Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rotary closure cap made of plastic for a container having a container mouthpiece.
  • plastic closures for beverage containers which allow drinking from the container without the plastic closure is previously completely removed from the container.
  • plastic closures that allow drinking "through the plastic closure”.
  • Such a plastic closure for example, the document discloses US 5,975,369 , This plastic closure consists of several parts, and forms between the mouthpiece and the interior of the container a re-sealable drinking channel.
  • Such plastic closures enjoy increasing popularity because they are easy to use, and also allow easy and comfortable drinking.
  • plastic closures have the disadvantage that the production of the cap is complicated and therefore relatively expensive.
  • This plastic closure is also suitable for pressurized drinks only limited.
  • the document US 3,261,513 discloses a plastic closure provided for dispensing creamy substances to allow hygienic removal of the creamy substance from a container.
  • This plastic closure is not suitable as a closure of a drinking container to allow drinking "through the plastic closure" through. Even with heavy sucking on the plastic closure, the liquid contained in the drinking container could hardly be removed.
  • this plastic closure is not suitable for a pressurized drink. This plastic closure is therefore not suitable for a pleasant drink.
  • the dependent claims 2 to 15 relate to further, advantageously designed rotary closure caps.
  • a rotary closure cap made of plastic for a container having a container mouthpiece with an outer circumferential guide, consisting of a in the Basic shape cylindrical shell and a substantially circular disk-shaped head plate, on the inside of an annular circumferential, one-piece sealing lip is formed, wherein the rotary closure cap has at least one outlet opening, which is arranged outside of an enclosed by the circumferential sealing lip inner region and extending arcuately in the circumferential direction of the top plate, and wherein a cap mouthpiece on the outside of Rotary closure cap is formed, and wherein the outlet opening opens into the cap mouthpiece, and wherein the cylindrical jacket has an inner circumferential guide, which is configured so cooperating with the outer circumferential guide, that the rotary closure cap is rotatable about an axis of rotation fastened to the container mouthpiece
  • the rotary closure cap according to the invention has the advantage that, depending on its rotational position between the container mouthpiece and the cap mouthpiece, a fluid-conducting channel is opened or closed, so that the rotary closure cap can be opened or closed by simply turning it without the rotary closure cap completely from the container remove is.
  • the rotary closure cap according to the invention enables drinking via the cap mouthpiece "through the plastic closure".
  • the outlet opening extends in a circular arc in the circumferential direction of the top plate, which results in the advantage that the outlet opening is relatively long, so that a sufficiently large amount of liquid for pleasant drinking through the outlet opening can escape from the container.
  • the outlet opening is also sufficient space for the intake of air available, which enters the container, so that the inventive rotary closure cap allows a comfortable and continuous drinking.
  • the rotary closure cap is integrally formed, so that it is very inexpensive to produce.
  • the rotary cap is suitable for so-called still drinks, as well as pressurized drinks, especially carbonated drinks. Since the rotary cap has on the inside an annular circumferential, one-piece sealing lip, which in closed state rests against the inside of the container neck, and thereby achieves an excellent sealing effect, the rotary cap is particularly suitable for pressurized drinks.
  • the rotary closure cap preferably has a stop, so that the angle of rotation is limited and the rotary closure cap can not be completely removed from the container.
  • the cap mouthpiece is preferably not centrally symmetrical with respect to the rotary cap but laterally to allow a comfortable drinking.
