Claims (12)

  1. Bouchon muni d'une charnière (1) pour un récipient, en particulier une bouteille, comprenant
    une partie inférieure (2) et une partie supérieure (3),
    un tronçon de charnière (4) au moyen duquel la partie supérieure peut pivoter à partir d'une première position vers une deuxième position dans laquelle la partie supérieure est éloignée de la partie inférieure par pivotement sur une distance correspondant à un angle d'ouverture,
    et un équipement de retenue (30), comprenant un premier tronçon de retenue (31) et un deuxième tronçon de retenue (32) qui, lors du pivotement de la partie supérieure dans cette deuxième position, sont raccordés l'un à l'autre de façon amovible,
    ce premier tronçon de retenue (31) étant disposé sur la partie inférieure (2) et présentant un tronçon de saillie (31), et ce deuxième tronçon de retenue (32) étant disposé sur la partie supérieure (3) et présentant un tronçon de mise en prise (32), ce tronçon de saillie et ce tronçon de mise en prise étant constitués pour la mise en prise,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le creux du tronçon de mise en prise (32) est réalisé sous forme de tronçon de poche qui, en partant de la paroi extérieure de la partie supérieure (3), s'étire à l'intérieur du bouchon, le creux étant limité par une paroi (39) enveloppante et le tronçon de poche étant constitué de sorte que, dans la zone de bord (40) du tronçon de poche, à l'état fermé du bouchon, la paroi (39) repose sur une paroi frontale (6) de la partie inférieure, de sorte que, dans cette zone, l'intérieur de la partie supérieure (3), dans l'état fermé du bouchon, est rendu étanche vers l'extérieur par la paroi enveloppante.
  2. Bouchon à charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'équipement de retenue (30) oppose une résistance au pivotement en retour de la partie supérieure (3) à partir de cette deuxième position vers cette première position.
  3. Bouchon à charnière selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ce premier tronçon de retenue (31) et ce deuxième tronçon de retenue (32) sont constitués pour la réalisation d'un raccordement par encliquetage, et en ce que ce premier tronçon de retenue (31) et ce deuxième tronçon de retenue (32) présentent chacun un tronçon d'encliquetage.
  4. Bouchon à charnière selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ce premier tronçon de retenue (31) et ce deuxième tronçon de retenue (32) sont constitués pour la réalisation d'un raccordement par liaison de force et/ou par liaison de forme dans cette deuxième position.
  5. Bouchon à charnière selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ce tronçon de mise en prise (32) présente, dans une zone de paroi supérieure (37), un tronçon à lamelles (34), et ce que celui-ci se rétrécit vers l'extérieur.
  6. Bouchon à charnière selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ce premier tronçon de retenue (31) est disposé sur une première paroi de la partie inférieure (2), et en ce que ce deuxième tronçon de retenue (32) est disposé sur une deuxième paroi de la partie supérieure (3).
  7. Bouchon à charnière selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que cette première paroi est inclinée d'un premier angle d'inclinaison α1 par rapport à la normale à la partie inférieure (2), et/ou en ce que cette deuxième paroi est inclinée d'un deuxième angle d'inclinaison α2 par rapport à la normale à la partie supérieure (3).
  8. Bouchon à charnière selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ce premier angle d'inclinaison α1 et/ou ce deuxième angle d'inclinaison α2 est choisi parmi un groupe de plages angulaires qui comprend les plages angulaires 0 à 90°, 0 à 45°, 0 à 30°, 5 à 30°, 10 à 25°, 10 à 20°, 10 à 15°, 15 à 20°.
  9. Bouchon à charnière selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'ouverture présent dans cette deuxième position est choisi parmi un groupe de plages angulaires qui comprend les plages angulaires 90 à 270°, 100 à 235°, 150 à 230°, 170 à 225°, 180 à 225°, et en ce qu'en particulier cet angle d'ouverture est de préférence supérieur à 180°.
  10. Bouchon à charnière selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (2) présente une zone d'embouchure (7) dans laquelle débouche l'ouverture de sortie, et qui est constituée en tant que tubulure creuse (9), en particulier en tant que tubulure pour boire, faisant saillie ver le haut à partir de la paroi frontale de la partie inférieure.
  11. Récipient, en particulier bouteille, qui est muni du bouchon à charnière selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 10.
  12. Procédé de fabrication du bouchon à charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 10 au moyen du procédé de moulage par injection.
