Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haarstylingutensil (1), - mit einer kreisförmig verlaufenden Endloshelix (2) aus einem elastischen Material, - wobei die Endloshelix (2) insgesamt sechs bis acht, bevorzugt sieben, Windungen (3) aufweist, die an einem inneren Bereich (4) aneinander anliegen. Hierdurch ist es möglich, spektakuläre Frisuren einfach herzustellen.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Haarstylingutensil.
  • Für das Anfertigen von Steckfrisuren, insbesondere von Hochsteckfrisuren, standen bislang entweder Haarklammern, Haarspangen oder Haargummis zur Verfügung, welche drei zum Teil schwierig einzubringen waren und bei längerem Tragen unter Umständen durch ein Ziehen an den Haaren zu Kopfschmerzen führen konnten. Darüber hinaus war das Herstellen besonders modischer Frisuren mittels derartiger Haargummis bzw. Haarspangen oder -klammern nicht oder nur äußerst aufwendig möglich.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung beschäftigt sich daher mit dem Problem, ein Haarstylingutensil anzugeben, welches sich insbesondere durch eine einfache Handhabung, einen hohen Tragekomfort und eine hohe Flexibilität bezüglich möglicher herzustellender Frisuren auszeichnet.
  • Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß durch den Gegenstand des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, ein neuartiges Haarstylingutensil zu schaffen, welches nicht nur vergleichsweise einfach in die Haare einzubringen ist, sondern darüber hinaus auch eine lang anhaltende Fixierung der damit gestylten Haare ermöglicht, ohne beispielsweise bei längerem Tragen durch ein unerwünschtes Ziehen an den Haaren zu Kopfschmerzen zu führen. Das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil weist dabei eine kreisförmig verlaufende Endloshelix aus einem elastischen Material auf, wobei diese Endloshelix insgesamt sechs bis acht, vorzugsweise sieben, Windungen besitzt, die an einem inneren Bereich aneinander anliegen. Durch das erfindungsgemäß sechs bis acht und besonders bevorzugt genau sieben Windungen aufweisende Haarstylingutensil kann eine äußerst einfache Anwendung (Applikation) erreicht werden, bei welchen das Haarstylingutensil lediglich aufgesetzt und nicht etwa wie bisher eingebunden werden muss. Durch die blumenförmige Anordnung bzw. die nahezu radiale Ausrichtung der einzelnen sieben Windungen der Endloshelix sowie den Druck durch die eng aneinander anliegenden Windungen in ihren inneren Bereichen, greift das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil fest ins Haar und bietet dadurch einen stabilen Halt, ohne es fest in das Haar einbinden zu müssen. Mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensils lassen sich insbesondere sogenannte "Hochsteckfrisuren" vergleichsweise einfach und darüber hinaus äußerst flexibel herstellen. Durch die Elastizität der Endloshelix können dabei darüber hinaus unterschiedlich starke Haarstränge durch das Haarstylingutensil fixiert werden.
  • Bei einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung weist das Haarstylingutensil in unbelastetem Zustand einen lichten Innendurchmesser di von ca. 0,5 cm auf. Durch diese Größenangabe wird bereits ersichtlich, wie klein das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil ist, so dass dieses in einem Nicht-Gebrauchszustand auch einfach, beispielsweise in einer Hosentasche, verstaut und mitgeführt werden kann.
  • Zweckmäßig besitzt eine Windung der Endloshelix einen Durchmesser dEa von ca. 1,0 cm. Durch vielfältige Versuche konnte herausgefunden werden, dass speziell dieser Durchmesser die Fixierung der Haare mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensils auf der einen Seite besonders einfach und auf der anderen Seite besonders flexibel ermöglicht.
  • Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung besitzt das Haarstylingutensil einen Außendurchmesser da von ca. 2,5 cm. Zum Vergleich wird hierzu ein 2 Euro-Stück angeführt, welches ebenfalls einen Außendurchmesser von ca. 2,5 cm aufweist, woraus wiederum ersichtlich wird, wie klein das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil ist und wie platzsparend es deshalb, beispielsweise in einem Nicht-Gebrauchszustand, auch anderweitig, insbesondere in einer Tasche, mitgeführt werden kann.
  • Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist das elastische Material der Endloshelix aus einem elastischen Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyurethan, hergestellt. Polyurethane sind Kunststoffe bzw. Kunstharze. Durch den Einsatz von Polyurethan kann eine an sich geschlossene Oberfläche erreicht werden, die ein Aufsaugen bzw. Anlagern von Schmutz oder Bakterien verhindert und dadurch einen hohen Hygienestandard ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus gilt Polyurethan als nicht allergieerregend, so dass üblicherweise keinerlei gesundheitliche Beeinträchtigungen zu erwarten sind. Durch die wasserund schweißabweisende Wirkung von Polyurethan, kann das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil auch beim Sport problemlos eingesetzt werden, wobei es insbesondere unter starken Belastungen seine großen Vorteile unter Beweis stellen kann. Hierzu zählt insbesondere auch, dass trotz eines festen Halts der Haare durch das Haarstylingutensil keine Abdrücke nach dem Tragen auf den Haaren verbleiben.
  • Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensils, weist das elastische Material der Endloshelix eine griffige, rutschhemmende Oberfläche, insbesondere eine rutschhemmende Beschichtung, auf. Hierdurch kann einerseits ein leichtes und dennoch zuverlässiges Greifen und damit eine erleichterte Handhabung des erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensils erreicht werden und andererseits ein zuverlässiges Halten der damit fixierten Haare.
  • Die Dicke bzw. ein Durchmesser des die Endloshelix bildenden Federelements beträgt dabei ca. 0,9 cm, was sich als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen hat. Zweckmäßig sind ein Anfang und ein Ende der Endloshelix miteinander verschweißt. Dies liegt an dem speziellen Herstellungsprozess, bei welchem die Helix zunächst in einer Art Endloswendel bzw. Endloshelix hergestellt und dann entsprechend der für das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil erforderlichen vorzugsweise sieben Windungen abgelängt wird. Mitunter kann dabei eine leichte Schweißnaht optisch wahrzunehmen sein. Rein theoretisch ist aber selbstverständlich auch denkbar, dass ein Anfang und ein Ende der Endloshelix über eine oberflächenfluchtende und dadurch haptisch und/oder optisch nicht wahrnehmbare Schweißnaht miteinander verbunden sind, so dass der Anfang und das Ende der Endloshelix nicht sichtbar sind.
  • Bei einer alternativen Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist die Endloshelix einstückig ausgebildet, wobei ein Anfang und ein Ende der Endloshelix nahtlos ineinander übergehen. Dies kann beispielsweise durch eine entsprechende Kunststoffspritzgussform erreicht werden.
  • Weitere wichtige Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen, aus den Zeichnungen und aus der zugehörigen Figurenbeschreibung anhand der Zeichnungen.
  • Es versteht sich, dass die vorstehend genannten und die nachstehend noch zu erläuternden Merkmale nicht nur in der jeweils angegebenen Kombination, sondern auch in anderen Kombinationen oder in Alleinstellung verwendbar sind, ohne den Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verlassen.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und werden in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert, wobei sich gleiche Bezugszeichen auf gleiche oder ähnliche oder funktional gleiche Komponenten beziehen.

  • Entsprechend den Fig. 1 und 2, weist ein erfindungsgemäßes Haarstylingutensil 1 eine kreisförmig verlaufende Endloshelix 2 aus einem elastischen Material auf, wobei die Endloshelix 2 insgesamt sieben Windungen 3 besitzt, die an einem inneren Bereich 4 aneinander anliegen. Rein theoretisch kann das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil 1 auch nur sechs oder sogar acht, derartiger Windungen 3 aufweisen, wobei sich bei genau sieben solcher Windungen 3 ein besonders günstiges Herstellen der Frisuren ergeben hat, da bei sieben Windungen 3 noch die erforderliche Spannung in den Haaren zum Fixieren gegeben ist, trotzdem aber auch eine das Modellieren der Haare ermöglichende Elastizität gegeben ist. Gebildet wird die Endloshelix 2 von einem schraubengangförmig aufwickelten Federelement 8, welches beispielsweise einen Durchmesser d von 0,9 cm aufweist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil 1 besitzt einen lichten Innendurchmesser di von ca. 0,5 mm und einen Außendurchmesser da von ca. 2,5 cm, so dass das gemäß der Fig. 1 dargestellte Haarstylingutensil 1 im Wesentlichen lediglich die Größe eines 2 Euro-Stücks hat. Eine Windung 3 der Endloshelix 2 besitzt einen Durchmesser dEa von ca. 1,0 cm.
  • Das für die Endloshelix 2 verwendete, elastische Material kann insbesondere aus einem elastischen Kunststoff, beispielsweise aus Polyurethan, hergestellt sein, und dadurch nicht nur langandauernd elastisch, sondern auch gesundheitlich unbedenklich und insbesondere wasser- und schweißabweisend, wodurch das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil 1 sogar beim Sport und insbesondere auch beim Schwimmen problemlos eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Darüber hinaus kann das elastische Material der Endloshelix 2 eine griffige, rutschhemmende Oberfläche, insbesondere eine rutschhemmende Beschichtung, aufweisen, welche zum einen das Begreifen und die Handhabung des erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensils 1 erleichtern und zum anderen die Haare während des Fixiervorgangs zuverlässig fixieren.
