Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Baby- und Kleinkindtrage nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Solche Baby- und Kleinkindtragen sind seit langem bekannt und in verschiedenen Ausgestaltungen erhältlich. Eine solche Baby- und Kleinkindtrage besteht stets aus einem Hüftgurt und einem sich von einem unteren zu einem oberen Ende erstreckenden Sitzsack, wobei das untere Ende in der Regel dauerhaft mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden, beispielsweise vernäht ist. Weiterhin weist die Baby- und Kleinkindtrage zwei Schultergurte auf, welche sich jeweils vom oberen Ende des Sitzsackes erstrecken. Die unteren Enden der Schultergurte sind in der Regel mit einem mittleren Abschnitt des Sitzsackes verbunden, können grundsätzlich jedoch auch mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden sein. Die beiden Enden des Hüftgurtes sind mittels einer Schnalle oder ähnlichem miteinander verbindbar. Im Benutzungszustand erstreckt sich der Hüftgurt um die Hüfte der tragenden Person und das Baby- oder Kleinkind sitzt im Sitzsack, wobei sich seine Beine links und rechts aus dem Sitzsack heraus erstrecken.
  • Sofern keine weiteren Maßnahmen getroffen werden, ergibt sich das Problem, dass eine Baby- und Kleinkindtrage für jeweils nur ein relativ geringes Größenintervall des Babys- oder Kleinkinds geeignet ist. Um dieses Problem zu überwinden wurden beispielsweise schon Baby- und Kleinkindtragen vorgeschlagen, bei denen der Sitzsack durch abnehmbare Elemente nach oben verlängert werden kann, um so gewissermaßen mit dem Baby bzw. dem Kleinkind "mitzuwachsen".
  • Es hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass eine Verlängerung des Sitzsackes nach oben das gestellte Problem nur teilweise löst, da die "Sitzbreite" durch eine Verlängerung des Sitzsackes nicht mitwächst. Wie herausgefunden wurde, sollte auch die Sitzbreite auf das Baby- bzw. Kleinkind angepasst sein, um dem Baby- bzw. Kleinkind ein bequemes Sitzen zu ermöglichen und um Fehlstellungen zu vermeiden.
  • Aus der gattungsbildenden US 201010308088 A1 ist eine Baby- und Kleinkindtrage mit einstellbarer Sitzbreite bekannt. Es sind zwei sich vom Sitzsack erstreckende Flügel vorgesehen, welche mit dem Hüftgurt verbindbar sind, um die Sitzbreite zu vergrößern.
  • Auch bei der erfindungsgemäßen Baby- und Kleinkindtrage ist die Sitzbreite auf die Größe des Babys bzw. Kleinkindes einstellbar.
  • In der Regel wird die Sitzbreite durch die Verbindungsbreite zwischen unterem Ende des Sitzsackes und Hüftgurt definiert. Ähnlich wie aus der US 2010/0308088 A1 bekannt, wird die Möglichkeit zur Einstellung dieser Verbindungsbreite dadurch geschaffen, dass ein Hauptabschnitt des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes in einem ersten Benutzungszustand mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden ist (zumeist dauerhaft, beispielsweise durch Vernähen, wie dies im Stand der Technik in der Regel der Fall ist, oder auch dadurch, dass Sitzsack und Hüftgurt zumindest abschnittsweise einstückig ausgebildet sind) und dass wenigstens ein zusätzlicher Abschnitt des Sitzsackes in Form eines Flügels vorgesehen ist, mittels dem der Sitzsack benachbart zum Hauptabschnitt seines unteren Endes mit dem Hüftgurt verbindbar ist, sodass sich in einem zweiten Benutzungszustand eine gegenüber der ersten Verbindungsbreite vergrößerte Verbindungsbreite zwischen Sitzsack und Hüftgurt ergibt. Aus der US 7766199 B1 ist eine weitere Baby- und Kleinkindtrage bekannt.
