Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de lignes de pliage dans une feuille de matériau, notamment dans une feuille de carton, dans lequel des gorges rainurées limitées latéralement par deux parois de gorge sont formées dans une surface de la feuille de matériau, caractérisé en ce que deux incisions s'étendant parallèlement à la gorge rainurée sont formées dans l'autre surface de la feuille de matériau, à chaque fois sur l'extérieur d'une paroi de gorge dans le sens latéral.
  2. Dispositif de fabrication de lignes de pliage dans une feuille de matériau, notamment dans une feuille de carton (22), comprenant une plaque de support sur le côté inférieur de laquelle s'étend au moins un filet raineur (10) qui est pourvu, à son extrémité éloignée de la plaque de support, d'un bord de rainurage (12), et une plaque rainurée d'estampage (11) opposée à la plaque de support, sur laquelle un canal de rainurage (41) est prévu en regard de l'au moins un filet raineur (10), les parois latérales intérieures (43) du canal de rainurage (41) s'étendant vers le haut et de manière oblique vers l'extérieur et se terminant à chaque fois par une arête de sommet (42, 44), les arêtes de sommet (42,44) s'étendant à chaque fois parallèlement au filet raineur (10) avec un décalage vers l'extérieur par rapport à celui-ci, des surfaces de pression (18, 20) qui s'étendent parallèlement aux arêtes de sommet (42, 44) et sont décalées en direction de la plaque de support par rapport au bord de rainurage (12) étant prévues sur le filet raineur (10) en face des arêtes de sommet (42, 44), caractérisé en ce que les arêtes de sommet (42, 44) sont exécutées et agencées pour former des incisions dans la feuille de matériau.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi extérieure (38, 39) s'étend depuis chaque arête de sommet (42, 44) vers le bas et de manière oblique vers l'extérieur.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (α) entre un plan perpendiculaire à la plaque rainurée d'estampage (11) passant par l'arête de sommet (42, 44) correspondante et les parois latérales intérieures (40, 43) mesure entre 0° et 45° et l'angle (β) entre ce plan et les parois extérieures (38, 39) mesure entre 20° et 75°.
