Claims (20)

  1. Uhrwerk (100), das wenigstens eine Platine (10) mit festem Mittenabstand einer Brücke (11) umfasst, die gemeinsam eine Uhrenfedergehäuseanordnung (1) trägt, wobei die Federgehäuseanordnung (1) wenigstens eine Federgehäuse-Antriebsfeder (2) enthält, die an einem ersten Ende (21) zwischen einer Federgehäusetrommel (3), die auf Seiten der Brücke (11) angeordnet ist, und an einem zweiten Ende (22) einer Aufnahmeoberfläche (5), die ein Federgehäusezapfen (4) aufweist, der mit einem Sperrrad (12) drehfest verbunden ist und zu der Trommel (3) um eine gemeinsame Schwenkachse (D) koaxial ist, montiert ist, wobei die Federgehäuseanordnung (1) auf Seiten der Platine (10) einen an der Trommel (3) befestigten Deckel (7) umfasst, wobei der Deckel (7) und die Trommel (3) zusammen eine Kammer (32) bilden, die die Feder (2) einschließt, wobei die Feder (2) aus einer mehrphasigen Legierung auf Kobalt-Nickel-Chrom-Basis verwirklicht ist, die 44 bis 46 % Kobalt, 20 bis 22 % Nickel, 17 bis 19 % Chrom, 4 bis 6 % Eisen, 3 bis 5 % Wolfram, 3 bis 5 % Molybdän, 0 bis 2 % Titan und 0 bis 1 % Beryllium enthält und einen Young-Modul im Bereich von 200 bis 240 GPa und einen Scherungsmodul im Bereich von 80 bis 100 GPa besitzt und ein Breiten/Dicken-Verhältnis im Bereich von 9 bis 21 aufweist, wobei der maximale Radius des Zapfens (4), der aus Stahl oder Edelstahl verwirklicht ist, in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse (D) kleiner als die neunfache maximale Dicke der Feder (2) ist, und wobei das Werk (100) Spielbegrenzungsmittel umfasst, die wenigstens eine von dem Zapfen (4) unabhängige Beilagscheibe (70) umfassen, die durch einen Bereich (44), den der Zapfen (4) aufweist und der einerseits zwischen die Platine (10) bzw. die Brücke (11) und andererseits den Deckel (7) bzw. die Trommel (3) eingefügt ist, geführt wird.

Werk (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spielbegrenzungsmittel eine erste Beilagscheibe (70), die zwischen die Brücke (11) und die Trommel (3) eingefügt ist, und eine zweite Beilagscheibe (70), die zwischen die Platine (10) und den Deckel (7) eingefügt ist, umfassen.
  4. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beilagscheibe (70) einerseits von einer Federgehäusewelle (18), die den Zapfen (4) trägt oder damit zusammenfällt, und andererseits von dem Deckel (7) unabhängig ist und zwischen die Platine (10) und den Deckel (7) eingefügt ist.
  5. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (4) direkt in der Platine (10) und der Brücke (11) geschwenkt wird.
  6. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen indirekt über den Deckel (7) bzw. die Trommel (3) in der Platine (10) bzw. der Brücke (11) geschwenkt wird.
  7. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (4) zwei koaxiale Teile (4A; 4B) umfasst, wovon einer (4B) direkt in der Brücke (11) geschwenkt wird und einen Führungsbereich (43) für eine Bohrung (35) der Trommel (3) aufweist und wovon der andere (4A) direkt in der Platine (10) geschwenkt wird und einen Haken (41) zum Einhaken der Feder (2) trägt.
