Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'application de colle sur une bande de matériau (9) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, comprenant un organe d'application de colle (5) disposé dans un bâti (4), en particulier un cylindre tramé (5), dans lequel la colle est acheminée à l'organe d'application de colle (5) au moyen d'un conduit d'amenée (43) relié au bâti (4), et dans lequel la colle est évacuée du bâti (4) au moyen d'un conduit d'évacuation (45) relié au bâti (4), deux soupapes (111, 112), en particulier pouvant être commandées, étant prévues dans le conduit d'amenée (43) en direction du bâti (4) entre une première pompe d'alimentation (42) et le bâti (4), de préférence avant l'entrée dans le bâti (4), et deux soupapes (113, 114), en particulier pouvant être commandées, étant prévues dans le conduit d'évacuation (45) entre le bâti (4) et une seconde pompe d'alimentation (46),
    caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu, entre deux soupapes (111, 112) du conduit d'amenée (43) et entre deux soupapes (113, 114) du conduit d'évacuation (45), un conduit de raccordement (120) entre le conduit d'amenée (43) et le conduit d'évacuation (45).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposée, dans le conduit de raccordement (120), une soupape (121), en particulier pouvant être commandée.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première pompe d'alimentation (42) est raccordée, côté entrée, à une réserve de colle (40) et/ou la seconde pompe d'alimentation (46) est raccordée, côté sortie, à une réserve de colle (40).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le conduit d'évacuation (45) est relié à une réserve de colle, le conduit d'évacuation (45) étant pourvu d'un dispositif séparateur d'air disposé, de préférence, dans la réserve de colle, afin de séparer de la colle des petites bulles d'air contenues dans la colle évacuée.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu, sur la face extérieure du bâti (4), un accouplement de liaison pour le raccordement d'un conduit d'amenée (43) destiné à acheminer la colle dans le bâti (4), un bac collecteur étant disposé au-dessous de l'accouplement de liaison, et/ou en ce qu'est prévu, sur la face extérieure du bâti (4), un accouplement de liaison pour le raccordement d'un conduit d'évacuation (45) destiné à évacuer la colle du bâti (4), un bac collecteur étant disposé au-dessous de l'accouplement de liaison.
  6. Procédé pour faire fonctionner un dispositif d'application de colle sur une bande de matériau (9) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, comprenant un organe d'application de colle (5) disposé dans un bâti (4), en particulier un cylindre tramé (5), dans lequel la colle est acheminée à l'organe d'application de colle (5) au moyen d'un conduit d'amenée (43) relié au bâti (4), et/ou dans lequel la colle est évacuée du bâti (4) au moyen du conduit d'évacuation (45) relié au bâti (4), le dispositif étant réalisé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
  7. Machine de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier machine d'assemblage de filtres, comprenant un dispositif pour appliquer de la colle sur une bande de matériau de l'industrie de transformation du tabac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
