Claims (8)
- 極細繊維からなる不織布、及び前記不織布に含浸された弾性高分子樹脂を含む予備人工皮革と、
前記予備人工皮革の片面上に、前記予備人工皮革の前記片面の全表面積に対して60乃至90%の面積比率で、難燃組成物が部分的に塗布されることにより形成された難燃組成物層と、を含む、人工皮革であって、
前記人工皮革は、前記難燃組成物が塗布されない前記予備人工皮革の非塗布領域に対応して不連続的に分布した複数の溝を有する人工皮革。 - 前記難燃組成物層は、前記複数の溝を取り囲む一つのボディーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工皮革。
- 前記溝のそれぞれは、円形、多角形またはライン状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工皮革。
- FMVSS.No.302の自動車内装材の燃焼試験の規定に基づいて測定された前記人工皮革の水平燃焼速度が100mm/分以下で、同時に、前記人工皮革の通気性が20〜50L/分/100cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工皮革。
- 前記難燃組成物層は、前記予備人工皮革の厚さに対して0.1〜4%の範囲の上部厚さ、及び前記予備人工皮革の厚さに対して5〜50%の範囲の浸透深さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工皮革。
- 前記難燃組成物層は、リン系難燃剤を含む、請求項1に記載の人工皮革。
- 前記難燃組成物層は、シリコンを含むウレタン系バインダーを含む、請求項1に記載の人工皮革。
- 前記極細繊維の繊度は、0.3デニール以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工皮革。
