Definitions

  • the invention relates to a disassembly securing device of a self-loading pistol, comprising: a dismantling shaft disposed within the handle, which is rotatable by means of an external handle between a locking position for locking the tube and a disassembly position for disassembly of the tube; a between a locking and a release position movable disassembly securing element which engages in its locking position with a first end in the disassembly shaft and thereby determines this in the locking position and which is in its release position with its first end out of engagement with the disassembly shaft and these for rotation in the Releases disassembly position and acted on at its second end by an inserted into the self-loading pistol magazine and thereby brought into its locked position and is brought in its fully or partially removed magazine in its release position.
  • the invention also relates to a self-loading pistol equipped with such a disassembly securing device.
  • position designations such as “top”, “bottom”, “front”, “rear”, etc. always refer to the view of a shooter who keeps the self-loading pistol in normal firing position with horizontal axis of the soul.
  • Self-loading pistols with a disassembly protection are known in different designs and usually have, in particular here, in addition to the disassembly securing device on a locking catch.
  • the disassembly backup has the task of disassembly or disassembly of a self-loading pistol, for example, to clean or to check the technical condition, to prevent magazine inserted.
  • a shooter To disassemble a shooter usually holds the pistol with one hand on the handle and with the other hand grasps the slide or the closure top from above. Then he pulls the shutter slide back against the spring force of a closing spring arranged in the handle and possibly a tap until a catch catcher traps the shutter slide in the shutter catch position, i. holds. A cartridge which may be present in the cartridge chamber is ejected when the closing slide is withdrawn. In the catching position of the closing slide, a dismantling lever or a dismantling shaft can be rotated out of its locking position into its disassembling position. After release of the locking lever, the closing slide can then be removed forwards together with the tube and the closing spring.
  • the disassembly securing device includes a disassembly shaft which is movable between a locking position and a disassembly position by the user of the gun via an external handle.
  • the disassembly shaft blocked in its locking position a lug on the underside of the tube, so that the tube can not be removed. In the disassembly position, this approach can slide over the disassembly shaft and disassemble the gun in the usual way.
  • the shooter spans the cock or the hammer when loading. For firing a shooter then actuates a trigger and thus a trigger mechanism. This will release the cock cocked or the percussion piece then striking a striker. The firing pin encounters a primer in the bottom of the cartridge and ignites the cartridge.
  • EP 2 116 804 A1 shows a self-loading pistol with a disassembly fuse.
  • An inserted magazine pushes a safety slide forward against an oblique locking surface of a disassembly shaft, there called Zerleghebelwelle, which is thereby blocked in its locked position.
  • Zerleghebelwelle In this locking position is an approach of the tube of the self-loading gun to a circular contact surface of the disassembly shaft.
  • GB 151,196 discloses a self-loading pistol with a hammer and a disassembly securing element, there called control cam, which prevents disassembly of the tube and closing carriage when inserted into the self-loading gun magazine.
  • an inserted magazine engages a lateral projection of the disassembly securing element and pivots it against the force of a spring upwards, so that the trigger bar is freely movable.
  • pivoting upwards additionally enters a shoulder of the dismantling securing element in the movement path of the closing slide and blocks its decrease forward.
  • the spring pivots the disassembly securing element down against the trigger bar and controls it out of engagement with the trigger mechanism, so that a shot trigger is prevented. Also, when pivoting down the shoulder comes out of the path of movement of the closing slide, so that it can be pulled off to the front.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide an improved dismantling safety device as well as an improved self-loading pistol in order to overcome or at least reduce the above disadvantages.
  • the generic dismantling safety device thus additionally has the following feature: the disassembly securing element is pivotally mounted to take its locking and release position about an axis of rotation.
  • the generic self-loading pistol of claim 14 is characterized in that it is provided with a disassembly securing device according to one of claims 1 to 13.
  • the disassembly securing device like the generic self-loading pistol, provides a secure mechanical disassembly lock on the self-loading pistol which can only be disassembled when the ammunition magazine has been removed from the self-loading pistol. Thus, it ensures a safe disassembly, since a shutter movement reload no cartridge and so no unwanted shot can solve.
  • the user needs the Carefully release the slide and the tube in several consecutive steps, namely 1. removal of the magazine, 2. retraction of the shutter and manual engagement of the shutter catch lever, 3. twisting the disassembly shaft for disassembly, 4. holding the shutter and releasing the shutter catch lever, 5. manual Leading and removing the closure with tube and closing spring forward (installation in reverse order).
  • a rotatable mounting of the disassembly securing element also reduces the susceptibility to soiling, since any dirt or earth contamination due to the rotatability about an axis has far less disruptive effects than with longitudinally displaceable parts. Therefore, the disassembly securing device according to the invention is less prone to failure and thus increases the reliability and reliability of a self-loading pistol equipped with it, since a pivot bearing generally less (possibly dirty) friction surfaces and thus resistance offers, as for example.
  • a longitudinal storage with longitudinal displacement of the components (as they from the above-mentioned prior art).
  • a sufficiently large leverage effect of the disassembly securing element is provided via the pivotability and a correspondingly long lever action arm.
  • the disassembly securing device comprises an elastic member for exerting a bias on the disassembly securing element, preferably in the direction of its release position.
  • the elastic member may be formed, for example, as an elastomer or made of plastic, rubber or other suitable materials.
  • the elastic member is designed as a spring element, in particular as a leg spring. (Claim 3)
