  • the method described has a number of advantages. After finishing the surface, the customer can immediately take the finished product with him in the desired quantity and quality. In particular, this solves the problem of small quantities for the laminate panel manufacturer, since he only has to produce one type of panel, namely pre-primed and structured panels, possibly in different dimensions. Since the connecting and locking means are milled onto pre-primed panels in this process or worked on in some other form, the resulting milling waste is reduced in particular by the fact that no decorative paper or overlay paper is applied to the pre-primed panels. This significantly reduces the manufacturing costs. In addition, the method described significantly reduces transport damage or transmission errors in orders, since the customer can stand directly in front of the device and enter his wishes. It is no longer necessary to transfer an order to a laminate manufacturer.
