Claims (9)
- Dehnungsvorrichtung einer Schiene (1), die zur Führung von Rädern mindestens eines Fahrzeugs auf einem Gleis eingerichtet ist, wobei die Schiene (1) einen durchgehenden Gleisabschnitt (2) aufweist, welcher durch eine Mehrzahl von aufeinanderfolgenden Ausnehmungen (5) in der Breite der Schiene (1) nach vordefinierten Größen der Ausnehmungen (5) geformt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ausnehmungen (5) wechselweise beiderseits der Schiene (1) in zueinander parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind, um jedwede axiale Kontinuität der Schiene (1) im Bereich des Gleisabschnitts (2) zu beseitigen, und dadurch, dass die Vorrichtung Klammern (8) aufweist, die angeordnet sind, um ein Öffnen einer ersten (n) Ausnehmung (5) durch Anordnung eines Beins in jede der Ausnehmungen (5), die neben (n-1; n+1) der ersten (n) Ausnehmung (5) liegt, zu begrenzen. - Dehnungsvorrichtung einer Schiene nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der aufeinanderfolgenden Ausnehmungen (5), die im Bereich des Gleisabschnitts (2) angeordnet sind, in Abhängigkeit der zu bewältigenden Dehnungsbewegung vordefiniert ist.
- Dehnungsvorrichtung einer Schiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Ausnehmung (5) mehr als sechzig Prozent (60%) der entsprechenden Querschnittsfläche der Schiene (1) entspricht.
- Dehnungsvorrichtung einer Schiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Ausnehmungen (5) mit einem Elastomer ausgefüllt ist, das dazu eingerichtet ist, die Zwischenraumdeformationen auszuhalten, die von der Ausnehmung (5) ausgehalten werden.
- Dehnungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung mindestens ein Mittel zur elektrischen Verzweigung (9) zwischen Anfang und Ende des fortlaufenden Gleisabschnitts (2) der Schiene der Vorrichtung aufweist.
- Dehnungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel der Klammer (8) in Aufnahmen (6) angeordnet sind, die in ihren entsprechenden Ausnehmungen (5) eingerichtet sind.
- Dehnungsvorrichtung einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der fortlaufende Gleisabschnitt (2) der Schiene (1) mittels mindestens eines Paares Winkeleisen (4) am Boden gehalten wird, wobei die Winkeleisen (4) beidseitig an der Kufe der Schiene (1) derart angeordnet sind, dass eine Gleitachse geformt wird, welche Translationsbewegungen entlang der Schienenachse (1) erlaubt.
- Dehnungsvorrichtung nach zumindest Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein Schmiersystem (10) des Abschnitts (2) der Schiene (1) aufweist, um die Translationsbewegungen bezüglich der Oberfläche des Bodens zu erleichtern.
- Dehnungsvorrichtung nach mindestens Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines der Winkeleisen (4) der Vorrichtung im Bereich des mindestens einen Abschnitts (2) der Schiene (1) mit mindestens einer Radspur (3) überragt ist.
