Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité d'entraînement qui comprend une broche (5) entraînée par moteur (6), des rouleaux (2, 3) et des câbles (11) et présente un rapport de transmission avantageux, notamment de N : 1, étant entendu que N = 4 + n et que n vaut un nombre compris entre -2 et 8, y compris 0, ladite unité d'entraînement servant à déplacer des charges et des personnes. Ladite unité d'entraînement est essentiellement destinée à des ascenseurs, présente un encombrement réduit, est écophile, ne nécessite que très peu d'entretien, consomme peu d'énergie et peut s'utiliser aussi bien lors de l'installation de nouveaux ascenseurs que lors de la réfection d'anciennes installations. Ladite unité d'entraînement permet un fonctionnement fiable de l'installation concernée ainsi que le transport de personnes et de charges, à des vitesses élevées. Ladite unité d'entraînement peut par ex. être montée à l'extrémité supérieure ou inférieure d'une cage d'ascenseur, ainsi qu'à l'extérieur de la cage. Ladite unité d'entraînement peut s'utiliser aussi bien dans la direction verticale, horizontale, qu'en diagonale et est dotée d'un contrepoids.
