Claims (16)
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection pour un ensemble de fenêtre à ouverture pivotante (1), le dispositif comprenant :un premier cadre périmétrique (15) sensiblement rectangulaire qui s'étend selon au moins trois côtés attenants d'un rectangle ;un second cadre périmétrique (17) sensiblement rectangulaire qui s'étend selon au moins trois côtés attenants d'un rectangle ; etune moustiquaire de protection repliable (11) raccordée pour l'expansion entre les premier et second cadres périmétriques ; dans lequel:les premier et second cadres périmétriques sont mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre entre une première position dans laquelle un plan selon le second cadre périmétrique est sensiblement coextensif avec un plan selon le premier cadre périmétrique et une seconde position dans laquelle les plans des premier et second cadres périmétriques sont sensiblement espacés, et dans lequel :on prévoit des moyens (27) pour écarter de manière élastique les premier et second cadres périmétriques à distance l'un de l'autre et caractérisé en ce que, seul le premier cadre périmétrique (15) peut être fermement fixé à un châssis de fenêtre (3) de sorte que, à l'usage, le premier cadre périmétrique (15) est fermement fixé sur le châssis de fenêtre (3) alors que le second cadre périmétrique (17) peut coulisser librement sur la face d'un battant de fenêtre (5).
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier cadre périmétrique a des structures de retenue supérieure et inférieure (23, 25) pour la fixation du premier cadre périmétrique sur un châssis de fenêtre.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la structure de retenue supérieure comprend des agrafes élastiques supérieures (23).
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel la structure de retenue inférieure comprend des agrafes élastiques inférieures (25).
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les agrafes élastiques inférieures sont différentes des agrafes élastiques supérieures.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les moyens pour écarter de manière élastique les premier et second cadres périmétriques à distance l'un de l'autre comprennent un élément de ressort (27).
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'élément de ressort est un ressort métallique en forme d'arc (27).
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le mouvement des premier et second cadres périmétriques entre les première et seconde positions est guidé par une structure de liaison (29).
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le premier cadre périmétrique comprend un premier élément de cadre supérieur (15A) et des premiers éléments de cadre gauche et droit parallèles (15B, 15C) s'étendant à partir des extrémités opposées appropriées du premier élément de cadre supérieur.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel le second cadre périmétrique comprend un second élément de cadre supérieur (17A) et des seconds éléments de cadre gauche et droit parallèles (17B, 17C) s'étendant à partir des extrémités opposées appropriées du second élément de cadre supérieur.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la structure de liaison est agencée à proximité des extrémités libres opposées des premiers éléments de cadre gauche et droit parallèles et des seconds éléments de cadre gauche et droit parallèles.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le premier cadre périmétrique a un premier élément de cadre inférieur (15A) raccordé entre les extrémités libres des premiers éléments de cadre gauche et droit parallèles.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le second cadre périmétrique a un second élément de cadre inférieur (17E) raccordé entre les extrémités libres des seconds éléments de cadre gauche et droit parallèles.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon la revendication 12 et 13, dans lequel la structure de liaison est agencée de manière opérationnelle entre les premier et second éléments de cadre inférieurs.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon l'une des revendications 8 à 14, dans lequel la structure de liaison comprend une paire des première et seconde liaisons (29C, 29D) raccordées de manière pivotante.
- Dispositif de moustiquaire de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, dans lequel un limiteur d'extension (31) est agencé
de manière opérationnelle entre les premier et second cadres périmétriques afin de limiter le mouvement des premier et second éléments de cadre supérieurs à la seconde position.
