Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は1段ボールシートの加工方法に関するものであ
る。
(従来の技術) 従来の罫線加工装置(スコアラ)の一部を第41により
説明すると、 (01) (02)が回転軸、 (03
) (04)が円板状の罫線加工工具で、同罫線加工工
具(03)(04)が上記回転軸(01) (02)上
を軸方向に移動して。
所定位置に固定されるようになっている。また(03a
)が同罫線加工工具(03)の外周面に円周方向に沿っ
て設けた罫線加工凸部、 (04a)が上記罫線加工工
具(04)の外周面に円周方向に沿って設けた罫線加工
凹部、 (05)が段ボールシートで、罫線加工凸部(
03a)と罫線加工凹部(04a)との周速が段ボール
シー) (05)の走行速度に略等しくなるように罫線
加工工具(03)及び回転軸(01)と罫線加工工具(
04)及び回転軸(02)とを矢印方向に回転させる一
方段ボールシー) (05)をその間に走行させ、罫線
加工凸部(03a)と罫線加工凹部(04a)とに接触
する部分を圧縮変形させて、罫線(05a)を加工する
ようにしている。
(発明が解決しようとする課題) 段ボールシート(05)は、温度により、その物理的性
質が大きく変わる。−船釣には、200°C程度の高温
になると、破断強度、伸びが増加し。
ヤング率が低下することが知られている。が、前記第4
図に示す従来の罫線加工装置では、前工程(ダブルフェ
ーサ)の加熱接着過程での残熱があるものの、常温に近
い温度の段ボールシート(05)を罫線加工工具(03
)及び回転軸(01)と罫線加工工具(04)及び回転
軸(02)との間に走行させ、罫線加工凸部(03a)
と罫線加工凹部(04a)とに接触する部分を圧縮変形
させて、罫線(05a)を加工するようにしているので
2段ボールシー1− (05)の罫線加工部が破断、損
傷したり、接着部が剥離したりして1段ボールシート(
05)の品質が低下するという問題があった。
本発明は前記の問題点に鑑み提案するものであり、その
目的とする処は1段ボールシートの加工部に発生してい
た破断、損傷や接着部の剥離等を防止できる段ボールシ
ートの加工方法を提供しようとする点にある。
(課題を解決するための手段) 上記の目的を達成するために1本発明の段ボールシート
の加工方法は、走行する段ボールシートの走行速度に略
等しい周速度で回転する円板状加工工具と、同円板状加
工工具に近接配置した超音波振動ホーンとの間に2段ボ
ールシートを走行させて、超音波振動ホーンの振動エネ
ルギーを段ボールシートに伝え1段ボールシートの内部
に摩擦を生じさせて、これを熱エネルギーに変換し1段
ボールシートを昇温させて、罫線等の加工を行うことを
特徴としている。
(作用) 本発明の段ボールシートの加工方法は前記のように構成
されており1円板状加工工具を回転させる一方2段ボー
ルシートを同円板状加工工具と超音波振動ホーンとの間
に走行させ、同円板状加工工具の外周面に設けた加工部
と同超音波振動ホーンの加工工具対向面に設けた加工部
とに接触する部分を圧縮変形させて、罫線等を加工する
。このとき、超音波振動ホーンから段ボールシートの厚
み方向に振動エネルギーを伝え1段ボールシートの内部
に摩擦を生じさせて、これを熱エネルギーに変換し1段
ボールシートを昇温させて、罫線の加工時に生じていた
段ボールシートの破断、損傷や接着部の剥離を防止する
。即ち、低温上昇により、塑性変形を生じさせ易<シ9
強度物性を向上させて、罫線加工時に生じていた破断、
損傷を防止する。また段ボールシートが前工程の接着過
程で、接着強度不充分のまま、罫線加工装置に搬入され
る場合でも、低温上昇により、糊温度を上昇させ、糊の
