Claims (2)

  1. Verfahren, um auf einer Platine (1), die einen Aufnahmeraum (11) aufweist, der sich längs einer ersten Aufnahmeraumachse (D1) erstreckt, wobei der Aufnahmeraum (11) auf mindestens einer Fläche der Platine (1) von einer ersten Abstützoberfläche (12) um die erste Achse (D1) herum umgeben ist, einerseits ein rotierendes Uhrendrehteil (3), das einen Antriebsbereich (36) in der Nähe eines hinteren axialen Endes (3AR) aufweist, und andererseits mindestens einen Abstandshalter (2) für die Aufnahme und die Drehführung des Drehteils (3) an seiner Position in Bezug auf eine solche Platine (1) zu montieren, wobei der Abstandshalter (2) einen Bereich (21) aufweist, der dafür ausgelegt ist, mit dem Aufnahmeraum (11) mit einem ersten Klemmwert zusammenzuwirken oder durch Nieten oder Schweißen oder Kleben festgesetzt zu sein, wobei der Abstandshalter (2) ferner an einem Kragen (26) eine zweite Anschlag- und Abstützoberfläche (22) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, sich an der ersten Abstützoberfläche (12) der Platine (1) anschlagend abzustützen, und wobei der Abstandshalter (2) ferner an einem Ende gegenüber der zweiten Anschlag- und Abstützoberfläche (22) in Bezug auf den Kragen (26) eine vordere Endfläche (24) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das Drehteil (3) mit einem Kragen (31) hergestellt wird, der in der Nähe eines vorderen axialen Endes (3AV) gegenüber dem hinteren axialen Ende (3AR) angeordnet ist, wobei der Kragen (31) des Drehteils (3) auf der zu dem hinteren axialen Ende (3AR) gewendeten Seite in der Nähe des vorderen axialen Endes (3AV) eine Bezugsoberfläche (32) des Drehteils aufweist, wobei das Drehteil ferner an dem vorderen axialen Ende (3AV), das auf der anderen Seite des Kragens (31) in Bezug auf den Antriebsbereich (36) angeordnet ist, eine Bearbeitung (37) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, mit einem zweiten Klemmwert mit einer komplementären Bearbeitung (61) zusammenzuwirken, die ein Anzeigeelement (6) für die Befestigung dieses Letzteren an dem Drehteil (3) aufweist;
    - das Drehteil (3) in den Abstandshalter (2) in einer Weise eingesetzt wird, dass die Drehteil-Bezugsoberfläche (32) in eine Position gegenüber der vorderen Endfläche (24) gebracht wird;
    - ein Antriebsmittel (5) an dem Antriebsbereich (36) des Drehteils (3) durch Einpressen oder Schweißen oder Kleben oder Nieten oder Laserschmelzen befestigt wird, derart, dass eine Abstützoberfläche (51) des Antriebsmittels (5) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand in Bezug auf die Drehteil-Bezugsoberfläche (32) entweder durch Regulieren oder durch Abstützen des Antriebsmittels (5) an einer Schulter (39) zu positionieren, falls das Drehteil (3) eine solche enthält, um das Antriebsmittel (5) durch Anschlag anzuhalten, und ein bestimmtes axiales Drehteilspiel (E) um den Abstandshalter (2) herum für die Unteranordnung, die durch den Abstandshalter (2) und das Antriebsmittel (5) gebildet ist, reguliert wird;
    - die vormontierte Unteranordnung, die durch das Drehteil (3), den Abstandshalter (2) und das Antriebsmittel (5) gebildet ist, in den Aufnahmeraum (11) eingesetzt wird unter anschlagender Abstützung der zweiten Anschlag- und Abstützoberfläche (22) des Abstandshalters (2) an der ersten Abstützoberfläche (12) der Platine (1), wobei der Bereich (21) mit dem Aufnahmeraum (11) mit einem ersten Klemmwert zusammenwirkt oder durch Nieten oder Schweißen oder Kleben festgesetzt wird;
    - das Anzeigeelement (6) durch Einpressen befestigt wird, indem eine Zusammenwirkung der komplementären Bearbeitung (61) mit der Bearbeitung (37) zur Befestigung des Anzeigeelements (6) an dem Drehteil (3) mit einem zweiten Klemmwert bewirkt wird.
  2. Montageverfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn sich das Antriebsmittel (5) auf Höhe einer Bezugsoberfläche (52) befindet, die es aufweist und die sich gegenüber seiner Abstützoberfläche (51) befindet, in der Nähe einer Bezugsoberfläche (41) einer Uhrwerkkomponente oder einer Räderwerkbrücke (4), die sich in der Nähe der Platine (1) befindet oder dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Drehführungsstein (43) eines Endes des Drehteils (3) zu tragen, das axiale Drehteilspiel (E) in einer Weise reguliert wird, dass es kleiner oder gleich einem axialen Spiel (J) zwischen der Bezugsoberfläche (52) und der Bezugsoberfläche (41) bleibt, derart, dass der axiale Ausschlag der vormontierten Unteranordnung, die aus dem Drehteil (3), dem Abstandshalter (2) und dem Antriebsmittel (5) gebildet ist, in Bezug auf die Platine (1) ohne Gefahr eines Stoßes des Antriebsmittels (5) auf die Uhrwerkkomponente oder die Räderwerkbrücke (4) ermöglicht wird.
