- Découpe (10) destinée à fabriquer une structure tridimensionnelle en papier, en carton ou en matière plastique, en particulier un emballage ou analogue, comprenant au moins trois surfaces latérales (12, 14, 16, 18) ainsi qu'au moins un rabat de fond et/ou de couvercle (20, 24) pour former la structure tridimensionnelle dans un état plié de la découpe (10), au moins deux des surfaces latérales (12, 14, 16, 18) et/ou au moins une des surfaces latérales (12, 16) étant reliées au rabat de fond et/ou de couvercle (20, 24) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une ligne de rainage fabriquée mécaniquement (36, 38, 40, 56, 58),la ligne de rainage fabriquée mécaniquement (36, 38, 40, 56, 58) étant fabriquée sans enlèvement ou autre retrait de matière de la découpe (10),caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une rainure produite au moyen d'un laser (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) est formée dans au moins une des surfaces latérales (14, 16, 18) reliées par la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56), la rainure (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) étant formée en s'étendant à un certain angle par rapport à la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56) et rencontrant ou croisant celle-ci.

la au moins une surface latérale (14, 16, 18) reliée par la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56) comporte au moins deux rainures (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) fabriquées au moyen d'un laser, une distance (a, a') entre des points de rencontre ou de croisement de la rainure (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) respective avec la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56) correspondante représentant au moins 50 % d'une longueur de la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56). - Découpe (10) selon la revendication 2,

la distance (a, a') est comprise entre 75 % et 98 % de la longueur de la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56). - Découpe (10) selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,

une profondeur de la rainure (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) est comprise entre 10 % et 80 % d'une épaisseur de la surface latérale (14, 16, 18) correspondante. - Découpe (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

la rainure (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) a une forme droite, courbe, ondulée, sinueuse, étagée ou des combinaisons de ces formes. - Structure tridimensionnelle en papier, en carton ou en matière plastique, qui est fabriquée par pliage et/ou collage d'une découpe (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.

la structure tridimensionnelle est un emballage, en particulier un emballage destiné à conserver des cigarettes ou d'autres marchandises, en particulier pour le transport et la conservation de marchandises, emballées ou non emballées, susceptibles de couler ou non. - Boîte pliante pour le stockage de marchandises, en particulier boîte pliante en carton, papier ou analogue, comprenant au moins trois parois latérales (12, 14, 16, 18) ainsi qu'au moins un rabat de fond et/ou de couvercle (20, 24) pour former un espace de réception, au moins deux des parois latérales (12, 14, 16, 18) et/ou au moins une des parois latérales (12, 16) étant reliées au rabat de fond et/ou de couvercle (20, 24) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une ligne de rainage fabriquée mécaniquement (36, 38, 40, 56, 58),la ligne de rainage fabriquée mécaniquement (36, 38, 40, 56, 58) étant fabriquée sans enlèvement ou autre retrait de matière de la découpe (10),caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une rainure produite au moyen d'un laser (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) est formée dans au moins une des surfaces latérales (14, 16, 18) reliées par la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56), la rainure (62, 64, 66, 68, 70) étant formée en s'étendant à un certain angle par rapport à la ligne de rainage (36, 38, 40, 56) et rencontrant ou croisant celle-ci.
