Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles et destiné à la manipulation de liquide, le dispositif comprenant
    un ensemble cylindre-piston destiné à recevoir et délivrer avec précision des volumes de liquide et comportant un cylindre (26) et un piston (27) mobile de manière étanche dans le cylindre (26) et pourvu d'une tige de piston (28) s'étendant vers le haut jusqu'à sortir du cylindre (26),
    une bande de mesure de déplacement (64) disposée directement sur la tige de piston (28) et s'étendant axialement dans la direction de déplacement de la tige de piston (28),
    un ensemble de détection (65) disposé de manière fixe dans le dispositif et adjacente à la tige de piston (28) et comprenant un capteur (66) orienté vers la bande de mesure (64) et séparé de la bande de mesure (64) uniquement par un interstice étroit,

Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la bande de mesure (64) est insérée dans une poche de la tige de piston (28) et est enrobée au moins sur l'une de ses surfaces périphériques avec un composé d'enrobage (68) de préférence résistant aux produits chimiques.

Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, la bande de mesure étant une bande de matière synthétique, ou de préférence une bande en céramique, mélangée à de la poudre magnétique et l'ensemble de détection étant un système magnéto-résistif à haute résolution sensible à un champ magnétique, le capteur détectant le champ magnétique de la bande de mesure étant situé sur l'axe médian longitudinal de la tige de piston, caractérisé en ce que l'espacement entre les parties aimantées de la bande de mesure (64) est compris entre 0,3 mm et 2 mm, de préférence est de 1 mm.
  8. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, la bande de mesure étant une bande de matière synthétique, ou de préférence une bande en céramique, mélangée à de la poudre magnétique et l'ensemble de détection étant réalisé sous la forme d'un système magnéto-résistif à haute résolution sensible à un champ magnétique, en particulier basé sur l'effet AMR, le capteur détectant le champ magnétique de la bande de mesure étant situé sur l'axe central longitudinal de la tige de piston, caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de mesure de déplacement (64) est magnétisée par endroits à des intervalles ou, de préférence, est magnétisée par endroits dans des directions opposées,
    le circuit d'évaluation (72) comporte un contrôleur de signaux mixtes au moyen duquel les signaux de capteur analogiques convertis peuvent être évalués directement au moyen d'un logiciel d'interpolation,
    le contrôleur de signaux mixtes remplaçant de préférence un ensemble à trois étages formé d'un convertisseur analogique-numérique, d'un étage de traitement avec un logiciel de traitement et d'un étage de sortie.
  9. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le contrôleur de signaux mixtes est conçu sous forme d'un système programmable sur puce PSoC, d'un processeur DSP, d'un processeur de signaux numériques ou d'un réseau de portes programmables in situ FPGA, ce dernier pouvant éventuellement comporter un convertisseur analogique-numérique en amont.
  10. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'évaluation peut être effectuée au moyen du logiciel d'interpolation avec un cycle d'activation/de désactivation d'environ 0,1 à environ 0,02, de préférence entre environ 0,05 et environ 0,03, en particulier avec un temps d'activation d'environ 0,6 ms à environ 0,1 ms, en particulier entre environ 0,3 ms et environ 0,15 ms.
  11. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le logiciel d'interpolation fonctionne à un taux d'interpolation compris entre 200 et 1000, en particulier entre 400 et 600, de préférence d'environ 500.
  12.   13. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le dispositif comprenant en outre
    un bloc de soupapes (10),
    un ensemble de fixation (3) monté en bas au niveau du bloc de soupapes (10) ou formé solidairement avec celui-ci et destiné à fixer le bloc de soupapes (10) à une bouteille de stockage (1), et
    un réceptacle cylindrique (25) qui est disposé en haut au niveau du bloc de soupapes (10) et dans lequel le cylindre (26) est monté de manière étanche vis-à-vis du bloc de soupapes (10),
    caractérisé en ce que
    il est prévu un entraînement de piston (29) relié en entraînement à la tige de piston (28), et un boîtier extérieur (2) s'engageant par le haut avec l'ensemble cylindre-piston (26-28), fermé en haut, relié solidairement au bloc de soupapes,
    au moins un bouton d'actionnement (49), pouvant être pressé vers le bas pour effectué l'actionnement, est disposé sur le côté supérieur du boîtier extérieur (2), lequel bouton d'actionnement est notamment un bouton de mise à zéro ou un bouton de réinitialisation et/ou
    le boîtier extérieur (2) est pourvu d'ouvertures de ventilation (48) qui sont disposées au niveau du boîtier extérieur (2) de manière centrale et/ou en bas et en haut afin d'effectuer une convection et/ou
    la tige de piston (28) est située complètement à l'intérieur du boîtier extérieur (2) même lorsque le piston (27) est dans la position la plus haute dans le cylindre (26).
  14. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    l'ensemble de détection (65) est disposé dans une poche de réception (69) qui est complètement fermée vers la bande de mesure (64), la poche de réception (69) étant de préférence pourvue de liaisons à fentes (70) destinées à orienter exactement la poche de réception (69) vers la bande de mesure (64).
  15. Dispositif pouvant être monté sur des bouteilles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    le rapport de course, c'est-à-dire le rapport entre la course maximale du piston (27) et le diamètre effectif du piston (27), est compris entre 1 et 3, de préférence entre 1,3 et 2,2, la course maximale du piston (27) étant de préférence de 50 mm environ et le rapport de course étant d'environ 2,0 pour un volume nominal de 25 ml et d'environ 1,4 pour un volume nominal de 50 ml.
