Claims (17)

  1. Uhrenfederhaus (1), umfassend eine Trommel (2), die zu einer Federhausachse (3) entlang einer Drehrichtung (D) koaxial ist, wobei die Trommel (2) dafür ausgelegt ist, mindestens eine Federhausfeder (4) einzuschließen, deren erstes Ende (41) an der Trommel (2) befestigt oder eingehakt ist oder mit der Trommel (2) zusammenwirkt und deren zweites Ende (42) an einem Federkern (5) befestigt oder eingehakt ist, der zu der Federhausachse (3) koaxial ist und auf der Federhauswelle (3) geführt wird, wobei der Federkern (5) in einer Bohrung (21), die die Trommel (2) aufweist, rotatorisch geführt wird und eine erste Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) des Federkerns (5) in Bezug auf eine Innenfläche (22) der Trommel (2) zu begrenzen, und eine zweite Federkernanschlagoberfläche (52) gegenüber der ersten Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) des Federkerns (5) in Bezug auf eine Außenfläche (23) der Trommel (2) zu begrenzen, wobei die Trommel (2) einerseits eingeschlossen zwischen der einander gegenüber angeordneten ersten Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51) und der zweiten Federkernanschlagoberfläche (52), und andererseits frei drehbar um den Federkern (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51) und/oder die zweite Federkernanschlagoberfläche (52) durch eine Nietung (57) gebildet sind, die in Bezug auf die Bohrung (21) der Trommel (2) radial vorsteht.
  2. Federhaus (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder die erste Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51) oder die zweite Federkernanschlagoberfläche (52), die nicht durch eine Nietung gebildet ist, durch eine zu dem Federkern (5) koaxiale Komponente gebildet ist, die auf den Federkern (5) getrieben oder daran befestigt ist und in Bezug auf die Bohrung (21) der Trommel (2) radial vorsteht.
  3. Federhaus (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federhauswelle (3) entnehmbar ist und einen Bereich (31) aufweist, der dafür ausgelegt ist, in einer Bohrung (53) des Federkerns (5) führend zusammenzuwirken, und ferner eine erste Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) und eine zweite Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33) umfasst, die einander gegenüber angeordnet sind und dafür ausgelegt sind, gemeinsam die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) der Federhauswelle (3) in Bezug auf eine Struktur für die Aufnahme des Federhauses zu begrenzen.
  4. Federhaus (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) oder die zweite Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33) einteilig mit der Federhauswelle (3) in Form eines in Bezug auf den Bereich (31) radial vorstehenden Kragens (34) ausgebildet sind.
  5. Federhaus (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die erste Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) oder die zweite Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33) auf Höhe einer von der Federhauswelle (3) abnehmbaren Komponente ausgebildet sind.
  6. Federhaus (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die erste Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) oder die zweite Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33) gebildet ist durch einen Sicherungsring (35) oder einen Keil, der mit einer Kehle (36) oder einem Aufnahmeraum, die/den die Federhauswelle (3) aufweist, zusammenwirkt.
  7. Federhaus (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federkern (5) Axialabstützungs- und Zentrierungsmittel (54) für ein Sperrrad (9) und Drehantriebsmittel (55) für das Sperrrad (9) umfasst.
  8. Federhaus (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehantriebsmittel (55) für das Sperrrad (9) mindestens eine Antriebsfläche (56) umfassen.
  9. Federhaus (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrrad (9) auf den Federkern (5) getrieben oder daran befestigt ist.
  10. Federhaus (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrrad (9) Mittel (91) für eine Beabstandung von einer Innenfläche (81) eines Elements (8) einer Struktur (6) für die Aufnahme des Federhauses (1) umfasst.
  11. Federhaus (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federhaus (1) ein Antriebsfederhaus oder ein Läutwerkfederhaus ist.

Uhrwerk (100), enthaltend mindestens ein Federhaus (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werk (100) eine Struktur (6) mit mindestens einer ersten Trennwand (7) und einer zweiten Trennwand (8) umfasst, die zusammen eine Kammer für die Aufnahme des Federhauses (1) begrenzen und jeweils eine zueinander koaxiale Bohrung (72; 82) für die Aufnahme und die Drehführung der Federhauswelle (3) aufweisen, wobei die erste Trennwand (7) eine erste komplementäre Wellenanschlagoberfläche (73), die dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Begrenzung der axialen Bahn der ersten Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) zu bilden, und die zweite Trennwand (8) eine zweite komplementäre Wellenanschlagoberfläche (83) umfasst, um eine Begrenzung der axialen Bahn der zweiten Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33) zu bilden, um gemeinsam die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) der Welle (3) in Bezug auf die Struktur (6) zu begrenzen.
  13. Werk (100) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (2) eine Leiste (24) umfasst, das dafür ausgelegt ist, die axiale Bahn in Bezug auf eine Gegenfläche (75), die die erste Trennwand (7) aufweist, zu begrenzen und die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) des Federkerns (5) und/oder der Trommel (2) in Bezug auf die Struktur zu begrenzen.
  14. Werk (100) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Trennwand (8) gegenüber der zweiten komplementären Wellenanschlagoberfläche (83) eine zweite innere Oberfläche (84) für die Begrenzung der axialen Bahn umfasst, um die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) des Federkerns (5) und/oder des Sperrrads (9) in Bezug auf die Struktur (6) zu begrenzen.
