Claims (9)
- Federgehäuse (1) für Zeitmessgerät für die Schwenkmontage zwischen einer Platine (9) und einer Brücke (5), wobei die Platine (9) eine erste Bohrung (91) oder einen ersten Stein (92), der die erste Bohrung (91) aufweist, umfasst, wobei die Platine (9) oder der erste Stein (92) eine zu der Brücke (5) weisende obere Oberfläche (93) aufweist und wobei die Brücke (5) eine zweite Bohrung (51) oder einen zweiten Stein (52), der die zweite Bohrung (51) aufweist, umfasst, wobei die Brücke (5) oder der zweite Stein (52) eine zu der Platine (9) weisende untere Oberfläche (53) aufweist, wobei das Federgehäuse (1) wenigstens eine Feder (7), die zwischen einer Schwenktrommel (6) und einem Deckel (8) aufgenommen ist und zwischen der Trommel (6) an ihrem äußeren Ende und einer Welle (3), die mit einem Sperrrad (2) um eine Schwenkachse (D) drehfest verbunden ist, an ihrem inneren Ende eingehakt ist, wobei das Federgehäuse (1) eine Monoblock-Unteranordnung (10) koaxial zu der Welle (3) umfasst, die um einen Kern (4) wenigstens das Sperrrad (2) und/oder die Welle (3) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Monoblock-Unteranordnung (10) das Sperrrad (2) und den Kern (4) enthält, der an seinem unteren Teil einen Lauf definiert, der einen äußeren Bereich (41) aufweist, auf dem auf Höhe einer dritten Bohrung (62), die die Trommel aufweist, die Trommel (6) schwenkbeweglich geführt wird, wobei der Lauf außerdem eine vierte Bohrung (45) aufweist, in die die Welle (3) drehfest mit dem Kern (4) getrieben ist.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Monoblock-Unteranordnung (10) einen oberen Bereich (13) aufweist, der dafür ausgelegt ist, gegebenenfalls in der zweiten Bohrung (51) der Brücke (5) oder des zweiten Steins (52) zu schwenken, und dass die Monoblock-Unteranordnung (10) außerdem eine obere Schulter (11) aufweist, deren Bahn durch die untere Oberfläche (53) der Brücke (5) oder des zweiten Steins (52) begrenzt ist, und dass das Sperrrad zwischen der oberen Schulter (11) und einer unteren Schulter (12), die die Monoblock-Unteranordnung (10) aufweist und die zu dem Lauf des Kerns (4) und zu dem äußeren Bereich (41) des Laufs (4) benachbart ist, angeordnet ist, wobei die untere Schulter (12) dafür ausgelegt ist, die Bahn einer oberen Oberfläche (61) der Trommel (6) zu begrenzen.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (3) einen Durchmesser besitzt, der kleiner als jener des Kerns (4) ist, und einen Hakenanker (32) zum inneren Einhaken einer Feder (7) trägt.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (3) einen Durchmesser besitzt, der kleiner als jener des Kerns (4) ist, und direkt eine Feder (7) auf Höhe eines Bereichs (31) trägt, auf dem die Feder (7) durch Reibung oder durch Schweißen befestigt ist.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (6) den mit der Trommel (6) fest verbundenen Deckel (8) trägt, wovon eine fünfte Bohrung (81) mit einem Bereich (31) der Welle (3) zusammenwirkt, und wobei der Ausschlag einer unteren Oberfläche (82) dieses Deckels (8) durch die obere Oberfläche (93) begrenzt ist, wobei der Bereich (31) der Welle (3) dafür ausgelegt ist, gegebenenfalls in der Bohrung (91) der Platine (9) oder des ersten Steins (92) zu schwenken.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (3) einen einzigen zylindrischen Bereich (31) aufweist.
- Federgehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (7) aus einer mehrphasigen Legierung auf Kobalt-Nickel-Chrom-Basis verwirklicht ist, die 44 bis 46 % Kobalt, 20 bis 22 % Nickel, 17 bis 19 % Chrom, 4 bis 6 % Eisen, 3 bis 5 % Wolfram, 3 bis 5 % Molybdän, 0 bis 2 % Titan und 0 bis 1 % Beryllium enthält und einen Young-Modul im Bereich von 200 bis 240 GPa und einen Scherungsmodul im Bereich von 80 bis 100 GPa aufweist, dass die Feder (7) ein Breiten/Dicken-Verhältnis im Bereich von 3 bis 23 hat und dass das Verhältnis zwischen dem maximalen Radius eines Abstütz-bereichs (31) der Feder von der Welle (3) und der Dicke der Feder (7) im Bereich von 3 bis 9 liegt.
- Uhrwerk (100) für Zeitmessgerät, das wenigstens eine Platine (9) und eine Brücke (5) umfasst, wobei die Platine (9) eine erste Bohrung (91) oder einen ersten Stein (92), der die erste Bohrung (91) aufweist, umfasst, wobei die Platine (9) oder der erste Stein (92) eine zu der Brücke (5) weisende obere Oberfläche (93) aufweist, und wobei die Brücke (5) eine zweite Bohrung (51) oder einen zweiten Stein (52), der die zweite Bohrung (51) aufweist, umfasst, wobei die Brücke (5) oder der zweite Stein (52) eine zu der Platine (9) weisende untere Oberfläche (53) aufweist, und ein Federgehäuse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, das zwischen der Platine (9) und der Brücke (5) montiert ist, umfasst.
- Uhr (200), die ein Uhrwerk (100) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch enthält.