  • Es wird in der Regel zu bevorzugen sein, die Baby- und Kleinkindtrage symmetrisch auszugestalten, sodass zwei solche Elemente bzw. Abschnitte vorgesehen sind, welche sich im zweiten Benutzungszustand links und rechts des Hauptabschnittes des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes zwischen Sitzsack und Hüftgurt erstrecken. Grundsätzlich wären auch asymmetrische Konstruktionen denkbar, diese sind in der Regel jedoch nicht bevorzugt, sodass im Folgenden immer von der genannten symmetrischen Lösung mit zwei zusätzlichen Elementen oder zwei zusätzlichen Abschnitten gesprochen wird.
  • Die Flügel sind dauerhaft mit dem Sitzsack verbunden oder einstückig mit diesem ausgebildet und sind weiterhin lösbar mit dem Hüftgurt verbindbar. Hierzu muss jeder Flügel wenigstens ein Befestigungselement und der Hüftgurt ein hierzu passendes Gegenbefestigungselement aufweisen.
  • Als Befestigungselemente und Gegenbefestigungselemente sind alle Arten von Befestigungselementen und Gegenbefestigungselementen einsetzbar, insbesondere Druckknopfpaare, Klettelementpaare, Haken-und-Ösen-Verschlüsse, Knöpfe und Knopflöcher und Reißverschlüsse. Es können auch mehrere Arten von Befestigungselementen und Gegenbefestigungselementen parallel zueinander eingesetzt werden, beispielweise Druckknopfpaare und Klettverschlusspaare.
  • Der Sitzsack weist jeweils benachbart zum Hauptabschnitt seines unteren Endes einen zusätzlichen Abschnitt in Form eines Flügels auf, wobei es bevorzugt ist, dass die Flügel im zweiten Benutzungszustand zumindest abschnittsweise in Taschen des Hüftgurtes aufgenommen sind, in welchen sich die Gegenbefestigungselemente befinden.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist der Sitzsack für jeden Flügel wenigstens ein weiteres Gegenbefestigungselement auf, sodass der Flügel, wenn er nicht mit dem Sitzgurt verbunden ist, in wenigstens eine definierte Stellung in Bezug auf den Sitzsack gebracht werden kann. Hierbei ist es bevorzugt, dass es durch Vorsehen von mehreren Befestigungselementen pro Flügel und/oder durch Vorsehen mehrerer weiterer Gegenbefestigungselemente pro Flügel die Flügel in wenigstens zwei (oder mehr) definierte Stellungen in Bezug auf den Sitzsack gebracht werden können, wodurch sich eine weitere Möglichkeit der Feinjustierung der Sitzposition ergibt.
  • Weitere bevorzugte Ausgestltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den weiteren Unteransprüchen sowie aus dem nun mit Bezug auf die Figuren näher dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel.
  • Die Erfindung wird nun anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die Figuren näher beschrieben. Hierbei zeigen:
    • Figur 1: eine schematische Draufsicht auf eine flach ausgelegte Baby- und Kleinkindtrage,

  • Mit Bezug auf die Figuren 1 bis 4 wird zunächst ein Ausführungsbeispiel der ersten Ausführungsform beschrieben. Zunächst werden sämtliche Bestandteile der Baby- und Kleinkindtrage mit Bezug auf die Figuren 1 und 2 erläutert:
    Die Baby- und Kleinkindtrage weist einen Hüftgurt 10 auf, welcher sich von einem ersten Ende 10a zu einem zweiten Ende 10b erstreckt. Die beiden Enden 10a, 10b tragen in der Regel Kopplungselemente, wie sie beispielsweise von Hüftgurten von Wanderrucksäcken weithin bekannt sind. Weiterhin ist ein Sitzsack 20 vorhanden, welcher sich von einem unteren Ende zu einem oberen Ende 24 erstreckt. Hierbei ist ein Hauptabschnitt 22 (man könnte ihn auch als Mittelabschnitt bezeichnen) des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden, beispielsweise vernäht, oder lösbar verbindbar, beispielsweise mittels Druckknöpfen, einem Reißverschluss, Knöpfen oder dergleichen. Bevorzugt ist es in der Regel, dass der Hauptabschnitt 22 des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes dauerhaft mit dem Hüftgurt 10 verbunden, insbesondere vernäht ist. Hierbei ist es weiter zu bevorzugen, dass die Verbindung im Bereich der Oberkante 12 des Hüftgurtes 10 erfolgt. Durch die Verbindung des Hauptabschnittes 22 des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes 20 mit dem Hüftgurt 10 wird eine erste Verbindungsbreite b1 definiert, wie dies in Figur 2 dargestellt ist.
