Claims (4)

  1. An apparatus for slicing food products (1), in particular sausage, meat or cheese, comprising
    a product support (3) for at least one product (1);
    a cutting blade which is arranged downstream of the product support (3) and to which the product (1) can be supplied along a conveying direction (I);
    at least one product holder (7) movable along the conveying direction (I) and cooperating with the product (1) at least at times during the slicing procedure; and
    a control unit,
    characterized in that
