Claims (12)
- Système d'unité d'ancrage de grue télescopique comportant :- une grue télescopique, en particulier une grue mobile, comportant un châssis (1) et une plate-forme supérieure (2) agencée sur celui-ci de manière rotative, plate-forme sur laquelle est agencée une flèche dépliable (3) comportant une partie de flèche principale extérieure (4) et une ou plusieurs parties de flèche télescopiques (7) ; et comportant- une unité d'ancrage (9) pouvant être montée sur la flèche (3) qui comporte des supports d'ancrage dé-pliables (11) et un cadre de support (10) pour une fixation sur la flèche (3),- dans lequel les supports d'ancrage (11) sont reliés à un sous-ensemble par l'intermédiaire du cadre de support (10), et caractérisé en ce que- le cadre de support (10) comporte une section transversale ouverte vers le haut qui permet de rentrer ou d'engager la flèche (3) à son endroit ouvert.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de support (10) ouvert vers le haut, en particulier ouvert d'un côté vers le haut, est configuré pour recevoir la une partie de montage de flèche, qui peut être une collerette de partie de flèche (6).
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que pour le transport de l'unité d'ancrage (9), des supports auxiliaires démontables (19, 20) sont agencés entre les extrémités libres des supports de montage et/ou sur le cadre de support, en particulier sur leur section transversale ouverte.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de positionnement d'unité d'ancrage de flèche (17, 18, 22) est prévue, au moyen de laquelle la flèche (3) et l'unité d'ancrage (9) peuvent être positionnées l'une par rapport à l'autre de manière définie, de telle sorte qu'un engagement de montage de la flèche (3) dans le cadre de support (10) peut être effectué par un mouvement de la flèche.
- Système selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de positionnement (17, 18, 22) inclut des éléments de positionnement qui sont agencés à des emplacements qui créent un rapport d'espacement défini entre la flèche (3) et le cadre de support (10).

- Système selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des parties coopérantes de l'unité de positionnement sont agencées aussi bien sur la grue télescopique, en particulier sur le châssis (1) et/ou la plate-forme supérieure (2), que sur l'unité d'ancrage (9).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de positionnement comporte un ou plusieurs des éléments de positionnement suivants :- des butées ou des marquages, en particulier aptes à la fixation,- des moyens de blocage par complémentarité de formes ou par force qui peuvent empêcher un mouvement dans au moins un plan,- des moyens de blocage par complémentarité de formes ou par force qui empêchent un mouvement dans au moins une direction d'écartement de l'unité d'ancrage de flèche,- des dispositifs de verrouillage amovibles, en particulier des dispositifs de verrouillage amovibles par la force,- des éléments de réception de support à blocage latéral, accessibles ou à réception par le haut, en particulier sous forme de cuvettes, d'évidements ou de logements placés au-dessus, qui incluent un arrêt latérale périphérique, en particulier fermé, en particulier un arrêt latéral annulaire (22),- des supports de positionnement ou d'indexation démontables (17, 18) sur l'unité d'ancrage (9),- des moyens de levage d'unité d'ancrage, en particulier des câbles et leurs prises sur l'unité d'ancrage (9) qui sont configurés pour déplacer l'unité d'ancrage (9) avec la flèche (3) .
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les supports d'ancrage (11) peuvent pivoter hydrauliquement et latéralement au-dessus de l'attelage pivotant (13).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'ancrage peut être fixée dans la zone de collerette d'une partie de flèche, en particulier sur celle-ci dans la zone de la collerette (6) de la partie de flèche principale.
- Procédé de montage d'une unité d'ancrage (9) sur la flèche (3) d'une grue télescopique, dans lequel :- l'unité d'ancrage est positionnée avec les moyens de levage (30) prévus sur la flèche (3), à un emplacement défini où un engagement de montage de la flèche (3) dans un cadre de support (10) de l'unité d'ancrage (9) peut être réalisé par un mouvement de la flèche,- l'unité d'ancrage (9) est séparée des moyens de levage (30),- la flèche (3) est déplacée sur une longueur de montage de l'unité d'ancrage lorsque celle-ci n'a pas encore été atteinte après le positionnement de l'unité d'ancrage, et dans lequel- la flèche est bougée afin de réaliser l'engagement de montage de la flèche (3) dans le cadre de support (10), laquelle flèche est introduite par le haut dans une section transversale ouverte vers le haut du cadre de support (10).
- Utilisation de l'un des systèmes des revendications 1 à 10 dans le cadre du montage d'une unité d'ancrage (9) sur la flèche (3) d'une grue télescopique.