  8. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (3) in der Brücke (11) oder in einer von der Brücke (11) getragenen Führung (403) schwenkt und einen axialen Abstützbereich (39) umfasst, der dafür ausgelegt ist, zur Bahnbegrenzung der Trommel (3) mit einer komplementären Anschlagoberfläche (119), die die Brücke (11) oder die Führung (403) aufweist, anschlagend zusammenzuwirken, dass der Deckel (7) in der Platine (10) oder in einer Führung (108), die von der Platine (10) getragen wird, schwenkt und einen axialen Abstützbereich (79) aufweist, der dafür ausgelegt ist, zur Bahnbegrenzung des Deckels (7) mit einer komplementären Anschlagoberfläche (109), die die Platine (10) oder die Führung (108) aufweist, anschlagend zusammenzuwirken, und dass der Zapfen (4) einen ersten Bereich (43), der in einer Bohrung (35) der Trommel (3) schwenkt, und einen zweiten Bereich (44), der in einer Bohrung (75) des Deckels (7) schwenkt, umfasst und dass der relative axiale Ausschlag zwischen dem Zapfen (4) und der Trommel (3) durch eine erste Anschlagoberfläche (403) des Zapfens (4) und eine erste komplementäre Anschlagoberfläche (31) innerhalb der Trommel (3) begrenzt ist und der relative axiale Ausschlag zwischen dem Zapfen (4) und dem Deckel (7) durch eine zweite Anschlagoberfläche (407) des Zapfens (4) und eine zweite innere komplementäre Anschlagoberfläche (71) in dem Deckel (7) begrenzt ist.
  9. Uhrwerk (100) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Abstützbereich (39) der Trommel (3) und/oder der axiale Abstützbereich (79) des Deckels (7) durch eine Leiste (202; 207) gebildet ist, um die Kontaktoberfläche zu verringern.
  10. Werk (100) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Gewinde (202; 207) an einer Führung (403; 108) abstützt, die von der Brücke (11) oder der Platine (10) getragen wird.
  11. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federgehäuseanordnung (1) Mittel (6) zum Begrenzen des Längsspiels zwischen der Federgehäuseanordnung (1) und der Platine (10) und/oder der Brücke (11) umfasst.
  12. Uhrwerk (100) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungsmittel Mittel zum Führen einer direkten Schwenkung in der Platine (10) und/oder in der Brücke (11) der Trommel (3) und des Deckels (7) umfassen.
  13. Uhrwerk (100) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungsmittel Mittel zum Verteilen und/oder Begrenzen der Bahn in Bezug auf die Platine (10) oder die Brücke (11) der Trommel (3) und/oder des Deckels (7) umfassen.
  14. Uhrwerk (100) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungsmittel wenigstens einen Vorsprung (202), der von einer äußeren Oberfläche (30) der Trommel (3) gegenüber der Platine (10) oder der Brücke (11) vorsteht, und/oder wenigstens einen Vorsprung (102), der von einer äußeren Oberfläche der Platine (10) oder der Brücke (11) vorsteht und einer äußeren Oberfläche (30) der Trommel (3) zugewandt ist, umfassen.
  15. Uhrwerk (100) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungsmittel wenigstens einen Vorsprung (207), der von einer äußeren Oberfläche (76) des Deckels (7) gegenüber der Platine (10) oder der Brücke (11) vorsteht, und/oder wenigstens einen Vorsprung (107), der von einer äußeren Oberfläche der Platine (10) oder der Brücke (11) vorsteht und einer äußeren Oberfläche (76) des Deckels (7) zugewandt ist, umfassen.
  16. Uhrwerk (100) nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungsmittel durch wenigstens einen Vorsprung (201), der von einer äußeren Oberfläche (121) des von dem Zapfen (4) gegenüber der Platine (10) oder der Brücke (11) getragenen Sperrrades (12) vorsteht, und/oder durch wenigstens einen Vorsprung (101), der von einer äußeren Oberfläche der Platine (10) oder der Brücke (11), die einer äußeren Oberfläche (121) des Sperrrades (12) zugewandt ist, vorsteht, vervollständigt sind.
  17. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeoberfläche (5) eine in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse (D) rotationssymmetrische Oberfläche ist.
  18. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (2) an dem Zapfen (4) durch Reibung befestigt ist.
  19. Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (2) mit dem Zapfen (4) eine geschweißte oder gelötete Feder-Zapfen-Unteranordnung bildet.
  20. Zeitmessgerät (1000), das wenigstens ein Uhrwerk (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche für die Speicherung von Energie umfasst und versehen ist mit einem Eingang, der entweder durch ein mit dem Zapfen (4) drehfest montiertes Sperrrad (12) oder durch eine mit der Trommel (3) drehfest montierte Trommelzahnung (13) gebildet ist, und mit einem Ausgang, der entweder durch eine an der Trommel (3) drehfest montierte Trommelzahnung (13) oder durch ein an dem Zapfen (4) drehfest montiertes Sperrrad (12) gebildet ist.
