Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour extraire et enrouler des fils synthétiques dans un processus de filage par fusion comprenant plusieurs postes de filature (1.1, 1.2, 1.3), un dispositif d'extraction (10.1) comprenant plusieurs galettes (11) entraînées et un dispositif d'enroulement (13.1) comprenant plusieurs postes d'enroulement (14.1, 14.2) étant prévus pour chaque poste de filature (1.1), des dispositifs d'extraction adjacents (10.1, 10.2, 10.3) et des dispositifs d'enroulement adjacents (13.1, 13.2, 13.3) pouvant être entraînés indépendamment les uns des autres, et un poste d'alimentation séparé (21.1, 21.2, 21.3) étant prévu pour chaque poste de filature (1.1, 1.2, 1.3), et le dispositif d'extraction (10.1) et le dispositif d'enroulement (13.1) du poste de filature (1.1) étant connectés en parallèle au poste d'alimentation (21.1) en vue de l'alimentation en énergie électrique par le biais de plusieurs conduites d'alimentation (23.1, 23.2),

    les postes d'alimentation (21.1, 21.2, 21.3) et les dispositifs d'extraction (10.1, 10.2, 10.3) de postes de filature adjacents sont disposés les uns à côté des autres sur une plateforme de châssis (19) qui s'étend au-dessus des dispositifs d'enroulement (13.1, 13.2, 13.3) et qui est supportée par plusieurs parois de support (20), de préférence des parois d'insonorisation, disposées entre les dispositifs d'enroulement (13.1, 13.2, 13.3).

    l'unité constructive (37) du dispositif d'extraction (10.1) présente plusieurs ouvertures de transport (38) pour l'engagement d'un moyen de transport.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que
    le poste d'alimentation (21.1) présente une électronique de commande (24) qui est connectée par le biais d'une conduite de commande amovible (26.1, 26.2) au dispositif d'extraction (10.1) et/ou au dispositif d'enroulement (13.1).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le poste d'alimentation (21.1) présente un dispositif de commande (24) qui est connecté par le biais de plusieurs conduites de commande amovibles (26.1, 26.2) au dispositif d'extraction (10.1) et/ou au dispositif d'enroulement (13.1).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'enroulement (13.1) présente pour chaque poste de filature (1.1) deux bobinoirs (15.1, 15.2) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre suivant une symétrie spéculaire, qui sont connectés au poste d'alimentation (21.1) indépendamment l'un de l'autre par le biais de conduites d'alimentation amovibles (23.2) et qui sont retenus de manière remplaçable dans le poste de filature (1.2).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
