Claims (8)

  1. Découpe (10) destinée à la fabrication d'une structure tridimensionnelle, notamment d'un emballage, d'un présentoir ou analogue, comprenant au moins une couche (12) de papier, carton, notamment carton ondulé, ou plastique, présentant au moins une rainure de pliage (14) produite au moyen de l'énergie d'un faisceau laser, ladite au moins une rainure de pliage (14) étant délimitée par des zones de paroi (16, 18, 20) de l'au moins une couche (12) entre lesquelles une zone de matériau (24) de l'au moins une couche (12) est éliminée en soumettant la totalité de la zone de matériau (24) à l'énergie d'un faisceau laser,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) présente une section transversale (34) asymétrique.
  2. Découpe (10) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) présente une section transversale (34) au moins partiellement incurvée, notamment ronde.
  3. Découpe (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le fond (22) de l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) est incurvé, notamment rond ou ellipsoïdal, ou bien présente une grande étendue.
  4. Découpe (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) présente une section transversale (34) au moins partiellement en gradins.
  5. Découpe (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) présente une profondeur (nt) dans la plage de 5 % inclus à 75 % inclus, notamment dans une plage de 40 % inclus à 60 % inclus, d'une épaisseur de paroi (t) de la couche (12).
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'une découpe (10) destinée à une structure tridimensionnelle, notamment à un emballage, un présentoir ou analogue, dans lequel, sur au moins une face (26) d'au moins une couche (12) de la découpe (10) en papier, carton, notamment carton ondulé, ou plastique, il est produit au moins une rainure de pliage (14) de l'au moins une couche (12) au moyen de l'énergie d'un faisceau laser, une zone de matériau (24) située entre les zones de paroi (16, 18, 20) de l'au moins une couche (12) qui délimitent l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) étant éliminée en soumettant la totalité de la zone de matériau (24) à l'énergie d'un faisceau laser,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) est conçue de manière à présenter une section transversale (34) asymétrique.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'au moins une rainure de pliage (14) est produite par un mode d'exploitation pulsé de l'au moins un faisceau laser.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la découpe (10), notamment un contour extérieur et/ou un contour intérieur de la découpe (10), est également au moins partiellement découpée au moyen de l'énergie d'un faisceau laser.
