- Carde (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (23, 46, 47) pour le réglage de l'espace (22) consistent au moins en un aimant permanent ou en un électroaimant ou en une combinaison de ceux-ci.
- Carde (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (23, 46, 47) destinés au réglage de l'espace (22) peuvent être commandés de manière à pouvoir modifier la force de réglage (F).
- Carde (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (23, 46, 47) sont réglables quant à leur position.
- Carde (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'intensité de la force de réglage (F) peut être réglée en modifiant l'alimentation électrique d'un électroaimant.
- Procédé pour le cardage de flocons de fibres avec une carde (1) avec un tambour (4) et un élément de travail (7, 8, 9) s'étendant sur la largeur de travail (B) du tambour (4), tout en étant monté fixement des deux côtés à l'extérieur de la largeur de travail (B), dans lequel le tambour (4) est pourvu d'une garniture (16) située à l'opposé de l'élément de travail (7, 8, 9), formant ainsi un espace (22) entre la garniture (16) du tambour (4) et l'élément de travail (7, 8, 9), caractérisé en ce que l'espace (22) est réglé dans son étendue sur la largeur de travail (B) du tambour (4), le réglage étant effectué à l'aide d'une force magnétique (F).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le réglage de l'espace (22) est obtenu par déformation de l'élément de travail (7, 8, 9).
- Utilisation d'un élément de travail (7, 8, 9) dans une carde (1) selon ['une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que des moyens (23, 46, 47) destinés à produire une force de réglage (F) sont prévus dans l'élément de travail (7, 8, 9), et ces moyens (23, 46, 47) consistent en un aimant permanent ou en un électroaimant ou en une combinaison de ceux-ci.
