- Papier de manchette de filtre selon l'une des revendications 13 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente des perforations, les perforations se trouvant de préférence exclusivement sur les zones superficielles (2).
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un papier de manchette de filtre pour un article à fumer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la fabrication des perles (3, 13, 23) s'effectue par l'application d'une substance en vernis sur le papier de manchette de filtre (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la fabrication des perles (3, 13, 23) s'effectue par l'application d'une substance en vernis sur le papier de manchette de filtre (1) par sérigraphie, en particulier par sérigraphie rotative.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la fabrication des perles (3, 13, 23) s'effectue par l'application d'une substance en vernis sur le papier de manchette de filtre (1) par héliogravure, en particulier par héliogravure rotative à rouleaux.
- Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur des dits creux sur la plaque d'impression grâce à laquelle le vernis est transporté hors du bain de vernis sur le papier de manchette de filtre (1) se situe entre 20 µm et 240 µm, en particulier entre 100 µm et 150 µm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le papier de manchette de filtre doté de perles (3, 13, 23) est traité avec une substance active gazeuse, sous forme de vapeur, d'aérosol ou pulvérulente ou d'une substance active composée de leur association, en étant recouvert et/ou traversé par contrainte en tant que rouleau dans un environnement enrichi d'une substance active gazeuse, sous forme de vapeur, d'aérosol ou pulvérulente ou d'une substance active composée de leur association, la substance active gazeuse, sous forme de vapeur, d'aérosol ou pulvérulente ou une substance active composée de leur association étant de préférence déplacée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 16 à 20, caractérisé en ce qu'une structure est formée de perles (3, 13, 23) limitées localement en vernis durci, et que sur les zones superficielles (2) reposant entre les perles (3, 13,23) est appliquée une substance sous la forme d'une poudre, donc comme une multitude de particules qui ne sont pas interconnectées par une matrice liquide.
- Procédé selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que les zones superficielles (2) sont recouvertes d'un agent adhésif avant l'application de la poudre.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 16 à 22, caractérisé en ce que les perforations dans le papier de manchette de filtre sont placées uniquement à distance des perles (3, 13, 23) ou que le vernis durci pour former des perles (3, 13, 23) est appliqué uniquement à distance des perforations sur le papier de manchette de filtre, le papier de manchette de filtre étant de préférence enroulé en bobine après le traitement réussi.
