Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour réaliser des estampages (10) sur des pièces découpées en carton pour la fabrication de paquets de cigarettes,
    - les pièces découpées ou une bande de matériau (18) pour la fabrication de pièces découpées par sectionnement de la bande de matériau (18) pouvant être guidée(s) entre des rouleaux d'estampage (19, 20) disposés sur des côtés opposés des pièces découpées ou de la bande de matériau et l'estampage (10) pouvant être réalisé par transfert de pression sur la pièce découpée ou sur la bande de matériau (18),
    - lors de la fabrication de pièces découpées pour des cols (13) faisant partie d'un paquet de cigarettes du type boîte pliante, une bande de matériau (18) en carton mince pouvant être acheminée en continu entre au moins deux rouleaux opposés (19, 20) qui présentent sur leur enveloppe des pièces d'estampage (24, 25) ou des zones d'estampage (40) réalisées de manière correspondant à l'estampage (10) à réaliser,
    - au moins l'un des rouleaux d'estampage (19, 20) étant réalisé en tant que rouleau de coupe (19) et l'autre étant réalisé en tant que rouleau conjugué (20), le rouleau de coupe (19) présentant des arêtes de coupe (34) orientées transversalement pour sectionner des pièces découpées pour le col (13) immédiatement à la suite de l'estampage (10), et à proximité immédiate des arêtes de coupe (34), des pièces d'estampage (24, 25) ou des zones d'estampage (40) étant disposées à chaque fois au niveau de l'enveloppe du rouleau de coupe (19), les arêtes de coupe (34) se suivant dans le sens de rotation,

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'estampage (19, 20) présentent au moins un renfoncement (31) à des endroits correspondants opposés, dans lequel renfoncement est disposée à chaque fois une pièce d'estampage (24, 25), les pièces d'estampage mutuellement associées (24, 25) des rouleaux (19, 20) étant réalisées de manière correspondante avec des parties saillantes (30) d'une part et des renfoncements (31) d'autre part.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque pièce d'estampage (24, 25) présente une partie d'estampage (28, 29) avec des zones pour la fabrication de l'estampage (10), un épaulement en retrait (32) étant formé à côté de la partie d'estampage (28, 29) et dans cette région un moyen de connexion étant prévu pour la fixation de la pièce d'estampage (24, 25) au rouleau d'estampage (19, 20).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme pièces d'espacement des tôles de soutien ou des pièces de tôle (35) qui peuvent être enlevées ou complétées au besoin pour l'ajustement de la pièce d'estampage (24, 25).

  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'estampage (24, 25) se composent au moins en partie d'un matériau de haute résistance.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le rouleau conjugué (20) d'un appareil de formation de col pour la fabrication de pièces découpées pour un col (13) présente une enveloppe de rouleau extérieure, l'enveloppe de rouleau (39) présentant des zones d'estampage façonnées (40) qui coopèrent avec des zones d'estampage correspondantes du rouleau de coupe (19).
