Abstract

Eine Schienenziehvorrichtung (1) zum Ziehen von Schienen (2) eines Gleises (3) besteht aus zwei voneinander distanzierten, Schwenkachsen (5) aufweisenden Klemmhebelpaaren (4), die durch zwei bezüglich einer normal zur Schienenlängsrichtung (7) verlaufenden Querrichtung (11) voneinander distanzierte Zugstangen (8) miteinander verbunden sind. Jede Zugstange (8) ist aus zwei in einer zur Schienenlängsrichtung parallelen Zugstangenlängsrichtung (14) hintereinander angeordneten, durch eine lösbare Kupplung (16) miteinander verbundenen Zugstangenabschnitten (12, 13) gebildet. Diese sind bedarfsweise durch einen mit der Kupplung (16) verbindbaren, U-förmig ausgebildeten Jochteil (17) voneinander distanzierbar.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schienenziehvorrichtung zum Ziehen von Schienen eines Gleises, bestehend aus zwei voneinander distanzierten, Schwenkachsen aufweisenden Klemmhebelpaaren, die durch zwei bezüglich einer normal zur Schienenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Querrichtung voneinander distanzierte Zugstangen miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Derartige Schienenziehvorrichtungen sind bereits mehrfach bekannt, wie z.B. aus GB 1 294 216 oder US 6,637,727 B1 , und werden beim Verschweißen von Schienen eingesetzt, um die beiden Schienenenden zu erfassen und im gewünschten Abstand zueinander zu positionieren bzw. die korrekte Spannkraft aufzubringen. Dies geschieht durch Ziehen der Schienen in deren Längsrichtung anhand von hydraulischen Verschiebezylindern, die in die Zugstangen integriert sind. Das Schweißaggregat wird dabei zwischen den beiden Zugstangen platziert.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung einer Schienenziehvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die erweiterte Einsatzmöglichkeiten bietet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einer Schienenziehvorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art durch die im Kennzeichen des Hauptanspruches angeführten Merkmale gelöst.
  • Mit einer derartigen Ausbildung der Zugstangen wird nun die vorteilhafte Möglichkeit geschaffen, den zwischen den Zugstangen liegenden Arbeitsbereich bedarfsweise zu vergrößern, um Platz für den Einsatz von eventuell größeren Arbeitsaggregaten zur Verfügung zu haben oder um auf örtliche Gegebenheiten, wie etwa Stromschienen, Rücksicht zu nehmen. Dadurch werden auch Arbeiten an der Gleisinfrastruktur, z.B. an den Schienenbefestigungen, wesentlich erleichtert. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt in der konstruktiv einfachen und dabei robusten Lösung eines rasch und problemlos ein- und wieder ausbaubaren Jochteils, mit dem auch bereits vorhandene Schienenziehvorrichtungen ohne großen Kostenaufwand nachrüstbar sind.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem Unteranspruch und der Zeichnungsbeschreibung.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben.
  • Eine in Fig. 1 der Zeichnung in einer Draufsicht dargestellte Schienenziehvorrichtung 1 dient zum Ziehen von Schienen 2 eines Gleises 3 und weist zwei Klemmhebelpaare 4 mit um Schwenkachsen 5 drehbaren Klemmhebeln 6 auf. Die - in einer Schienenlängsrichtung 7 voneinander distanzierten - Klemmhebelpaare 4 sind durch zwei Zugstangen 8 mit in diese integrierten Verschiebeantrieben 9 in Form von Hydraulikzylindern 10 miteinander verbunden, wobei die Zugstangen 8 bezüglich einer normal zur Schienenlängsrichtung 7 verlaufenden Querrichtung 11 voneinander distanziert angeordnet sind.
  • Jede Zugstange 8 ist aus zwei Zugstangenabschnitten 12, 13 gebildet, die in einer zur Schienenlängsrichtung 7 parallelen Zugstangenlängsrichtung 14 hintereinander angeordnet sind. An den einander zugekehrten Enden 15 der Zugstangenabschnitte 12 und 13 befindet sich jeweils eine lösbare Kupplung 16, mittels derer die Zugstangenabschnitte 12, 13 miteinander verbindbar sind.
  • Wie im hier illustrierten Fall dargestellt, besteht bedarfsweise aber auch die Möglichkeit, die beiden Zugstangenabschnitte 12 und 13 jeweils durch einen mit der Kupplung 16 verbindbaren Jochteil 17 voneinander zu distanzieren. Der Jochteil 17 ist jeweils U-förmig gekröpft ausgebildet, um so den zwischen den beiden Zugstangen 8 verfügbaren Raum im Bereich der beiden Jochteile 17 zu vergrößern.
  • Aus Gründen der Gewichtsersparnis sind die beiden Jochteile 17 jeweils durch eine Fachwerkskonstruktion 18 gebildet, die - wenn im Arbeitseinsatz mit den Zugstangenabschnitten 12, 13 verbunden - in einer normal zu den Schwenkachsen 5 der Klemmhebelpaare 4 verlaufenden Ebene positioniert ist. Tragegriffe 19 sind zur besseren Handhabbarkeit der Jochteile 17 bei deren Ein- und Ausbau vorgesehen.

Claims (2)

  1. Schienenziehvorrichtung zum Ziehen von Schienen (2) eines Gleises (3), bestehend aus zwei voneinander distanzierten, Schwenkachsen (5) aufweisenden Klemmhebelpaaren (4), die durch zwei bezüglich einer normal zur Schienenlängsrichtung (7) verlaufenden Querrichtung (11) voneinander distanzierte Zugstangen (8) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Zugstange (8) aus zwei in einer zur Schienenlängsrichtung (7) parallelen Zugstangenlängsrichtung (14) hintereinander angeordneten, durch eine lösbare Kupplung (16) miteinander verbundenen Zugstangenabschnitten (12, 13) gebildet ist, die bedarfsweise jeweils durch einen mit der Kupplung (16) verbindbaren, U-förmig ausgebildeten Jochteil (17) voneinander distanzierbar sind.
  2. Schienenziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Jochteile (17) durch eine Fachwerkkonstruktion (18) gebildet sind und - im mit den Zugstangenabschnitten (12, 13) verbundenen Arbeitseinsatz - in einer normal zu den Schwenkachsen (5) der Klemmhebelpaare (4) verlaufenden Ebene angeordnet sind.
