Claims (15)

1. Rahmen in Öffnungen mit zwei Sätzen von Metallprofilen (100, 150; 200, 250), die zum rechtwinkligen Zusammenbau bestimmt sind und innenliegende Wärmebrücken-Unterbrechungen (101,102,151,152; 201, 202, 251, 252) umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Satz (200, 250) von profilen einen Metallkern (230, 280) mit einer Längsöffnung (231,281) zur Aufnahme eines Befestigungsorgans, wie etwa eine Schraube umfaßt, und daß die Wärmebrücken-Unterbrechungen (101.102,151, 152; 201, 202, 251, 252) der Profile derart angeordnet sind, daß der Metallkern (230, 280) in Zusammenbaustellung im Hinblick auf eine Wärmebrücken-Unterbrechung (101, 102, 151, 152) des benachbarten profils (100, 150) derart zu liegen kommt, daß die Gesamtheit des Rahmens eine durchgehende Wärmebrücken-Unterbrechung bildet.
2. Rahmen in Öffnungen nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen ersten Satz von profilen (100, 150), die aus zwei Außenwänden (110,120; 160, 170) bestehen, die durch mindestens einen Innensteg (111, 121; 112,122; 161, 171; 162, 172) miteinander verbunden sind, der eine isolierende Wärmebrücke (101, 102; 151, 152) umfaßt, in Kombination mit einem zweiten Satz von Profilen (200, 250), die aus zwei Außenwänden (210,220; 260, 270) bestehen, die durch mindestens einen Innensteg miteinander verbunden sind, der zwei isolierende Wärmebrücken bildende getrennte Elemente (201, 202; 251, 252) umfaßt, die jeweils an den Außenwänden (210,220; 260, 270) befestigt und untereinander mittels eines im wesentlichen mittigen Metallkems (230,280) verbunden sind, der eine geringere Breite aufweist als die isolierende Wärmebrücke (101, 102; 151, 152) des ersten Satzes von Profilen (100, 150).
3. Rahmen in Öffnungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Satz von Profilen (100,150), die aus zwei allgemein parallelen Außenwänden (110, 120; 160, 170) bestehen, die durch wenigstens zwei im wesentlichen zueinander parallen Innenstegen (111, 12; 112,122; 161,171,162,172) miteinander verbunden sind, von denen der eine (112,122; 161,171) die Sohle eines Falzes zur Aufnahme eines Paneels oder einer Glasscheibe (400) bildet, und einen anderen Satz (200, 250) von Profilen, die mit einem Innensteg versehen sind, der mindestens eine Längsöffnung (231, 281) zur Aufnahme eines Befestigungsorgans, wie etwa eine Schraube umfaßt, sowie zumindest über den größeren Teil der Profilhöhe eine Stärke aufweist, die geringer als der lichte Abstand der Außenwände (110, 120; 160,170) des zuerst genannten Satzes von Profilen (100, 150) ist, derart, daß nach Unterschneiden des ersten Innenstegs (112,122,161,171 ) des erstgenannten Satzes von Profilen (100, 150) die Profile (200, 250) des letztgenannten Satzes senkrecht in diese in Auflage gegen den zweiten Steg (111, 121; 115, 125; 162,172,164,174) einführbar und mittels eines diesen durchquerenden Befestigungsorgans in dieser Stellung festsetzbar sind.
4. Rahmen nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß besagter erster Satz (100, 150) dem Satz von Profilen entspricht, die mindestens zwei Innenstege (111, 121; 112, 122; 161, 171; 162, 172) umfassen, während der zweite Satz (200, 250) besagtem anderen Satz von Profilen entspricht.
5. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zur Realisierung von Schiebeelementen in Öffnungen bestimmt ist, und daß der Metallkern (280) im zweiten Satz von Profilen (250) vorgesehen und zur Aufnahme eines Rollenträgers (291) ausgelegt ist.
6. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den Profilen vorgesehenen, isolierenden Wärmebrücken (101, 102, 151, 152; 201, 202, 251, 252) in Profilnuten mit konvergenten Rändern festgesetzt sind.
7. Rahmen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß besagter anderer Satz von Profilen (200, 250) außenseitig Rippen (212, 222, 213, 223, 262; 272, 263, 273) aufweist, deren Abstand größer ist als der lichte Abstand der Außenwände (110, 120, 160, 170) besagten zuerst genannten Satzes von Profilen (100, 150) derart, daß diese letzteren beim Zusammensetzen in Anschlag mit den Rippen kommen, nachdem diese geeignet bearbeitet wurden.
8. Rahmen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsöffnung (231.281) zur Aufnahme eines Befestigungsorgans im Metallkern (230, 280) des zweiten Satzes von Profilen vorgesehen ist.
9. Preßgerät für das Bearbeiten der Profile nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch ein erstes feststehendes Formteil (530), das mit einem ersten beweglichen Formeisen (540) zum Ausstanzen einer ersten Innenstegstufe (101A, 111A. 121A. 101B) sowie ein schwimmend gelagertes zweites Formteil (550) und ein bewegliches zweites Formeisen (560) zum Ausstanzen einer zweiten Innenstegstufe (112A, 122A, 102A).
10. Preßgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schwimmend gelagerte zweite Formteil (550) vom ersten Formeisen (540) frei verschiebbar gegenüber diesem getragen ist, und daß das zweite Formeisen (560) mit dem ersten (540) verbinden ist.
11. Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Formteil (550) mit Nuten (551, 552) zur Aufnahme der Rippen (116, 117, 126, 127) versehen ist, die auf den Innenflächen der Profile ausgebildet sind, um die Führung und Zentrierung des zweiten Formteils (550) zwischen den beiden Stegsrufen zu gewährleisten.
12. Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen von einer Feder (573) nach außen rückgestellten Hebel (570) zur Entfernung der von den Profilen ausgestanzten Abschnitte (102A, 112A, 122A).
13. Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Formteil eine Höhe aufweist, die dem die beiden Stegstufen der Profile trennenden Abstand entspricht.
14. Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Formeisen (540) in der Verlängerung des zweiten Formteils (550) Strukturen (544, 545) zum Ausstanzen der Rippen (116, 117, 126.127) aufweist, die auf den Innenflächen der Außenwände der Profile vorgesehen sind.
15. Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zum Ausstanzen übereinander angeordneter, aus nicht homogenem Material zusammengesetzter Profilteile (101A, 111A, 121A, 101B, 116A, 117A, 126A, 127A, 102A, 112A, 122A) in einem Arbeitsgang ausgelegt ist.