  • Vom oberen Ende 24 des Sitzsackes 20 erstrecken sich zwei Schultergurte 29, 29', deren zweite Enden im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ebenfalls mit dem Sitzsack 20 verbunden sind. Hierbei kann eine Längenverstellung der Schultergurte 29, 29' vorgesehen sein, welche für die vorliegende Erfindung jedoch unerheblich und deshalb nicht dargestellt ist. Weiterhin ist es beispielsweise möglich, dass die Schultergurte 29, 29' im Benutzungszustand über Kreuz geführt sind; weiterhin wäre es auch möglich, dass die unteren Enden der Schultergurte 29, 29' mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden oder verbindbar sind.
  • Links und rechts benachbart zum Hauptabschnitt 22 des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes 20 erstreckt sich jeweils ein Flügel 26, 26', wobei die Flügel 26, 26' beispielsweise einstückig mit dem Sitzsack 20 ausgeführt sein können, aber nicht müssen. Die Flügel 26, 26' erstrecken sich in einem von äußeren Kräften freien Zustand "nach unten", d.h. über den Hauptabschnitt 22 des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes 20 hinaus. Jeder der Flügel 26, 26' trägt wenigstens ein Befestigungselement, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel jeweils zwei Befestigungselemente, nämlich einen ersten Druccknopf 27a, 27a' und einen zweiten Druckknopf 27b, 27b'. Wie dies bereits erwähnt wurde, können alternativ oder zusätzlich zu den Druckknöpfen andere Befestigungselemente, wie Klettelemente, Hakenelemente, Knöpfe, Ösen, Knopflöcher, Reißverschlusshälften oder dergleichen, vorgesehen sein. Der Übersichtlichkeit halber sind jedoch nur die Druckknöpfe dargestellt.
  • Wie man dies besonders der Figur 2 entnehmen kann, trägt der Hüftgurt 10 für jeden der Flügel 26, 26' wenigstens ein Gegenbefestigungselement, im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei, nämlich einen ersten Gegendruckknopf 17a, 17a' und einen zweiten Gegendruckknopf 17b, 17b' (gestrichelt dargestellt). Sofern die Flügel 26, 26' andere oder zusätzliche Befestigungselemente tragen, müssten am Hüftgurt 10 natürlich entsprechende andere bzw. zusätzliche Gegenbefestigungselemente vorgesehen sein.
  • Im gezeigten konkreten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Gegenbefestigungselemente (Gegendruckknöpfe 17a, 17a', 17b, 17b') jeweils in nach oben offenen Taschen 16, 16' aufgenommen, d.h. der Hüftgurt 10 ist im Bereich der Taschen doppellagig ausgebildet.
  • Weiterhin ist jedem Flügel 26, 26' wenigstens ein am Sitzsack angeordnetes weiteres Gegenbefestigungselement, hier in Form eines weiteren Gegendruckknopfs 28, 28', zugeordnet.
  • Wie bereits erwähnt, zeigt die Figur 2 einen ersten Benutzungszustand. Hier sind die Flügel 26, 26' nicht mit dem Hüftgurt 10 verbunden und die Verbindungsbreite zwischen dem unteren Ende des Sitzsackes 20 und dem Hüftgurt 10 wird durch die Verbindung zwischen dem Hauptabschnitt 22 des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes 20 und dem Hüftgurt 10 definiert. Die Verbindungsbreite ist hier mit b1 bezeichnet. Im ersten Benutzungszustand ist es zu bevorzugen, dass jeweils ein Druckknopf 26a oder 26b mit dem ihm zugeordneten weiteren Gegendruckknopf 28, 28' verbunden ist. In der in Figur 2 gezeigten Einstellung des ersten Benutzungszustandes ist dies jeweils der erste Druckknopf 27a, 27b.
