Claims (20)
- Séparation de douche (D) avec au moins une porte pivotante (S) et un élément profilé (10) pour la porte pivotante (S), l'élément profilé (10) formant ensemble avec deux vantaux partiels (22, 24) au moins une porte pivotante (S), et l'élément profilé (10) disposant d'un corps profilé (11) qui s'étend au moins sur une zone partielle de la hauteur de la porte pivotante (S), qui sur les deux côtés est pourvu d'une rainure longitudinale respective (12, 14) pour recevoir un vantail partiel respectif (22. 24) de la porte pivotante (S), et qui aux extrémités, moyennant des paliers de pivotement (26, 28), est logé pivotant autour d'un axe vertical de rotation (A), caractérisée en ce que les vantaux partiels (22, 24) peuvent être ajustés l'un par rapport à l'autre, à l'intérieur des rainures longitudinales (12, 14) de l'élément profilé (10), en au moins deux directions de l'espace.
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'en face de la première rainure longitudinale (12) dans l'élément profilé (10), qui reçoit un vantail partiel (22), on a prévu parallèlement à elle une seconde rainure longitudinale (14), dans laquelle peut être placé le second vantail partiel (24).
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans les rainures longitudinales (12, 14), les vantaux partiels (22, 24) sont tenus étanches et/ou ajustables par serrage.
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins par secteurs, les vantaux partiels (22, 24) forment une surface de porte globalement plane et/ou arrondie.
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les vantaux partiels (22, 24) sont en position angulaire l'un par rapport à l'autre et/ou qu'ils forment un angle.
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'il y a un corps profilé (11) ayant la forme d'un profilé creux monobloc ou en plusieurs pièces, en ce que sur le côté frontal et/ou dorsal, on peut encastrer dans ou apposer sur le corps profilé (11) des éléments de surface (30, 38), par exemple au moyen d'assemblages solidaires par la force et/ou par la forme, et en ce que les éléments de surface (30, 38) sont disposés en retrait, à fleur ou en saillie du corps profilé (11).
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que sur ou dans les éléments de surface (30, 38) on a prévu des éléments fonctionnels tels que cuvettes, poignées, crochets, poignées rotatives ou autres.
- Séparation de douche (D) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, pour un récepteur de douche, un bassin de douche ou une baignoire (W), avec au moins un élément profilé (10) assis sur un palier de pivotement inférieur (26), caractérisée en ce que dans le corps profilé (11) de l'élément profilé (10), on a pratiqué au moins sur les extrémités un évidement respectif (16) pour recevoir des paliers de pivotement (26, 28), en ce que l'élément profilé (10) peut être soulevé et abaissé pendant le mouvement de pivotement, et en ce qu'il peut être bloqué en au moins une position définie de la porte pivotante (S), par exemple en une position de fermeture.
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'à son extrémité supérieure, l'élément profilé (10) reçoit un appui contre une cloison (R) d'une salle, contre un plafond d'une salle ou contre une saillie (C) ressemblant à un plafond.
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que l'on peut placer dans l'évidement (16), à l'extrémité supérieure du corps profilé (11), une rallonge télescopique (18) qui est logée sur un palier de pivotement supérieur (28), sous le plafond d'une salle ou sous une saillie (C) ressemblant à un plafond.
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications S à 10, caractérisée en ce que le palier de pivotement inférieur (26) est disposé dans l'élément profilé (10) de manière à pouvoir être ajusté, et en ce que la plaque de montage ou de support (50), qui peut être ajustée et fixée pour ajuster la porte (S), pour l'appui inférieur de l'élément profilé (10) et du palier de pivotement (26) qui y est disposé de manière à pouvoir être ajusté, peut être montée sur une surface d'appui inférieure, par exemple sur un plancher ou sur le bord d'un récepteur de douche ou d'une baignoire.
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de montage ou de support (50) est pourvue d'un dispositif d'ajustement qui dispose de moyens de réglage et de fixation (51, 52), pour compenser des inclinaisons ou des écarts d'angle ou de hauteur.
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12,caractérisée en ce qu'au moins par secteurs, chaque vantail partiel (22, 24) est conçu magnétique sur son chant de fermeture (71) et/ou pourvu d'éléments magnétiques.
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que les aimants sont faconnés ou placés dans des éléments de poignée (70).
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications 8 à 14, caractérisée en ce que le palier de pivotement inférieur (26) porte un dispositif à ressort (F), sur lequel repose le poids de la porte et qui peut être précontraint manuellement.
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que l'élément profilé (10) dispose d'une poignée (53) pour un élément de réglage (57), avec lequel un ressort de pression (67) peut être contracté ou détendu, afin d'abaisser ou de soulever la porte (S).
- Séparation de douche selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que pour précontraindre le dispositif à ressort (F), il y a en tant qu'élément de réglage (57) un excentrique à actionnement manuel, auquel une pièce de traction (61) d'un câble (60) disposé dans l'élément profilé (10) se rattache de telle manière que le câble y agit surtout axialement.
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisée en ce qu'un câble (60) est associé au dispositif à ressort (F) et a prise avec une tête de traction (64) sur une butée (65) du ressort, laquelle se trouve dans un pot de ressort (66) près du palier de pivotement inférieur (26), axialement en face de celui-ci.
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisée en ce qu'un entraíneur (54) assemblé de manière rotativement fixe à une poignée (53), à un volant à main par exemple, traverse l'élément profité (10) sur son côté dorsal (31), et en ce qu'avec l'entraíneur (54), on peut actionner un câble (60) qui a prise sur l'extrémité inférieure du dispositif à ressort (F).
- Séparation de douche selon l'une des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif à ressort (F) dispose d'un pot de ressort (66) pouvant coulisser longitudinalement dans une douille fixe inférieure 21, ainsi que d'une douille supérieure de forme polygonale (68), en ce qu'un ressort de pression (67) est enserré entre les extrémités des douilles, et en ce que pour le réglage de la précontrainte, la douille supérieure (68) peut être tournée envers la douille fixe (21), le long d'une section de vissage (75).