  15. Werk (100) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite innere Oberfläche (84) für die Begrenzung der axialen Bahn Mittel (85) für eine Beabstandung von dem Sperrrad (9) umfasst.
  16. Zeitmessgerät (1000), das mindestens ein Werk (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15 und/oder mindestens ein Federhaus (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 umfasst.
  17. Verfahren für die Montage eines Uhrenfederhauses (1) in einer Aufnahmestruktur (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass verwendet wird:
    - ein Federhaus (1), umfassend:
    - eine Trommel (2), die zu einer Federhausachse (3) entlang einer Drehrichtung (D) koaxial ist, wobei die Trommel (2) dafür ausgelegt ist, mindestens eine Federhausfeder (4) einzuschließen, deren erstes Ende (41) an der Trommel (2) befestigt oder eingehakt ist und deren zweites Ende (42) an einem Federkern (5), der zu der Federhausachse (3) koaxial ist und auf der Federhauswelle (3) geführt wird, befestigt oder eingehakt ist,
    - wobei die Federhauswelle (3) entnehmbar ist und einen Bereich (31) aufweist, der dafür ausgelegt ist, mit einer Bohrung (53) des Federkerns (5) zusammenzuwirken und ferner eine erste Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) und eine zweite Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33) umfasst, die einander gegenüber angeordnet sind und dafür ausgelegt sind, gemeinsam die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) der Federhauswelle (3) in Bezug auf die Struktur (6) zu begrenzen,
    - wobei der Federkern (5) in einer Bohrung (21), die die Trommel (2) aufweist, rotatorisch geführt wird und eine erste Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) des Federkerns (5) in Bezug auf eine Innenfläche (22) der Trommel (2) zu begrenzen, und eine zweite Federkernanschlagoberfläche (52) gegenüber der ersten Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) des Federkerns (5) in Bezug auf eine Außenfläche (23) der Trommel (2) zu begrenzen, wobei der Federkern (5) Axialabstützungs- und Zentrierungsmittel (54) für ein Sperrrad (9) und Drehantriebsmittel (55) für das Sperrrad (9) umfasst,
    - eine Struktur (6), die mindestens eine erste Trennwand (7) und eine zweite Trennwand (8) umfasst, die gemeinsam eine Kammer für die Aufnahme des Federhauses (1) begrenzen, wobei die erste Trennwand (7) und die zweite Trennwand (8) jeweils eine zueinander koaxiale Bohrung (72; 82) für die Aufnahme und die Drehführung der Federhauswelle (3) aufweisen, wobei die erste Trennwand (7) eine erste komplementäre Wellenanschlagoberfläche (73) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Begrenzung der axialen Bahn der ersten Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) zu bilden, und die zweite Trennwand (8) eine zweite komplementäre Wellenanschlagoberfläche (83) aufweist, um eine Begrenzung der axialen Bahn der zweiten Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33) zu bilden, um gemeinsam die axiale Bahn entlang der Drehrichtung (D) der Federhauswelle (3) in Bezug auf die Struktur (6) zu begrenzen,
    ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nacheinander die folgenden Schritte ausgeführt werden:
    - Einsetzen des Federkerns (5) in die Trommel (2) in einer Weise, dass diese einerseits eingeschlossen zwischen der ersten Begrenzungsoberfläche des Federkerns (51) und der zweiten Federkernanschlagoberfläche (52) und andererseits frei drehbar um den Federkern (5) durch Festsetzen der ersten Federkernbegrenzungsoberfläche (51) und der zweiten Federkernanschlagoberfläche (52) in Bezug auf den Federkern (5) montiert wird, wobei hierzu entweder ein Ende des Federkerns (5) in Form einer Nietung (57) verformt wird oder an das Ende eine radial vorstehende und einen Anschlag bildende Komponente angefügt wird;
    - Einsetzen der mindestens einen Federhausfeder (4) in die Trommel (2) und Befestigen oder Einhaken des ersten Endes (41) an der Trommel (2) und Befestigen oder Einhaken des zweiten Endes (42) an dem Federkern (5);
    - Festsetzen eines Sperrrades (9) an den Axialabstützungs- und Zentrierungsmitteln (54) und den Drehantriebsmitteln (55) für das Sperrrad (9), die der Federkern (5) aufweist;
    - Einsetzen einer Unteranordnung (10) zwischen die erste Trennwand (7) und die zweite Trennwand (8) der Struktur (6), die somit durch die Federhaustrommel (2), die Federhausfeder (4), den Federkern (5) und das Sperrrad (9) gebildet ist, und Positionieren der Bohrung (53) des Federkerns (5) ausgerichtet auf die koaxialen Bohrungen (72; 82) der Struktur (6);
    - Einführen der Federhauswelle (3) von einer der Seiten der Struktur (6) durch eine der Trennwände (7; 8) der Struktur (6), durch den Federkern (5), dann durch die andere der Trennwände (8; 7) der Struktur (6) und anschließend Festsetzen der Federhauswelle (3) durch Befestigen an dieser Letzteren der ersten Wellenanschlagoberfläche (32) und der zweiten Wellenanschlagoberfläche (33).
