Claims (11)
- Procédé de montage d'une grue mobile, en particulier d'une grue télescopique, sur un chantier, comportant une flèche principale ainsi qu'au moins une extension de flèche montée sur un moyen de transport et comprenant au moins un élément de grille, présentant les étapes de procédé suivantes :- déplacement de la grue mobile et/ou du moyen de transport pour aligner grossièrement l'un vers l'autre la flèche principale de grue et au moins un élément de grille de l'extension de flèche,- liaison de la flèche principale de grue avec l'élément de grille au moyen d'un ou de plusieurs moyens de traction et- basculement de la flèche principale vers le haut, grâce auquel le ou les moyens de traction sont sollicités par traction pour aligner les axes des points de liaison de la flèche principale et de l'élément de grille au moins partiellement pour le montage suivant.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la flèche principale est basculée vers le bas par l'intermédiaire du vérin de basculement pour le montage du moyen de traction, l'axe longitudinal de la flèche principale étant basculée en particulier au-dessous de l'horizontale, de préférence d'environ 1° à 2° au-dessous de l'horizontale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une inclinaison de la flèche principale par rapport à l'horizontale est atteinte par réglage de la suspension réglable et/ou par l'appui de la grue, en particulier d'environ 1°.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la grue mobile est tout d'abord entièrement abaissée par l'intermédiaire de la suspension réglable et l'inclinaison souhaitée de l'axe longitudinal est réglée par l'intermédiaire de l'appui de grue.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les axes longitudinaux de la flèche principale et de l'élément de grille sont lacés sur un plan vertical commun en faisant tourner le châssis supérieur.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les axes longitudinaux de la flèche principale et de l'élément de grille sont alignés l'un par rapport à l'autre en déplaçant le moyen de transport et/ou la grue mobile ou en télescopant la flèche principale, respectivement, et en ce que les points de liaison sont appariés l'un à l'autre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extension de flèche constituée par plusieurs éléments de grille est préalablement montée et transportée sur le chantier à l'aide du moyen de transport.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'allongement du ou des moyens de traction est adapté avant le processus de basculement vers le haut.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de liaison d'au moins un moyen de traction s'étend depuis la zone de flèche principale située en haut en position horizontale vers la zone située en bas de l'élément de grille de l'extension de flèche.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le démontage de la grue mobile est effectué en inversant les étapes de procédé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une extension de flèche déjà montée sur la flèche principale est montée avec au moins une autre extension de flèche en mettant de nouveau en oeuvre le procédé.
