  • the entire arrangement of lifting and lowering device, adapter, additional ballast and superstructure can be designed so that the parallel link arrangement in the waiting position, in which the rear of the superstructure is driven under the arm of the additional ballast, in a horizontal or backward and down inclined position.
  • This has the consequence that in a further lowering of the lifting and lowering device for attaching the additional ballast this is moved not only downwards, but also forward to the rear of the superstructure and the basic ballast arranged there.
  • Such a kinematics has the advantage that the front side of the additional ballast 50 can rest directly on the rear side of the uppercarriage rear or the basic ballast 20 arranged there.
  • the decrease of the additional ballast for road transport is not shown in detail in the figures.
  • the decrease is, however, as shown above in the assembly in reverse order.

  • a linkage kinematics was used here.
  • the present invention could also be realized via a linearly guided movement.
  • the present invention provides a systematic process for attaching or detaching the ballast element to the superstructure.
  • Here can be used in mobile cranes according to the invention usually already existing facilities and orientations largely.