  • Auf Grund der Tatsache, dass jeder Flügel 26, 26' mehr als einen Druckknopf trägt, hier nämlich zwei Druckknöpfe, lässt sich der erste Benutzungszustand noch "feinjustieren" wie dies die Figur 3 zeigt. Hier ist nämlich jeweils der zweite Druckknopf 27b, 27b' mit seinem weiteren Gegendruckknopf 28, 28' verbunden. Das selbe Ergebnis ließe sich natürlich auch erreichen, wenn jedem Flügel 26, 26' mehr als ein weiterer Gegendruckknopf zugeordnet wäre. Ausgestaltungen, in denen mehr als zwei der gezeigten Feinjustierungsstellungen möglich sind, wären durch Vorsehen von mehr Druckknöpfen oder mehr weiteren Gegendruckknöpfen natürlich möglich.
  • Die Figur 4 schließlich zeigt den zweiten Benutzungszustand; in diesem sind die Druckknöpfe 27a, 27a', 27b, 27b' der Flügel 26, 26' mit den ihnen zugeordneten Gegendruckknöpfen 17a, 17a', 17b, 17b' verbunden, wobei im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel die Flügel 26, 26' jeweils in der ihr zugeordneten Taschen 16, 16' aufgenommen sind. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine zweite Verbindungsbreite b2, wie dies in Figur 4 deutlich zu sehen ist, wobei die zweite Verbindungsbreite b2 größer als die erste Verbindungsbreite b1 ist.
  • Zu dem eben beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel gäbe es zahlreiche Varianten, beispielsweise müssten die Gegendruckknöpfe (oder andere Gegenbefestigungselemente) nicht in Taschen aufgenommen sein, sondern könnten sich grundsätzlich auch auf der Vorder- oder Rückseite des Hüftgurtes befinden.
  • Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen eine nicht erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform. Im Gegensatz zur ersten Ausführungsform weist hier nicht der Sitzsack, sondern der Hüftgurt zusätzliche Abschnitte, nämlich in Form von Flügeln 36, 36' auf.
  • Auch hier gibt es zahlreiche Varianten, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Ausgestaltung der Befestigungselemente und der Gegenbefestigungselemente. Zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen wird auf das oben Gesagte verwiesen. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel der zweiten Ausführungsform werden die Flügel 36, 36' im zweiten Benutzungszustand außen am Sitzsack befestigt; eine Befestigung auf der Innenseite wäre jedoch ebenso möglich.
  • Die Figuren 7 und 8 zeigen eine nicht erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform. Hier sind keine Flügel vorgesehen, die entweder mit dem Sitzsack oder mit dem Hüftgurt dauerhaft verbunden sind, sondern es sind zusätzliche Elemente 42, 42' vorhanden, die im ersten Benutzungszustand (Fig. 7) überhaupt nicht mit dem Sitzsack oder mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden sein müssen. Im zweiten Benutzungszustand sind diese sowohl mit dem Sitzsack als auch mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden (Fig. 8). Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel weist auch hier der Hüftgurt Taschen (16, 16') auf, in welche Abschnitte der zusätzlichen Elemente im zweiten Benutzungszustand ragen. Diese Taschen können auch der Aufbewahrung der zusätzlichen Elemente (42, 42') im ersten Benutzungszustand dienen.
  • Auch hier gibt es zahlreiche Varianten, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Ausgestaltung der Befestigungselemente und der Gegenbefestigungselemente. Zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen wird auf das oben Gesagte verwiesen. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel der dritten Ausführungsform werden die zusätzlichen Elemente 42, 42' im zweiten Benutzungszustand von außen am Sitzsack 20 befestigt; eine Befestigung auf der Innenseite des Sitzsackes 20 wäre jedoch ebenso möglich. Weiterhin können die zusätzlichen Elemente 42, 42' außer in Taschen auch auf der Außenseite oder der Innenseite des Hüftgurtes 10 befestigbar sein.
