Abstract
L'invention concerne un embout verseur (3) destiné à être fixé sur un contenant (5), de préférence sur une bouteille de lait en verre, ledit contenant (5) présentant un bord de bouteille supérieur (10), plusieurs filets (12) et un élément jointif de fixation (15), lequel embout verseur (3) comprend : - une partie couvercle discoïde (19) qui est percée d'un orifice verseur (20) et qui présente une face supérieure (21) et une face inférieure (22), ladite partie couvercle (19) étant pourvue, sur sa face supérieure (21), d'un bec verseur muni d'un bord verseur, - une partie enveloppe (24) de forme annulaire qui s'étend vers le bas depuis la partie couvercle (19) au niveau de sa face inférieure (22), ladite partie enveloppe (24) étant pourvue de taquets (24b) sur sa face intérieure (24a), lesquels coopèrent avec les filets (12) du contenant (5) en condition d'utilisation de l'embout verseur (3), une zone annulaire (30) sur la face inférieure (22) de la partie couvercle discoïde (19) étant prévue pour coopérer avec le bord de bouteille supérieur (10) du contenant (5) ou avec un joint d'étanchéité (40) en condition d'utilisation de l'embout verseur (3), et un conduit d'air (25a/b) étant prévu pour laisser entrer de l'air venant de l'extérieur à l'intérieur du contenant (5) lorsque du liquide est versé depuis son contenant (5), le conduit d'air (25a/b) étant constitué essentiellement d'un premier segment (25a) et d'un second segment (25b), le premier segment (25a) du conduit d'air (25a/b) étant situé sur la face inférieure (22) de la partie couvercle discoïde (19), et le second segment (25b) du conduit d'air (25a/b) étant agencé sur la face intérieure (24a) de la partie enveloppe (24) et s'étendant dans une autre direction que le premier segment (25a), le conduit d'air (25a/b) étant limité en partie par une zone du bord de bouteille supérieur (10) du contenant (5) à un endroit fermé sur la circonférence.
