lesdits au moins deux moyens d'étanchéité (5, 6) sont pliables avec le corps de base (4). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,

des forces d'adhérence s'exercent entre le corps de base (4) et lesdits au moins deux moyens d'étanchéité (5, 6), lesquelles sont supérieures aux forces d'adhérence de connexion par collage pour les éléments pour joint d'about conventionnels. - Agencement (10) d'éléments profilés (2, 3) d'une couverture pour une zone de construction (33) et d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel
lesdits au moins deux moyens d'étanchéité (5, 6) sont disposés chacun de manière adjacente à un des éléments profilés (2, 3). - Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel lesdits au moins deux moyens d'étanchéité (5, 6) sont vulcanisés côte à côte sur le corps de base (4) de l'élément universel pour joint d'about (8) et un traitement de surface chimique et/ou mécanique du corps de base (4) améliorant les propriétés d'adhérence est exécuté avant l'application desdits au moins deux moyens d'étanchéité (5, 6) sur le corps de base (4), préférentiellement par l'enduction du corps de base (4) par un agent adhésif.
