Claims (9)
- Dispositif de polissage (100) pour le polissage d'un composant (200), comprenant :un élément de polissage de forme oblongue (110) qui est réalisé, dans la direction de son étendue longitudinale, sous la forme de segments partiels voisins (110-1, 110-2.. 110-n) ;un logement (120) pour la réception de l'élément de polissage (110) ; etun élément de pression (130) entre une surface d'appui (123) du logement (120) et l'élément de polissage (110), pour le serrage et la compression de l'élément de polissage (110) contre le composant (200) ;caractériséen ce que l'élément de pression (130) est réalisé sous la forme de plusieurs tuyaux partiels de forme oblongue, qui peuvent être sollicités avec de la pression, soit à titre individuel, soit via un couplage commun de manière simultanée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le tuyau (130) peut être sollicité avec un milieu de pression hydraulique ou pneumatique. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
une commande (300) est disposée pour la commande de la force de compression de l'élément de pression (130). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de polissage (110) est disposé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer à l'intérieur du logement (120) à l'aide de l'élément de pression (130) le long de surfaces de guidage latérales (122) en direction transversale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal z du composant contre la surface du composant (200) en suivant une voie de déplacement. - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
contre le logement (120), est disposée une butée (121) qui délimite la voie de déplacement de l'élément de polissage (110). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de polissage (110) est disposé dans le logement (120) de telle sorte que seulement une zone partielle de l'élément de polissage (110) fait saillie par rapport au logement (120) avec la saillie A. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de polissage (110) est réalisé sous la forme d'une meule. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément de polissage (110) est réalisé en plusieurs parties dans la direction périphérique du composant (200). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le composant (200) est réalisé sous la forme d'un cylindre.