  • Mit all diesen Ausführungsformen lässt sich dasselbe erreichen, nämlich, dass sich wenigstens zwei - aber auch mehr als zwei - unterschiedliche Verbindungsbreiten zwischen dem Sitzsack 20 und dem Hüftgurt 10 einstellen lassen.

Claims (7)

  1. Baby- und Kleinkindtrage mit einstellbarer Sitzbreite mit
    einem Hüftgurt (10) und einem sich von einem unteren Ende zu einem oberen Ende (24) erstreckenden Sitzsack (20), wobei zumindest bei Benutzung der Baby- und Kleinkindtrage ein Hauptabschnitt (22) des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes (20) mit dem Hüftgurt (10) verbunden ist, so dass sich in einem ersten Benutzungszustand eine erste Verbindungsbreite (b1) zwischen Sitzsack (20) und Hüftgurt (10) und somit eine erste Sitzbreite ergibt,
    wobei wenigstens ein zusätzlicher Abschnitt des Sitzsackes (20) in Form eines Flügels vorgesehen ist, mittels dem der Sitzsack (20) benachbart zum Hauptabschnitt (22) seines unteren Endes mit dem Hüftgurt (10) verbindbar ist, so dass sich in einem zweiten Benutzungszustand eine gegenüber der ersten Verbindungsbreite (b1) vergrößerte zweite Verbindungsbreite (b2) zwischen Sitzsack (20) und Hüftgurt (10) und somit eine gegenüber der ersten Sitzbreite vergrößerte zweite Sitzbreite ergibt,
    wobei der Flügel (26, 26') in einem dem Sitzsack (20) abgewandten Bereich wenigstens ein Befestigungselement und der Hüftgurt (10) wenigstens ein zum Befestigungselement passendes Gegenbefestigungselement aufweist, wobei das Befestigungselement lösbar am Gegenbefestigungselement befestigbar ist, wobei sich der zusätzliche Abschnitt des Sitzsackes im zweiten Benutzungszustand nach unten erstreckt und am Sitzsack (20) wenigstens ein weiteres zum Befestigungselement passendes Gegenbefestigungselement vorgesehen ist, so dass der Flügel (26, 26'), wenn er nicht mit dem Hüftgurt (10) verbunden ist, also im ersten Benutzungszustand, in wenigstens eine definierte Stellung in Bezug auf den Sitzsack (20) gebracht werden kann, in welchem das Befestigungselement am weiteren Gegenbefestigungselement befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Flügel (26, 26') in einem flach ausgelegten Zustand der Baby- und Kleinkindtrage derart über den Hauptabschnitt (22) des unteren Endes des Sitzsacks (20) hinaus erstreckt, dass erden Hüftgurt (10) abschnittsweise überlappt.
  2. Baby- und Kleinkindtrage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Befestigungselemente und/oder wenigstens zwei Gegenbefestigungselemente vorgesehen sind.
  3. Baby- und Kleinkindtrage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (26, 26') durch Vorsehen von wenigstens zwei Befestigungselementen und/oder von wenigstens zwei weiteren Gegenbefestigungselementen in wenigstens zwei definierte Stellungen in Bezug auf den Sitzsack (20) gebracht werden kann, wenn er nicht mit dem Hüftgurt (10) verbunden ist.
  4. Baby- und Kleinkindtrage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hüftgurt (10) abschnittsweise derart doppellagig ausgebildet ist, dass eine Tasche (16, 16') gebildet ist, in welcher der wenigstens eine zusätzlicher Abschnitt des Sitzsackes zumindest abschnittsweise aufnehmbar ist.
  5. Baby- und Kleinkindtrage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Tasche wenigstens ein Gegenbefestigungselement aufgenommen ist.
  6. Baby- und Kleinkindtrage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptabschnitt (22) des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes (20) dauerhaft mit dem Hüftgurt (10) verbunden, insbesondere vernäht, ist.
  7. Baby- und Kleinkindtrage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er symmetrisch ausgebildet ist, derart, dass auf beiden Seiten des Hauptabschnitts (22) des unteren Endes des Sitzsackes (20) ein zusätzlicher Abschnitt angeordnet ist.
