  2. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (27) est constitué de préférence d'une pièce en matière plastique élastomère précintrée en forme de cercle et se coince sous pression par torsion, par rotation dans l'évidement (53, 54), en créant par réduction du rayon de flexion une résilience de rappel.
  3. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture rotative (2) à bec et le capuchon à visser (5) (de préférence des pièces en matière plastique) s'aboutent en monobloc à fleur de surface en étant enclenchables et se séparent sans outil par relâchement de la liaison par enclenchement.
  4. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement de rotation entre la fermeture rotative (2) à bec et le bouchon à visser (5) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire du bec (21) ou par une unité de manipulation (25) (guidée dans un évidement (57) avec cavité de saisie (58) de l'enveloppe extérieure (55) du capuchon à visser) s'effectue par commande à la bouche ou à une main.
  5. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'à côté du trou de passage (22) pour le canal à boire (30), la fermeture rotative (2) à bec comporte un trou de dégazage (29) pour le processus d'ouverture et un trou de purge (35) pour la compensation de pression lorsque l'on boit.
  6. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement relatif entre la fermeture rotative (2) à bec et le capuchon à visser (5) est identifié par des positions de rotation sur une zone d'inscription (65),
    - la position 1 signifiant position - de repos avec étanchéité
    - la position 2 signifiant - décharge due pression gazeuse/de surpression par un canal de pression de gaz/de surpression (29) et
    - la position 3 signifiant - canal à boire (30, 60) ouvert avec trou de purge (35) pour la compensation de pression.
  7. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la courbe caractéristique de la soupape du canal à boire est sensiblement marquée par la géométrie du perçage (30) de la fermeture rotative (2) à bec et du perçage (60) du capuchon à visser (5).
  8. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement 3 (57) de l'enveloppe extérieure (55) du capuchon à visser (5) en association avec l'unité de manipulation (25) du bec (21) de la fermeture rotative (2) à bec possède la fonction d'une zone d'inscription (65).
  9. Fermeture de bouteille de boisson selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le bec (21) de la fermeture rotative (2) à bec est muni d'un capuchon pivotant rabattable, dont la charnière de capuchon enclenchable fait partie de la zone de bordure (24) du bec (21), et le capuchon pivotant comporte un crochet d'enclenchement diamétralement opposé à la charnière, qui par l'intermédiaire d'une saillie d'enclenchement en forme de segment de cercle du capuchon à visser (5) enclenche le capuchon pivotant ou le libère en fonction de la position de rotation, pour boire.
  10. Contenant avec un système de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