  • Üblicherweise weist die Endloshelix 2 einen Anfang 5 und ein Ende 6 auf, die über eine Schweißnaht 7 miteinander verschweißt und damit aneinander fixiert sind. Die Schweißnaht 7 kann dabei haptisch wahrnehmbar sein, insbesondere in der Art eines kleinen Ringwulstes, wobei es selbstverständlich alternativ auch vorstellbar ist, dass der Anfang 5 und das Ende 6 der Endloshelix 2 über eine oberflächenfluchtende und dadurch haptisch nicht wahrnehmbare Schweißnaht 7 miteinander verbunden sind, so dass in diesem Fall der Anfang 5 und das Ende 6 der Endloshelix 2 überhaupt nicht ermittelbar sind. Wiederum alternativ ist auch vorstellbar, dass der Anfang 5 und das Ende 6 nahtlos ineinander übergehen, wobei in diesem Fall die Endloshelix 2 in einem speziell geformten Kunststoffspritzgusswerkzeug, beispielsweise mittels eines Spritzgussprozesses, hergestellt wird.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensil 1 lassen sich insbesondere im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Haargummis oder Haarspangen folgende Vorteile realisieren:
    • Es hinterlässt keinerlei Abdrücke in den Haaren nach dem Tragen,
    • es ermöglicht ein revolutionäres Styling auch anspruchsvoller und außergewöhnlicher Frisuren,
    • es vermeidet Spliss und Haarbruch,
    • es ist wasser- und schweißabweisend und dadurch in nahezu sämtlichen Lebenssituationen einsetzbar,
    • es vermeidet Kopfschmerzen, da es keine Zugkräfte der Haare auf die Kopfhaut überträgt,
    • es ist anti-allergisch,
    • es ist für jeden Haartyp geeignet,
    • es bietet einen außergewöhnlich starken Halt,
    • es ist für unterschiedlich dicke Haarsträhnen aufgrund der Elastizität des Materials problemlos einsetzbar,
    • es gewährleistet eine deutlich längere Lebenserwartung,
    • es vermeidet Ziepen und ausgerissene Haare.
  • Im Vergleich zu bisherigen Haargummis weist das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil 1 auch eine deutlich längere Lebenserwartung auf, wobei durch die Verwendung von Polyurethan es zudem möglich ist, einen Memory-Effekt zu erzielen, so dass das Haarstylingutensil 1 bei einer gedehnten Endloshelix 2 lediglich erwärmt, beispielsweise auf eine Heizung, gelegt werden muss, um aufgrund der Wärme wieder in seinen ursprünglichen Zustand zurückversetzt werden zu können.
  • Durch die Verwendung von Polyurethan ist das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil 1 darüber hinaus besonders hygienisch, da es weder Schmutz noch Bakterien aufnimmt. Gereinigt werden kann das erfindungsgemäße Haarstylingutensil 1 mit nahezu sämtlichen Seifen bzw. Haushaltsreinigern, wodurch es selbst nach einer starken Verschmutzung einfach gereinigt werden kann.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensil lassen sich erstmals vergleichsweise einfach aber dennoch dauerhaft äußerst spektakuläre Frisuren herstellen. Den besonderen Effekt beim Herstellen der Frisuren liegt in den insgesamt bevorzugt nur sieben Windungen 3 der Endloshelix 2, welche sich am inneren Bereich 4 berühren, d.h. aneinander anliegen.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensil lassen sich auch erstmals Frisuren herstellen, die mit herkömmlichen Haarklammern oder Haargummis nicht oder nur vergleichsweise aufwändig - auch mit deutlich mehr Haarklammern oder - gummis - herstellbar waren. Auch können mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarstylingutensil außergewöhnliche Frisuren schnell und unkompliziert hergestellt werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Haarstylingutensil (1), mit einer kreisförmig verlaufenden Endloshelix (2) aus einem elastischen Material,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Endloshelix (2) insgesamt sechs bis acht, vorzugsweise sieben, Windungen (3) aufweist, die an einem inneren Bereich (4) aneinander anliegen,
    - das Haarstylingutensil (1) einen lichten Innendurchmesser (di) von ca. 0,5 cm aufweist,
    - eine Windung (3) der Endloshelix (2) einen Durchmesser (dEa) von ca. 1,0 cm aufweist,

    das elastische Material der Endloshelix (2) eine griffige, rutschhemmende Oberfläche, insbesondere eine rutschhemmende Beschichtung, aufweist.
  4. Haarstylingutensil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Anfang (5) und ein Ende (6) der Endloshelix (2) miteinander verschweißt sind.
  5. Haarstylingutensil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Anfang (5) und ein Ende (6) der Endloshelix (2) über eine oberflächenfluchtende und dadurch haptisch nicht wahrnehmbare Schweißnaht (7) miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Haarstylingutensil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Anfang (5) und ein Ende (6) der Endloshelix (2) nahtlos ineinander übergehen.
