Claims (15)
- Dispositif destiné au remplacement de trains de galets (15) sur des pylônes (13) de téléphérique, doté d'un véhicule d'échange (10), lequel est mobile sur le câble (14), en particulier le câble tracteur, du téléphérique, et doté d'au moins deux treuils (3, 4) dotés de câbles (8, 9), avec lesquels un train de galets à remplacer (15) peut être abaissé et un nouveau train de galets (15) peut être hissé, caractérisé en ce que le véhicule d'échange (10) comporte au moins deux véhicules (1, 2, 6, 7) reliés l'un à l'autre, lesquels sont reliés au câble (14) par le biais de pinces (16 à 19).
- Dispositif d'après la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les véhicules (1, 2, 6, 7) sont reliés à leurs pinces (16 à 19) au moyen de tringles (23a, 23b, 23c).
- Dispositif d'après la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des poulies (27) sont agencées pour les câbles (8, 9) sur au moins deux véhicules (6, 7).
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par quatre véhicules (1, 2, 6, 7) reliés l'un à l'autre, dans lequel les treuils (3, 4) sont agencés aux deux véhicules extérieurs (1, 2) et des poulies (27) pour les câbles (8, 9) sont agencées aux deux véhicules intérieurs (6, 7).
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que deux véhicules adjacents (1, 6 ; 2, 7) sont reliés par le biais de barres de raccordement (20a, 20b), lesquelles sont reliées aux véhicules (1, 2, 6, 7) à distance des pinces (16 à 19) .
- Dispositif d'après la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux véhicules extérieurs (1, 2) sont reliés au véhicule intérieur respectivement adjacent (6, 7) par le biais de barres de raccordement (20a, 20b).
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les poulies (27) sont agencées à des supports pliants (24) disposés sur le véhicule (6, 7) de manière pivotante, de préférence autour d'un axe horizontal (26).
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des supports pivotants (23) pour des charges suspendues à ceux-ci, de préférence pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe vertical (25), sont agencés à au moins deux véhicules (6, 7).
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par un support de montage (22), pouvant être fixé au pylône (13), sur lequel deux poulies de renvoi (39, 40) sont disposées pour les câbles (8, 9) .
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par une bascule (38) disposée sur le pylône (13), sur laquelle deux poulies de renvoi (11, 12), éventuellement démontables, sont disposées pour les câbles (8, 9).
- Dispositif d'après la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que des élingues rondes (36, 37) peuvent être agencées à la bascule (38), auxquelles le câble (14) est suspendu dans l'état retiré.
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par un train de galets de montage (21), lequel peut être monté temporairement sur le pylône (13) à la place du train de galets (15).
- Dispositif d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par un palan (32) pouvant être monté sur le pylône (13) afin d'enlever ou de poser le câble (14) du ou sur le train de galets (15) ou train de galets de montage (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que des poulies de renvoi sont agencées sur les pinces (16, 19) des véhicules (1, 2) .
- Procédé de remplacement de trains de galets (15) sur des pylônes (13) d'installations de téléphérique, où un véhicule d'échange (10) doté d'au moins deux treuils (3, 4) dotés de câbles (8, 9) est conduit au pylône (13), et puis un câble (14) courant sur le train de galets (15) est enlevé du train de galets (15) avec le véhicule d'échange (10) et le train de galets (15) est ensuite démonté, caractérisé en ce que lorsque le train de galets (15) est suspendu au le véhicule d'échange (10), qui comporte au moins deux véhicules reliés l'un à l'autre (1, 2, 6, 7), lesquels sont reliés au câble (14) par le biais de pinces (16 à 19), un train de galets de montage (21) est monté sur le pylône (13) et le câble (14) est posé sur le train de galets de montage (21), en ce qu'ensuite, le véhicule d'échange (10) est conduit sur le câble (14) à un autre endroit et le train de galets (15) est échangé pour un nouveau train de galets (15), en ce que le nouveau train de galets (15) est conduit au pylône avec le véhicule d'échange (10) et en ce que le câble (14) courant sur le train de galets de montage (21) est enlevé du train de galets de montage (21) avec le véhicule d'échange (10) et le train de galets de montage (21) est ensuite échangé contre le train de galets (15).
