Claims (14)

  1. Assemblage nodal (11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 115, 211, 213, 215, 217) pour relier au moins deux éléments de cadre adjacents d'un cadre périphérique (1, 201), l'assemblage nodal comprenant :
    une partie centrale (50, 60, 160, 260) ayant une première et une deuxième face parallèles (52, 54, 62, 64, 162, 164, 262, 264) et une ouverture (56, 56A, 66, 66A, 166, 166A, 266, 266A) dans la deuxième face (54, 64, 164, 264) ;
    un premier montant (72) s'étendant de la partie centrale dans une première direction parallèle à la première face (52, 62, 162, 262) et comportant une cavité (76) en communication avec l'ouverture ;
    un deuxième montant (74) s'étendant de la partie centrale dans une deuxième direction différente de la première, mais également parallèle à la première face ; et
    un dispositif de retenue (21, 23, 25, 27, 125, 221, 223, 225, 227) reçu dans la cavité de manière à pouvoir coulisser (76) et mobile entre une position sensiblement escamotée à l'intérieur de la partie centrale (50, 60, 160, 260) et du premier montant (72) et une position déployée dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue s'étend sensiblement à l'extérieur de l'ouverture (56, 56A, 66, 66A, 166, 166A, 266, 266A) dans la deuxième face (54, 64, 164, 264) de la partie centrale (50, 60, 160, 260) et en s'écartant de la deuxième face.
  2. Assemblage nodal de la revendication 1 dans laquelle : la première et deuxièmes faces (52, 54, 62, 64, 162, 164, 262, 264) de la partie centrale (50, 60, 160, 260) sont des faces latéralement opposées, de préférence les faces avant et arrière ; la cavité (76) est sensiblement parallèle au premier montant (72) ; l'une des extrémités de la cavité (76) est en communication avec l'une des extrémités d'un canal (57) dans la partie centrale ; et l'autre extrémité du canal (57) est en communication avec l'ouverture (56, 56A, 66, 66A, 166, 166A, 266, 266A) dans la partie centrale.
  3. Assemblage nodal de la revendication 1 ou 2 dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue (21, 23, 25, 27, 125, 221, 223, 225, 227) comprend :
    une pièce allongée (90, 190, 290) à l'une des extrémités, de préférence une pièce d'extrémité avant, qui est reçue dans la cavité de manière à pouvoir coulisser (76) dans le premier montant (72) et dans le canal (57), s'il est présent, et qui peut être déplacée vers l'extérieur, de préférence vers l'arrière de la deuxième face (54, 64, 164, 264) de la partie centrale par l'ouverture (56, 56A, 66, 66A, 166, 166A, 266, 266A) dans la deuxième face ; et
    une pièce en forme de crochet (22, 24, 26, 28, 126, 222, 224, 226, 228) à son autre extrémité, de préférence, une pièce arrière, qui est placée vers l'extérieur, de préférence vers l'arrière, de la deuxième face (54, 64, 164, 264) de la partie centrale (50, 60, 160, 260) ; le dispositif de retenue, dans sa position escamotée, ayant une pièce centrale (96, 196, 296) sensiblement à l'intérieur de la cavité (76) dans le premier montant et dans sa position déployée, ayant sa pièce centrale s'étendant vers l'extérieur de la cavité par l'ouverture (56, 56A, 66, 66A, 166, 166A, 266, 266A) dans la partie centrale et en s'en écartant, de préférence vers l'arrière de la deuxième face de la partie centrale.
  4. Assemblage nodal d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 dans lesquelles la pièce d'extrémité allongée (90, 190, 290) du dispositif de retenue (21, 23, 25, 27, 125, 221, 223, 225, 227) a la forme d'un serpentin.
  5. Assemblage nodal de la revendication 4 dans laquelle la pièce d'extrémité allongée prise horizontalement a la forme d'un serpentin.
  6. Assemblage nodal de la revendication 4 ou 5 dans laquelle les crêtes (92, 94) sur les côtés opposés de la pièce d'extrémité allongée du dispositif de retenue (21, 23, 25, 27, 125, 221, 223, 225, 227) appliquent souplement les parois de la cavité (76) pour freiner par frottement le mouvement de la pièce d'extrémité allongée du dispositif de retenue à l'intérieur de la cavité.
  7. Assemblage nodal d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 dans lequel le dispositif de retenue est fabriqué dans un acier à ressorts.
  8. Assemblage nodal d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 dans lequel l'extrémité de la cavité (76), distante de la partie centrale, est relativement étroite dans le plan vertical et s'élargit graduellement vers son autre extrémité.
  9. Assemblage nodal d'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8 dans lequel le canal (57) s'élargit graduellement dans le plan vertical de son extrémité en communication avec la cavité (76) vers l'ouverture (56, 56A, 66, 66A, 166, 166A, 266, 266A) dans le deuxième côté de la partie centrale.
  10. Assemblage nodal d'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9 dans lequel la pièce centrale (96, 196, 296) du dispositif de retenue (21, 23, 25, 27, 125, 221, 223, 225, 227) est recourbée vers l'arrière.
  11. Assemblage nodal de la revendication 10 dans lequel la pièce d'extrémité allongée (190, 290) et la partie centrale (196, 296) du dispositif de retenue (125, 221, 223, 225, 227) sont en forme d'arc et recourbées vers l'arrière et possèdent une section transversale rectangulaire plus large qu'épaisse.
  12. Assemblage nodal de la revendication 11 dans lequel la pièce centrale (196, 296) du dispositif de retenue (125, 221, 223, 225, 227) possède des striations (197) ou des dentelures (297) sur une surface et dans lequel une vis sans fin (145, 245) est montée dans la partie centrale (150, 250), ayant un filetage (198, 298) qui s'engage dans les striations ou les dentelures de la pièce centrale du dispositif de retenue.
  13. Cadre périphérique (1) comprenant :
    une pluralité d'éléments d'allongement de cadre (3, 5, 7, 9, 203, 205, 207, 209) ;
    une pluralité d'assemblages nodaux d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, chaque assemblage nodal ayant un premier et un deuxième montant (72, 74) accouplant les extrémités de deux éléments de cadre adjacents pour former le cadre périphérique et un dispositif de retenue (21, 23, 25, 27, 125, 221, 223, 225, 227) ; et, optionnellement
    un panneau en forme de feuille (19, 219) fixé au cadre périphérique pour couvrir une surface définie par le cadre périphérique ; chacun des dispositifs de retenue étant adapté pour s'appliquer à une baie de fenêtre (30) ayant un contour polygonal correspondant au cadre périphérique de façon à ce que le panneau en forme de feuille, s'il est présent, couvre la baie de fenêtre.
  14. Cadre de la revendication 13 dans lequel un assemblage nodal supérieur comprend un dispositif de retenue fait d'un matériau relativement flexible et un assemblage nodal inférieur comprend un dispositif de retenue fait d'un matériau relativement peu flexible.
