Claims (13)
- Dispositif destiné à rainurer du carton homogène ou du carton ondulé (1), comprenant une sonotrode (25) et une enclume (27), caractérisé en ce que la sonotrode (25) et l'enclume (27) ou respectivement une deuxième sonotrode sont supportées en rotation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1, caractérisé en ce que la sonotrode (25) et/ou l'enclume (27) ou respectivement la deuxième sonotrode peut être entraînée en rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe un dispositif d'avance, en particulier pour le carton homogène ou le carton ondulé (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une distance et/ou une force de pression entre la sonotrode (25) et l'enclume (27) ou respectivement la deuxième sonotrode est réglable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe un dispositif de pulvérisation pour l'humidification locale du carton ondulé (1).
- Procédé destiné au rainurage de carton homogène ou de carton ondulé, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :- compression locale d'un carton homogène ou des différentes couches (3, 5, 7) d'un carton ondulé (1) entre une sonotrode (25) supportée en rotation et une enclume ou respectivement une deuxième sonotrode (27) supportée en rotation et- excitation de la zone compressée du carton homogène ou du carton ondulé (1) avec des ultrasons.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la compression du carton homogène ou des différentes couches (3, 5, 7) du carton ondulé (1) et l'excitation de la zone compressée du carton homogène ou du carton ondulé (1) avec des ultrasons sont effectuées simultanément.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la compression du carton homogène ou des différentes couches (3, 5, 7) d'un carton ondulé (1) et l'excitation de la zone compressée du carton ondulé (1) avec des ultrasons sont effectuées avec les mêmes outils (25, 27).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le carton homogène ou le carton ondulé (1) est humidifié avant ou pendant la compression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le carton homogène ou le carton ondulé (1) est humidifié localement sur le côté sur lequel se trouve la sonotrode (25).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le carton homogène ou le carton ondulé (1) est humidifié localement sur le côté opposé à la sonotrode (25).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le carton homogène ou le carton ondulé (1) est déplacé par rapport à la sonotrode (25) et/ou l'enclume (27) ou respectivement la deuxième sonotrode avant, pendant et/ou après l'excitation avec les ultrasons.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas du carton homogène ou dans le cas du carton ondulé (1), il est réalisé avec une ondulation, deux ondulations ou plus de trois ondulations.
