transparent ausgebildet ist. Für diesen Fall sind die behältnisseitigen Halteelemente, die auch als Identifizierungselemente ausgebildet sind bzw. die Identifizierungselemente aufweisen, auch dann sichtbar, wenn das Behältnis geschlossen ist.
  • Die behältnisseitigen Halteelemente können vorteilhaft als Schriftzug, als Zahlenfolge od.dgl. ausgebildet sein. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass diese Identifizierungselemente als Bildelemente oder als bestimmte graphische Ausgestaltungen od.dgl. ausgebildet sind.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform stehen die behältnisseitigen Halteelemente von der Außenfläche des Mündungsbereichs des Behältnisses vor bzw. sind erhaben auf dieser Außenfläche des Mündungsbereichs angeordnet.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer Ausführungsform unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert, in deren einziger Figur eine Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Verschließvorrichtung für Behältnisse prinzipiell dargestellt ist.
  • Eine in der einzigen Figur prinzipiell gezeigte Verschließvorrichtung 1 dient dazu, ein Behältnis 2, bei dem es sich z.B. um ein Glasbehältnis handeln kann, so zu verschließen, dass es jederzeit geöffnet werden kann.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel gliedert sich das Behältnis 2 in einen Hauptabschnitt 3 und in einen Mündungsbereich 4, an dessen Oberkante eine Öffnung 5 des Behältnisses 2 vorgesehen ist, deren Verschluß die Verschließvorrichtung 1 dient.
  • Zu der Verschließvorrichtung 1 gehört ein Schließteil 6, das z.B. als Schraubdeckel od.dgl. ausgebildet ist und mittels dem die Öffnung 5 des Behältnisses 2 verschließbar ist.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Schließteil 6 als Schraubdeckel ausgestaltet und hat auf der Innenfläche seines beispielsweise zylindrischen Schraubvorsprungs 7 schließteilseitige Halteelemente 8, die in der Figur durch eine strichpunktierte Linie dargestellt sind.
  • Zur Fixierung des Schließteils 6, in dessen Schließstellung am Behältnis 2 ist letzteres an seinem Mündungsbereich 4 bzw. auf der Außenfläche seines Mündungsbereichs 4 mit behältnisseitigen Halteelementen 9 versehen. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind diese behältnisseitigen Halteelemente 9 als von der Außenfläche des Mündungsbereichs 4 erhaben vorstehende Ziffernvorsprünge ausgestaltet, wobei die Unterkante der Ziffernvorsprünge 9 in der einzigen Figur von rechts nach links mit jedem Ziffervorsprung 9 leicht in abwärtiger Richtung versetzt ist. Hierdurch wird eine Fixierung des Schließteils 6 am Behältnis 2 durch das Zusammenwirken zwischen den schließteilseitigen Halteelementen 8 und den behältnisseitigen Halteelementen 9 erreichbar, wenn das Schließteil 6 entsprechend in Bezug auf den Mündungsbereich 4 verdreht wird.
  • Die behältnisseitigen Halteelemente 9 fungieren somit zusätzlich zu ihrer Haltefunktion als Identifizierungselemente. Sie sind im Mündungsbereich 4 des Behältnisses 2 leicht sichtbar. Mittels ihnen kann jedes mit ihnen versehene Behältnis in einfacher Weise zugeordnet werden, sei es einer bestimmten Sorte, einer bestimmten Klasse, einer bestimmten Größe od.dgl. oder sei es einem bestimmten Hersteller derartiger Behältnisse.
  • Dies gilt zunächst für die noch nicht mit dem Schließteil 6 versehenen Behältnisse 2.
  • Sofern das Schließteil 6 zumindest an seinem den behältnisseitigen Halteelementen 9 zugeordneten Abschnitt transparent gestaltet ist, ist die entsprechende Zuordnung aber auch bei geschlossenen Behältnissen 2 möglich.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die behältnisseitigen Halteelemente als Zahlenfolge ausgestaltet. Sie können jedoch auch als Schriftzug, graphische Darstellung od.dgl. ausgestaltet sein.

Claims (3)

  1. Verschließvorrichtung für Behältnisse (2), z.B. für Glasbehältnisse, mit einem Schließteil (6), mittels dem eine Öffnung (5) des Behältnisses (2) verschließbar ist und das schließteilseitige Halteelemente (8) aufweist, und behältnisseitigen Halteelementen (9), die an einem die Öffnung (5) des Behältnisses (2) aufweisenden Mündungsbereich (4) desselben angeordnet und mit denen die schließteilseitigen Halteelemente (8) beim Verschließen der Öffnung (5) des Behältnisses (2) in Eingriff bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die behältnisseitigen Halteelemente (9) als Identifizierungselemente, nämlich als Schriftzug oder Zahlenfolge, ausgebildet sind, mittels denen die Behältnisse (2) einer bzw. einem bestimmten Sorte, Klasse, Größe, Hersteller, Weiterverarbeiter, Abfüller zuordnungsfähig sind.
  2. Verschließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, deren Schließteil (6) zumindest an seinem mit den behältnisseitigen Halteelementen (9) zusammenwirkenden Abschnitt transparent ausgebildet ist.
  3. Verschließvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, deren behältnisseitige Halteelemente (9) von der Außenfläche des Mündungsbereichs (4) des Behältnisses (2) vorstehen.
