wobei die Einfassung Folgendes umfasst:einen festen Rahmen (1), der schwenkbar am festen Rahmen befestigte Verschiebungsmittel (2) umfasst,und ein Zwischenelement (4), das an der Wand (5) befestigt werden und mit den Verschiebungsmitteln (2) so zusammenwirken soll, dass die Verschiebung der Wand (5) entlang dem festen Rahmen (1) gestattet wird, wobei das Zwischenelement (4) einen ersten Hauptlängsflügel (4a; 4b) umfasst, der eine Durchgangsnut der Laibung (3) durchquert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Laibung (3) mindestens zwei Durchgangsnuten (6a, 6b) aufweist, die zwei Seitenlaibungselemente (3b, 3c), welche die Außenfläche (Se) definieren, und mindestens ein Laibungszwischenelement (3a), das zwischen den Durchgangsnuten (6a, 6b) angeordnet ist, definieren,
dass das Zwischenelement (4) Folgendes aufweist:mindestens einen zweiten Hauptlängsflügel (4a; 4b), wobei die Hauptlängsflügel (4a, 4b) die Durchgangsnuten (6a, 6b) durchqueren und mindestens einen Längskanal (7) in dem Zwischenelement (4) begrenzen, derart, dass das Laibungszwischenelement (3a) in dem Längskanal (7)in Eingriff steht,und mindestens zwei Längsschuhe (4d, 4e), die mit einem der Enden der Hauptlängsflügel (4a, 4b) verbunden sind und mit den Verschiebungsmittel (2) zusammenwirken sollen,und dass der feste Rahmen (1) vollständig über oder unter der Außenfläche (Se) positioniert ist, derart, dass der feste Rahmen kein an der Außenseite der Laibung (3) vorstehendes Element zeigt. - Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Rahmen (1) mindestens ein Abdeckprofil (1c) aufweist, das mit Mitteln (8) zur Verbindung des Laibungszwischenelements (3a) versehen ist.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckprofil (1c) ein U-Profil ist, das auf zwei Absätzen (1h, 1i) von zwei den festen Rahmen (1) bildenden Profilen (1a, 1b) platziert ist, und dass die Verbindungsmittel (8) mindestens eine Schraube (8a) und wahlweise mindestens einen zwischen dem Abdeckprofil (1c) und dem Laibungszwischenelement (3a) platzierten Steg (8b) umfassen.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laibungszwischenelement (3a) in Querrichtung in dem Längskanal (7) zentriert ist.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des Laibungszwischenelements (3a) derart ist, dass der Querabstand zwischen dem Laibungszwischenelement (3a) und den benachbarten Hauptlängsflügeln (4a, 4b) kleiner als 5 mm ist.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querabstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Hauptlängsflügeln (4a, 4b) kleiner als 40 mm ist.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laibungszwischenelement (3a) so positioniert ist, dass sich seine Außenfläche (S) auf Höhe der Außenfläche (Se) der Seitenlaibungselemente (3b, 3c) befindet.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (4) ein U-Profil (4c) aufweist, das die Wand (5) an einem ihrer Längsränder (5a) abdeckt, und dass die Hauptlängsflügel (4a, 4b) mit einem ihrer Enden mit dem U-Profil (4c) und mit dem anderen ihrer Enden mit den Längsschuhen (4d, 4e) verbunden sind.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsnuten (6a, 6b) eine Breite von unter 15 mm, vorzugsweise von gleich 10 mm, aufweisen.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptlängsflügel (4a, 4b) in Querrichtung in den Durchgangsnuten (6a, 6b) zentriert sind und dass die Breite der Hauptlängsflügel (4a, 4b) derart ist, dass der Querabstand zwischen den Hauptlängsflügeln (4a, 4b) und der Laibung (3) kleiner als 5 mm ist.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebungsmittel (2) Lagergleitstützeinheiten umfassen, die jeweils mindestens ein Kugellager (2b, 2c) enthalten, das mit den Längsschuhen (4d, 4e) zusammenwirkt.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebungsmittel (2) Lagergleitstützeinheiten (2a) umfassen, die jeweils mindestens zwei Kugellager (2b, 2c) enthalten, die mit den Längsschuhen (4d, 4e) zusammenwirken, und dass die Kugellager (2b, 2c) auf festen Achsen angebracht sind und in entgegengesetzter Richtung geneigt sind, um ein automatisches Zentrieren der Wand (5) während ihres Gleitens zu gewährleisten, und dass die Verschiebungsmittel (2) durch Querstifte (9), die so dimensioniert sind, dass sie zwischen inneren Längsrippen (1d, 1e) jedes den festen Rahmen (1) bildenden Profils (1a, 1b) eingeklemmt sind, fest mit dem Abdeckprofil (1c) verbunden sind.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsschuhe (4d, 4e) mit Tragbändern (4f, 4g) versehen sind, die in Längsrichtung angeordnet sind und mit den Verschiebungsmitteln (2) zusammenwirken.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragbänder (4f, 4g) aus rostfreiem Stahl bestehen und dass der feste Rahmen (1) und das Zwischenelement (4) aus Aluminium oder aus einer anderen Leichtlegierung bestehen.
- Einfassungs-Laibungs-Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Rahmen (1) aus zwei Längsprofilen (1a, 1b) besteht, die durch Verbindungsmittel (10) zusammengefügt sind.
