  • DE 93 03 734 U1 shows a drinking cap for a drinking bottle with a mouthpiece movable in the direction of the axis of the drinking cap.
  • the mouthpiece has an in
  • the mouthpiece has an axial thread, so that rotation of the mouthpiece causes it to move in the direction of the axis of the drinking cap.
  • a tamper-proof terminal for a container On a flat base the container is a flat rotor mounted. The base and the rotor are provided with mutually aligned output openings. The rotor has a frangible region in its flat region, as well as a projection which can be introduced into a pocket of the flat region of the base and rotatably held with a snap connection.
  • This solution is intended for dispensing containers or containers in which spices, powdery foods, household cleaners or similar powdery goods are stored. By contrast, this solution is not suitable for containers in which liquids, such as carbonated drinks are stored.
  • DE 102 29 257 C1 shows a closure for containers, in particular for bottles.
  • the closure has a base body which can be placed on the container and has an opening which is initially tightly sealed by a cover and a closure part which is movable relative to the base body.
  • the closure member includes a through-opening rotatable with the aperture to provide coverage.
  • the closure part is arranged rotatable transversely to the direction of the output. Using a grip part, the closure part can be rotated so that the closure can be opened and closed.
  • a disadvantage of this solution is in particular that the closure requires a complex structure, through which the container has an increased space requirement.
  • WO 2009/051557 A1 shows a resealable container which is suitable for storing liquids, in particular beverages.
  • the container has a closure piece, which can be screwed into an opening in the lid surface.

  • the closure piece has a portion for releasing a seal.
  • No. 4,172,541 shows a closure for containers in which in particular toothpaste, shampoo, cosmetic products or pharmaceutical products are stored.
  • An outlet opening of the container comprises a conical portion on which a hollow conical cap is mounted.
  • the cap and the conical portion have on their conical surface each having an opening.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a reclosable closure which can be produced with little effort and which has a small space requirement.
  • the resealable closure should be particularly suitable for containers in which a liquid, for example, a carbonated beverage is stored. In addition, appropriate containers must be provided.
  • the resealable closure according to the invention is intended for containers which store a liquid, for example a beverage which may also be carbonated.
  • the closure according to the invention initially comprises a fastening insert with which the closure can be inserted into an opening of the container.
  • the fastening insert is used to attach the resealable closure to the container.
  • a hollow truncated cone-shaped bearing is formed in the fastening insert. It is thus a bearing whose interior has the shape of a truncated cone.
  • the blunting of the conical shape allows the technical realization and may possibly be kept very small, whereby the shape of the interior of the bearing is largely approximated to the shape of a cone.
  • the inner wall of the bearing has at least one passage opening which extends over a portion of the inner circumference of the bearing.
  • the passage opening may extend over a quarter of the entire circumference of the cone-shaped inner wall.
  • the passage opening itself may have, for example, a round or a spherically rectangular cross section in the form of a window.
  • passage openings can also be formed a plurality of passage openings, for example, two identical passage openings, each occupy a quarter of the circumference of the cone-shaped inner wall of the bearing and are arranged diametrically opposite one another.
  • the one or more passage openings open into a surface of the fastening insert facing the interior of the container. Consequently, the one or more passage openings in the installed state of the closure according to the invention form constituents of channels, which extend between the interior of the container and the interior of the bearing. Insofar as the passage openings are free, the liquid can flow out of the container through the passage opening into the interior of the bearing.
  • the resealable closure according to the invention furthermore comprises a rotary closure with a sealing cone mounted at least partially rotatably in the bearing.
  • the sealing cone has the outer shape of a truncated cone whose size is adapted to the hollow truncated cone-shaped bearing, so that the outer lateral surface of the closure cone runs parallel to the inner wall of the bearing.
  • the sealing cone is positively received by the bearing.
  • the closure cone has at least one outlet opening extending over a portion of the outer circumference of the closure cone.
  • the one or more outlet openings are arranged in the same way as the one or more passage openings in the camp.
  • the one or more outlet openings open into a surface of the rotary closure to be directed out of the container. Consequently, liquid which flows into one of the outlet openings in the inserted state of the closure according to the invention comes out of the rotary closure and thus out of the closure.
  • the passage opening opens into the outlet opening when the closure cone is in a first position. In this first position, the resealable closure is opened. Liquid which flows into the passage opening can flow into the outlet opening, since the passage opening and the outlet opening are arranged to open into one another. The liquid that has flowed into the outlet opening can flow out of the closure, because the Outlet opening opens into an outwardly of the container to be addressed surface of the rotary closure.
  • the rotary closure is rotatable with the sealing cone in a second position in which the passage opening and the outlet opening are removed from each other. Consequently, no liquid can flow from the passage opening into the outlet opening.
  • the resealable closure according to the invention is closed. If the closure is inserted into a container, no liquid can flow out of the container through the closure, since the passage opening and the outlet opening do not form a channel.
  • a particular advantage of the reclosable closure according to the invention is that it can be realized with little effort, since essentially only the fastening insert with the hollow-truncated cone-shaped bearing and the rotary closure with the sealing cone are required. Due to the arrangement according to the invention, in particular of the cooperating conical forms, a high degree of sealing can be achieved with the closure according to the invention when closing the container to be closed. The conical shapes are considerably easier to produce in comparison to the closure parts known from the prior art. Another advantage of the reclosable closure according to the invention is that the fastening insert can protrude partially or completely into the container, whereby the space requirement of the container to be closed is not or only slightly increased.
  • the closure cone has the shape of a truncated cone shell. This is then given If the closure cone has the external shape of a truncated cone and at the same time inside is hollow, wherein the cavity in turn has the shape of a truncated cone, while the remaining thickness of the material of the closure cone is comparatively small to the outer dimensions.

  • the sealing cone and the dispensing nozzle may consist of a single thin sheet or of a single piece of thin-walled plastic material.
  • the cavity, which hold the sealing cone and the dispensing nozzle in itself has the shape of a cylinder with a truncated cone mounted thereon.
  • the dispensing nozzle facilitates dispensing of the liquid from the resealable closure.
  • the dispensing nozzle can be used as a spout or as a drinking spout.
  • the cylinder jacket-shaped dispensing nozzle is preferably extended circumferentially by an annular hub formed integrally with the dispensing nozzle.
  • the turntable as part of the rotary cap rotates together with the sealing cone and the outlet nozzle.

  • the annular rotary disk contains a planar recess which is moved by at least one marking applied to the fastening insert during rotation of the rotary closure.
  • the recess may for example be made such that it extends as a circular ring sector over a half or quarter circle of the circular ring shape of the hub. The user can look through the recess on the surface of the fastening insert, where he can recognize the mark applied there.
  • the one or more markers may be, for example, symbols or words identifying the closed and opened states of the resealable closure. If the closure is closed, then the recess is located above the symbol or word which indicates the closed position. When the rotary closure is rotated to open the closure, the recess is moved over the surface of the attachment insert to the marker which identifies the opened condition of the closure.

  • the locking edge is formed at the transition from the outer truncated cone shape of the fastening insert to the fastening insert widening retaining ring.
  • the fastening insert can engage with its latching edge in the opening of the container, whereby the inventive closure is attached to the container.
  • Embodiment of the closure according to the invention allows attachment of the closure from outside the container and also after the preparation of the container.
