Claims (11)
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs, en particulier pour une machine à coudre industrielle, un dispositif de soudage fixe ou équivalent, pour la fabrication de fermetures de sacs, consistant en- une plaque de support placée de manière sensiblement horizontale (20),- une fente de passage (21) qui s'étend dans le sens longitudinal de la plaque de support (20),- un convoyeur (6) placé des deux côtés de la fente de passage (21) pour saisir les sacs (27) en dessous des bords supérieurs des sacs (28) à coudre ou à fermer et pour amener les sacs (27) à une unité de couture, un dispositif de soudage ou équivalent,- une boîte d'engrenages (1), reliée à un moteur d'entraînement (3), placée sur la plaque de support (20) près de la zone d'entrée (22) de la fente de passage (21), boîte d'engrenages dont les arbres de sortie (4) sont en liaison active avec le convoyeur (6) et le mettent en mouvement, ainsi que- deux couteaux (11, 14) en face l'un de l'autre, qui peuvent être commandés et qui sont rotatifs autour d'axes sensiblement verticaux, qui sont logés dans un bloc de couteaux (2) formé séparémentcaractérisé en ce- que le bloc de couteaux (2) avec les couteaux (11, 14) peut être déplacé par rapport à la boîte d'engrenages (1) entre une position de travail active et une position de travail inactive et peut être fixé dans ses positions de travail prédéfinies.
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de couteaux (2) est placé déplaçable en coulissant par rapport à la boîte d'engrenages (1) dans le sens vertical entre une position de travail inférieure et une position de travail supérieure.
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de couteaux (2) est équipé d'un support profilé (17) avec au moins une rainure de guidage verticale (25), qu'une pièce angulaire (16) pourvue d'un levier de serrage (15) est placée sur la boîte d'engrenages (1) et que le levier de serrage (15) présente un élément de fixation, qui peut venir en prise dans la rainure de guidage (25), qui peut être fixé dans la rainure de guidage (25) par actionnement du levier de serrage (15).
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un élément de transmission de force rotatif dans la zone d'au moins l'un des deux axes de couteau, élément de transmission de force qui peut être entraîné à l'aide du convoyeur (6) et qui peut être sélectivement accouplé avec l'axe de couteau correspondant.
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité frontale inférieure d'au moins l'un des axes de couteau est pourvue d'une partie supérieure (10) d'une liaison emboîtable par complémentarité de formes, que l'élément de transmission de force rotatif est prévu en tant que partie inférieure complémentaire (9) d'une liaison emboîtable par complémentarité de formes et que la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure (9, 10) de la liaison emboîtable peuvent être accouplées l'une avec l'autre dans la position de fonctionnement inférieure du bloc de couteaux (2).
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que seulement l'un des deux axes de couteau est entraîné à l'aide de l'élément de transmission de force tandis que le second axe de couteau est en relation avec le premier axe de couteau par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage denté (roues dentées 12, 13).
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur (6) qui sert d'alimentation de couture, placé dans la zone de la fente de passage (21) de la plaque de support (20), présente deux organes d'entraînement sans fin qui peuvent être entraînés chacun au moyen d'un arbre de sortie (4) de la boîte d'engrenages (1).
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'entraînement sans fin sont configurés comme des chaînes à maillons (24) dont les brins tournés l'un vers l'autre servent au transport du produit à coudre.
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les chaînes à maillons sans fin (24) peuvent être entraînées par des roues dentées ou des pignons (5) qui se trouvent sur les arbres de sortie (4) de la boîte d'engrenages (1).
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de rotation de la partie inférieure (9) de la liaison emboîtable par complémentarité de formes peut être dévié de l'organe d'entraînement sans fin (chaîne à maillons 24) par un élément de transmission.
- Dispositif d'amenée de sacs selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue dentée ou un pignon (7) qui est en relation avec la chaîne à maillons correspondante (24) et qui convertit le mouvement linéaire de la chaîne à maillons (24) en un mouvement rotatif de la partie inférieure (9) de la liaison emboîtable est prévu comme élément de transmission.
