Abstract

Ein kombiniertes Seil mit einem Kernseil (1) aus hochfesten Kunststofffasern, die als ein verdrilltes Monofilbündel oder eine Mehrzahl von verdrillten Monofilbündeln vorliegen, und mit einer Außenlage aus Stahldrahtlitzen (4) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bzw. die Monofilbündel unter Durchmesserverringerung gedehnt und in diesem Zustand durch eine, insbesondere geflochtene, Ummantelung (2) gehalten ist bzw. sind.
Die Dehnung des Kernseiles unter Last wird dadurch verringert, so dass sich die Lastverteilung zwischen dem Stahlquerschnitt und dem Kunststoffquerschnitt des Seiles verbessert.
Um im gleichen Sinne umgekehrt das Dehnverhalten der Litzenlage demjenigen des Kernseiles anzunähern, weist das Seil eine Zwischenlage (3) aus einem elastischen Kunststoff auf, in den die Stahldrahtlitzen (4) mit einem Abstand voneinander eingedrückt sind, derart, dass sich die Außenlage unter Last dehnt und radial zusammenzieht.
Analog kann eine Litze aufgebaut werden.