固化を促進して、罫線加工時に生じていた接着部の剥離
を防止する。
(実施例) 次に本発明の段ボールシートの加工方法の実施に適用す
る罫線加工装置の構成例を第1.2図により説明すると
、(1)が回転軸、(3)が円板状の罫線加工工具で、
同罫線加工工具(3)が上記回転軸(1)上を軸方向に
移動して、所定位置に固定されるようになっている。ま
た(3a)が同罫線加工工具(3)の外周面に円周方向
に沿って設けた罫線加工凸部。
(5)が段ボールシート(6)が超音波振動ホーンで。
同超音波振動ホーン(6)が上記罫線加工工具(3)の
近傍に固定されている。また(6a)が上記超音波振動
ホーン(6)の罫線加工凸部対向面に設けた罫線加工凹
部である。
次に前記第1,2図に示す罫線加工装置の作用を具体的
に説明する。罫線加工凸部(3a)の周速が段ボールシ
ート(5)の走行速度に略等しくなるように罫線加工工
具(3)を矢印方向に回転させる一方1段ボールシート
(5)を同罫線加工工具(3)と超音波振動ホーン(6
)との間に走行させ、罫線加工凸部(3a)と罫線加工
凹部(6a)とに接触する部分を圧縮変形させて、罫線
(5a)を加工する。このとき、超音波振動ホーン(6
)から段ボールシート(5)の厚み方向に1例えば20
0RIIZのサイクルの。
また5〜30μmの振幅の縦振動を伝え1段ボールシー
ト(5)の内部に摩擦を生じさせて、これを熱エネルギ
ーに変換し2段ボールシート(5)を昇温させて、罫線
の加工時に生じていた段ボールシー ト(5)の破断、
損傷や接着部の剥離を防止する。
即ち9紙温上昇により、塑性変形を生じさせ易(し1強
度物性を向上させて、罫線加工時に生じでいた破断、損
傷を防止する。また段ボールシート(5)が前工程の接
着過程で、接着強度不充分のまま、罫線加工装置に搬入
される場合でも1低温上昇により、糊温度を上昇させ、
糊の固化を促進して、罫線加工時に生じていた接着部の
剥離を防止する。
第3図は、罫線加工工具(3)の外周面に罫線加工凸部
(3a)を、超音波振動ホーン(6)の外周面に罫線加
工凸部(6b)を、それぞれ設けた他の実施例で、この
実施例でも、上記と同様の作用が行われる。
(発明の効果) 本発明の段ボールシートの加工方法は前記のように円板
状加工工具を回転させる一方9段ボールシートを同円板
状加工工具と超音波振動ホーンとの間に走行させ、同円
板状加工工具の外周面に設けた加工部と同超音波振動ホ
ーンの加工工具対向面に設けた加工部とに接触する部分
を圧縮変形させて、罫線等を加工する。このとき、超音
波振動ホーンから段ボールシートの厚み方向に振動エネ
ルギーを伝え1段ボールシートの内部に摩擦を生じさせ
て、これを熱エネルギーに変換し9段ボールシートを昇
温させ、この低温上昇により、塑性変形を生じさせ易く
して1強度物性を向上させるので、罫線加工時等に生じ
ていた破断、損傷を防止する。また段ボールシートが前
工程の接着過程で、接着強度不充分のまま、罫線加工装
置に搬入される場合でも、上記の低温上昇により、糊温
度を上昇させて、糊の固化を促進するので、罫線加工時
に生じていた接着部の剥離を防止できる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 走行する段ボールシートの走行速度に略等しい周速度で
    回転する円板状加工工具と、同円板状加工工具に近接配
    置した超音波振動ホーンとの間に、段ボールシートを走
    行させて、超音波振動ホーンの振動エネルギーを段ボー
    ルシートに伝え、段ボールシートの内部に摩擦を生じさ
    せて、これを熱エネルギーに変換し、段ボールシートを
    昇温させて、罫線等の加工を行うことを特徴とした段ボ
    ールシートの加工方法。
