Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung, welche für die Kreuzung eines in eine Straße (4) eingelassenen ersten Schienensystems (2) mit einem in die Straße (4) eingelassenen zweiten Schienensystem (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:
    - ein erstes Schienensystem (2), welches für den Verkehr oder zur Führung eines Fahrzeugs oder einer beliebigen anderen mobilen Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, und umfasst:
    • wenigstens eine erste Schiene (5), welche einen Schienenkopf (6) mit einer im Wesentlichen bündig mit der Straße (4) angeordneten Oberseite (7), einer ersten lateralen Seite (8) und einer der ersten lateralen Seite (8) entgegengesetzten zweiten lateralen Seite (9) aufweist; und
    • wenigstens ein Abstandsmittel (16), welches zur Begrenzung eines Durchlassraumes (13) für die Reliefstrukturen (14) von Roll- oder Führungsmitteln (15) zumindest aufseiten der ersten lateralen Seite (8) des Schienenkopfes (6) vorgesehen ist;
    - ein zweites Schienensystem (3), welches zur Führung eines Fahrzeugs vorgesehen ist und wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (21) aufweist, wobei die Führungsschiene (21):
    • einen Schienenkopf (22) mit einer Oberseite (23) aufweist, welcher im Wesentlichen bündig mit der Straße (4) angeordnet ist und die erste Schiene (5) kreuzt;
    • auf dem Niveau der Kreuzung mit der ersten Schiene (5) unterbrochen ist, um zwei Teilabschnitte (26, 27) zu bilden, welche jeweils ein erstes Ende (28) und ein zweites Ende (29) in Verlängerung des ersten Endes (28) aufweisen;
    - wenigstens einen dehnbaren Abschnitt (32), welcher zumindest in den ersten oder in den zweiten Teilabschnitt (26, 27) integriert ist;
    - wenigstens ein Betätigungsmittel (33), welches zum Ausdehnen und Zusammenziehen des dehnbaren Abschnittes (32) der Länge nach vorgesehen ist, um eine zusammengezogene Position, in welcher das erste Ende (28) mit Abstand von der ersten Schiene (5) angeordnet ist, so dass ein Fahrzeug oder eine beliebige andere mobile Einrichtung auf der ersten Schiene (5) zu verkehren vermag, sowie eine ausgedehnte Position zu definieren, in welcher das erste Ende (28) an die erste Schiene (5) angenähert angeordnet ist, so dass die Führung eines Fahrzeugs auf der Führungsschiene (21) gewährleistet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der erste Teilabschnitt (26) aufseiten der ersten lateralen Seite (8) der ersten Schiene (5) angeordnet ist und ein erstes Ende (28) aufweist, welches aufseiten der ersten lateralen Seite (8) der ersten Schiene angeordnet ist;
    - der zweite Teilabschnitt (27) aufseiten der zweiten lateralen Seite (9) der ersten Schiene (5) angeordnet ist und ein zweites Ende (29) aufweist, welches in unmittelbarer Nähe der zweiten lateralen Seite (9) der ersten Schiene und in Verlängerung des ersten Endes (28) angeordnet ist;
    - das erste Ende in der zusammengezogenen Position des dehnbaren Abschnittes (32) von der ersten lateralen Seite (8) der ersten Schiene (5) entfernt ist; und
    - das erste Ende (28) in der ausgedehnten Position des dehnbaren Abschnittes (32) an die erste laterale Seite (8) der ersten Schiene (5) angenähert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner ein Mittel zur Führung in der Trajektorie oder Laufbahn (26) für den dehnbaren Abschnitt (32) der Führungsschiene (21) aufweist, welches zur Führung des Ausdehnens und Zusammenziehens des dehnbaren Abschnittes (32) der Länge nach gemäß einer vorgegebenen Trajektorie oder Laufbahn vorgesehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstandsmittel (16) in Form einer Ausnehmung (17) ausgebildet ist, welche in dem Schienenkopf (6) aufseiten der ersten lateralen Seite (8) der ersten Schiene (5) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (17) seitlich von einer Schürze (19) begrenzt ist, und dass die Schürze (19) auf dem Niveau der Kreuzung einen Einschnitt (38) aufweist, um es dem ersten Ende (28) der Führungsschiene (21) zu ermöglichen, während der Ausdehnung des dehnbaren Abschnittes (32) über das Abstandsmittel (16) der ersten Schiene (5) hinweg verschoben zu werden.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Abstandsmittel (16) in Form eines Freiraumes (20) ausgebildet ist, welcher zwischen der ersten lateralen Seite (8) des Schienenkopfes (6) und der Straße (4) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dehnbare Abschnitt (32) der Führungsschiene (21) durch alternierende Bearbeitung der Schiene (21), durch eine Anordnung von transversalen Lamellen, durch eine Anordnung von transversalen Lamellen, welche mittels teleskopierbaren Ineinanderfügens oder Verschiebens auf wenigstens einer gemeinsamen, sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Führungsstruktur miteinander verbunden sind, oder durch eine Stapelung von nachgiebigen Lamellen, welche nach Art eines Akkordeons alternierend oben und unten miteinander verschweißt sind, gebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dehnbare Abschnitt (32) der Führungsschiene (21) durch eine Anordnung von transversalen Lamellen gebildet ist, und dass zwischen jede transversale Lamelle ein elastisches Material eingebracht ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusammengezogene Position des dehnbaren Abschnittes (32) einer Gleichgewichtsposition auf halber Strecke des Betätigungsmittels (33) entspricht.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schiene (5) auf dem Niveau der Kreuzung Einschnitte (30) in ihrem Schienenkopf (6) aufweist, um einen Durchlass für die Führungsmittel des schienengeführten Fahrzeugs freizulassen.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Einschnitte in Querrichtung erstrecken und gemäß einer zur Achse der beiden Teilabschnitte (26, 27) der Führungsschiene (21) parallelen Richtung verwirklicht sind.
  12. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schiene (5) durchgehend und einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (28) der Führungsschiene (21) auf dem Niveau der Kreuzung eine Aussparung (37) aufweist, welche unterhalb der Oberseite (23) des Schienenkopfes (22) angeordnet ist, um anlässlich des Ausdehnens des dehnbaren Abschnittes (32) oberhalb des Abstandsmittels (16) der ersten Schiene (5) verschoben werden zu können.
  14. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (33) wenigstens einen Hydraulik-, Pneumatik- oder Elektrozylinder oder wenigstens eine Schnecke aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung zur Schienenkreuzung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine manuelle Notbetätigungseinrichtung aufweist, welche eine manuelle Betätigung des Betätigungsmittels (33) im Störungsfall ermöglicht.
