Claims (7)
- Kunstleder umfassend:ein Vorläufer-Kunstleder umfassend einen Faservliesstoff hergestellt aus Fasern mit einer Feinheit von 0,033 tex (0,3 Denier) oder weniger und ein elastisches Polymerharz, welches in den Faservliesstoff imprägniert ist; undeine flammwidrige Zusammensetzungsschicht, ausgebildet auf dem Vorläufer-Kunstleder durch teilweises Beschichten einer flammwidrigen Zusammensetzung darauf mit einem Flächenverhältnis von 60 bis 90 % bezogen auf die Gesamtfläche des Vorläufer-Kunstleders,worin das Kunstleder eine Vielzahl von Rillen umfasst, die in den nicht-beschichteten Bereichen des Vorläufer-Kunstleders, wo die flammwidrige Zusammensetzung nicht beschichtet ist, diskontinuierlich verteilt sind.
- Kunstleder nach Anspruch 1, worin die flammwidrige Zusammensetzungsschicht einen Körper bildet, der die Rillen umgibt.
- Kunstleder nach Anspruch 1, worin eine jede der Rillen eine kreisförmige, polygonale oder lineare Form aufweist.
- Kunstleder nach Anspruch 1, worin das Kunstleder eine horizontale Verbrennungsgeschwindigkeit, gemessen gemäß der Automobilinnenmaterialverbrennungstestverordnung FMVSS Nr. 302, von 100 mm/Minute oder weniger aufweist sowie eine Luftdurchlässigkeit, gemessen gemäß dem Frazier-Textverfahren der ASTM D 737, von 20 bis 50 L/Min/100 cm2 aufweist.
- Kunstleder nach Anspruch 1, worin die flammwidrige Zusammensetzungsschicht eine Dicke im oberen Teil von 0,1 bis 4 % und eine Eindringtiefe von 5 bis 50 %, bezogen auf die Dicke des Vorläufer-Kunstleders, aufweist.
- Kunstleder nach Anspruch 1, worin die flammwidrige Zusammensetzungsschicht ein phosphorbasiertes Flammschutzmittel umfasst.
- Kunstleder nach Anspruch 1, worin die flammwidrige Zusammensetzungsschicht ein Urethan-Bindemittel umfasst, welches Silizium enthält.
